Objective To investigate the complication and its treatment method of the percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods The clinical data of 137 patients with PCNL,were retrospectively analyzed statistical analysis of complications.Results In 137 cases of PCNL,83 cases were male,54 cases were female; 103 cases of kidney stones,ureteral calculi in 34 cases,including 24 cases of ureteral calculi with renal calculi.All patients were cured,no patients died;complications occurred in 9 cases,in which the puncture failure in 1 case,renal hemorrhage in 5 cases,postoperative arteriovenous fistula in 1 case,infection in 2 cases.Conclusion PCNL is minimally invasive,effective,but still had more serious complications.We should strengthen the prevention and cure measures.

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety ofotoscopic myringoplasty and microscopic myringoplasty.Methods PubMed,CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database were searched to identify citations mentioned otoscopic myringoplasty or microscopic myringoplasty.In addition,manual collection of clinical study of related reviews and its references were also conducted.Inclusion criteria of the ordinance made Meta analysis.Results A total of 15 clinical studies with 915 patients (otoscopic group was in 691patients and microscope group was in 224 patients) was identified.According to Q test,there was no heterogeneity between 2 groups (I2 =0),all computed by fixed effects model.Meta analysis demonstrated that there was no significant difference between 2 groups on the type of perforation (OR =1.00,95％ CI:0.70-1.42,P =0.13).Both curable rate and enhance of air conduction had no significant difference between 2groups (OR =0.97,95％ CI:0.72-1.29,P=0.97;OR =1.14,95％ CI:0.68-1.91,P=0.96).The curable rate in otoscopic group was 0.92 (95％ CI:0.90-0.94),and the complication rate was 0.030 (95％ CI:0.009-0.051).Conclusions The available clinical evidence shows that there is no significant difference between otoscopic myringoplasty and microscopic myringoplasty.However,otoscopic myringoplasty should be recommended to perform in clinical practice because of the feasible and convenient procedure.

The rapid progress in surgery in China has been closely related to government investment in public health care, construction of medical talents team, and basic and clinical research. The achievements of bench studies promote the development of clinical surgery. Translational medicine (bench-bedside-bench) has gained much attention in the medical community. The driving force promoting long-term development of surgery in China includes collaboration of basic scientists and surgeons, cultivation of surgeons with aptitude in scientific research, initiation of clinical research and popularization of multidisciplinary team.

Objective To explore the high-risk patients with benign prostatic hypeiplasia using bipolar transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of dual-loop electrosurgical excision of the safety .effectiveness.Methods To retrospectively analyze of 56 cases with high-risk BPH patients with United States bicyclol CIRCON ion bipolar TURP TURP mirror line.Results Operation time was 50～100 minutes,an average of 70 minutes.1 case of mild postoperative incontinence,1PSS score from(28.2 ±1.5)to(7.0 ±1.0).voiding patency,fewer complications.Conclusion 1.Lavage using normal saline to avoid TURS syndrome,operative time can be extended accordingly.2.The current through the body,suitable for patients with special diseases.3.Reducing the incidence of capsularperforation.4.Less bleeding and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.5.TURP plasma removal of prostate tissue without charring,suitable for histopathological examination,to avoid the TURP and TUVP undetected pathological examination,increased prostate cancer detection rate.

Carotid stenosis is an important modifiable risk factor in ischemic stroke.The com prehensive diagnosis of carotid stenosis,including the comprehensive understanding of stenosis degree,plaque stability,and head and neck vessels,which has important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.This article reviews the diagnostic values of digital subtraction angiography,sonography,magnetic resonance angiography and CT angiorgaphy in carotid stenosis.

Objective To understand adolescent's mental stress, coping style and their correlating with emotion. Methods This research, in order to be tried with 5870 middle school students, adopt Mental Stress Questionnaire, Coping Style Scale and Profile of Mood States. Results Compared with male students, female students had higher scores on stress from school work achievement and appearance(P＜0.05) and lower scores on stress from family[(2.04±1.19)vs(2.11±1.25)](P＜0.05),also they had higher sores on extra-coping style[(3.11±0.77)vs(2.77±0.81)](P＜0.01). Compared with lower grade students, higher grade students had higher scores on all mental stress except stress from family, while they had lower scores on extra-coping style (P＜0.01). Stepwise logistic regression analysis indicated that high scores on mental stress and intro-coping style could predict negative emotion (P＜0.01), and extra-coping style could predict positive emotion (P＜0.01).Conclusion The middle school students suffered more stress from school work achievement than from other aspects. Students who differed in sex, grade had significant different scores on mental stress and coping style. Mental stress and coping style could predict adolescents' emotion.

Gastric cancer remains one of the most common causes of cancer-related death in China. Radical operation is the only potentially curative therapy for advanced gastric cancer (AGC). D2 radical gastrectomy has been widely accepted as a standard surgical procedure for patients with AGC in China. Several clinical trials have revealed that more extended resection than D2 surgery has no impact on survival. In order to improve the prognosis of AGC patients, it is necessary to carry out the preoperative TNM staging for selecting a reasonable therapeutical modality before surgery. Multimodality treatment involving perioperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy or molecular targeting agents in addition to surgery have been thought to be promising treatment strategy. In this article, we present an update on the current literature regarding the trends of surgical multimodal treatment for the patients with AGC.
