Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of spleen-invigorating and superficies-consolidating therapy combined with life style intervention for improving constitution of recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) children. Methods One hundred and twenty RRTI children were classified into excessive yang with deficiency yin syndrome(N = 60) and excessive yin with deficiency yang syndrome(N = 60).Then the excessive yang with deficiency yin syndrome were equally randomized into herbal medicine group Ⅰ and western medicine group Ⅰ,and excessive yin with deficiency yang syndrome were equally randomized into herbal medicine group Ⅱ and western medicine group Ⅱ.Herbal medicine groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were given Fuganning Oral Liquid and life style intervention, and western medicine groups Ⅰand Ⅱ were given thymic peptide capsules and life style intervention.Eight weeks constituted one treatment course. The score of symptoms before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effect were compared after 2 treatment courses.Results(1) The symptoms score was improved obviously in herbal medicine groups and western medicine groups(P 0.05).The difference of therapeutic effect was significant between both of herbal medicine groups(P

Objective To investigate the incidence of surgical site infection (SSI)in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery, analyze the risk factors, and provide basis for the prevention and control of SSI.Methods All hospitalized orthopedic patients undergoing surgery in a hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively sur-veyed,questionnaires were designed, patients’medical records were reviewed, incidence of SSI was analyzed, risk factors for SSI were analyzed with univariate and logistic regression methods. Results A total of 14 300 orthopedic patients undergoing surgery were investigated,576 (4.03%)patients had SSI,predominantly were superficial inci-sion infection (n=429,74.48%),615 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 576 patients, mainly were Staphylococcus aureus (n=137,22.28%),Escherichia coli (n=84,13.66%),and Enterobacter cloacae (n=73, 11 .87%).The incidence of SSI decreased year by year in patients undergoing orthopedics surgery(χ2 =24.706,P <0.001);the incidence of SSI in patients with amputation was the highest (22.67%),followed by patients with de-bridement (7.16%);multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that long duration of operation, long length of hospital stay, underlying diseases, use of implants, contaminated incision, more intraoperative blood loss,irra-tional perioperative use of antimicrobial agents, and without using negative pressure drainage were independent risk factors for SSI in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Conclusion The incidence of SSI is high in orthopedic pa-tients undergoing surgery, effective preventive measures should be actively taken according to the related risk factors of SSI,so as to reduce the occurrence of SSI.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2020;42(1):51-57
Objective:
To explore the mechanism of Herba Centipedae in the treatment of asthma by screening out the active ingredients and targets, so as to construct a target-pathway network.
Methods:
Based on TCMSP and Drugbank database to screen out active ingredients and corresponding targets of Herba Centipedae by using Cytoscape software to construct the interactive network among targets and the crosslink analysis to screen out the potential ingredients and targets of Herba Centipedae in the treatment of asthma . Finally, the information of signaling pathway was obtained after the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were performed based on DAVID database, and then the ingredient-target-pathway network model was established.
Results:
Expect to get 15 active ingredients, and 75 targets. And futher predict that the mechanism may relate to chemokine activity signaling pathway, extracellular space signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway. Among the pathways, IL6, TNF, MAPK1, TP53, JUN genes may play a crucial role.
Conclusions
Based on the network of pharmacology, this study focuses on the characteristics of the multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway of Herba Centipedae in the treatment of asthma.

In recent years, fibroblast activation protein (FAP) has emerged as an attractive target for the diagnosis and radiotherapy of cancers using FAP-specific radioligands. Herein, we aimed to design a novel 18F-labeled FAP tracer ([18F]AlF-P-FAPI) for FAP imaging and evaluated its potential for clinical application. The [18F]AlF-P-FAPI novel tracer was prepared in an automated manner within 42 min with a non-decay corrected radiochemical yield of 32 ± 6% (n = 8). Among A549-FAP cells, [18F]AlF-P-FAPI demonstrated specific uptake, rapid internalization, and low cellular efflux. Compared to the patent tracer [18F]FAPI-42, [18F]AlF-P-FAPI exhibited lower levels of cellular efflux in the A549-FAP cells and higher stability in vivo. Micro-PET imaging in the A549-FAP tumor model indicated higher specific tumor uptake of [18F]AlF-P-FAPI (7.0 ± 1.0% ID/g) compared to patent tracers [18F]FAPI-42 (3.2 ± 0.6% ID/g) and [68Ga]Ga-FAPI-04 (2.7 ± 0.5% ID/g). Furthermore, in an initial diagnostic application in a patient with nasopharyngeal cancer, [18F]AlF-P-FAPI and [18F]FDG PET/CT showed comparable results for both primary tumors and lymph node metastases. These results suggest that [18F]AlF-P-FAPI can be conveniently prepared, with promising characteristics in the preclinical evaluation. The feasibility of FAP imaging was demonstrated using PET studies.
