2.Cultivating students' innovative ability in the clinic teaching of thoracic surgery
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(5):606-608
It is an important goal of the modern medical education to culture the innovative ability of medical students. In the clinic teaching of thoracic surgery, illuminating innovative thinking, optimizing and recombining teaching contents, flexible utilizing of teaching approach and methods, and innovating practical teaching are in favor of creating the innovative thinking and innovative ability of the students.

4.Application of CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator in the treatment of the laryngeal stenosis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(19):1708-1710
OBJECTIVE:
To study the treatment effect of CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator on the laryngeal stenosis.
METHOD:
Twenty-five patients with laryngeal stenosis were treated with CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator. The laryngeal cavity scar was resected as much as possible by using CO2 laser and the laryngeal cavity was exposed by placing laryngeal dilator under general anesthesia.
RESULT:
The 24 cases of all were successfully decanulated 1 to 12 months after operation and could breathe freely. One case had second operation and was successfully decanulated 9 months after operation. The follow-up for 1 to 2 years showed all cases speaking well and 3 cases recurrence.
CONCLUSION
The method for treating laryngeal stenosis using CO2 laser and self-mande laryngeal dilator is effective, fewer complication, less invasive, and faster recovery. The laryngeal dilator is made simply and conveniently.

5.Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone and Cedilanid in the Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with Intravenous Administration
China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare amiodarone and cedilanid in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF) with intravenous administration and control of heart rate.METHODS:47 AF patients were randomly given 150~600 mg amiodarone(amiodarone group,n=24) and 0.2~0.6 mg cedilanid(cedilanid group,n=23) intravenously. The outcome, change of heart rate and adverse drug reaction of 2 groups were observed.RESULTS:Effective rate of amiodarone group was significantly higher than that of cedilanid groups(P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the in vitro inhibitory effect of LIGHT on human esophageal carcinoma cells. Methods LIGHT Fc expression vector was transfected into human esophageal squamous carcinoma cell line, Eca109. The inhibitory effect of LIGHT gene on cell growth was detected by MTT and cell growth curve. The expressions of LT?R and HVEM were detected by RT PCR. Results Expression of LIGHT Fc gene could inhibit Eca109 cell proliferation. The growth curve of Eca109/LIGHT was significantly lower than that of the control group in the culture medium containing 1% FCS. MTT test showed that there was significant difference in cell viability between Eca109/LIGHT and the control group ( P

Objective To compare the effects of penequinine hydrochloride and atropine on the cardiovascu-lar stability about preoperative in children by monitoring and recording the HR, MAP, SpO2, ECG changes. Methods 40 children underwent selective operation were randomly divided into two groups, 20 in each group. Penequinine hydrechloride group(group A) and atropine group(group B) were injected intramuscularly with penequinine hydro-chloride 0. 015mg/kg or atropine 0. 015mg/kg respectively, at 30 minutes before operation. Patients' HR, MAP, SpO2 and ECG changes were recorded at 10min,20min,30min and 40min after injection. Results The HR,MAP,SpO2 levels of group A and SpO2 level of group B had no significant changes. There are significant changes in HR,MAP of group B. Conclusion Penequinine hydrochloride can be used as preoperative medication and it is conducive to the maintenance of cardiovascular stability.

This article shared opinions on how to effective educate clinical type postgraduates in department of neurosurgery based on the teaching models in the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university. In the proposed training program, medical ethics education and comprehensive training including clinical thinking and practical skills training should be emphasized.Scientific inquisitiveness of the neurological research and the writing and oral communication in English should also be promoted. This training program will be fully committed to produce highly qualified, ethical and caring neurosurgeons for future needs of the society.
