1.Application effect of mental nursing on perioperative nursing of patients with cutaneous carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(15):4-5
Objective To observe the application effect of mental nursing on perioperative nursing of patients. Methods 66 patients with cutaneous carcinoma were randomly divided into the conventional nurs-ing group and the psychological intervention group. The conventional nursing group received perioperative mu-fine nursing, the psychological intervention group was given mental intervention before, during and after operation based on routine nursing. The anxiety value was measured before and 30 minutes after the operation, pain de-gree was assessed 30 minutes after the operation, the results underwent t test and X2 teat. Results Compared to the conventional nursing group, the anxiety value before the operation and 30 minutes pestoperation as well as pain degree 30 minutes pestoperation of the psychological intervention group were significantly decreased. Conclusions Mental nursing of patients with cutaneous carcinoma can efficiently eliminate or re-duco patients' psychologic obstacle and significantly reduce patients' painful feeling.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(1):60-63
As a heparin-binding growth factor, midkine plays an important role in the nervous system, cancer, and inflammatory response.Midkine is involved in the occurrence and development of many autoimmune diseases. This article reviews the role of midkine in renal ischemia reperfusion injury, crescentic glomerulonephritis, lupus nephritis, diabetic nephropathy, and Henoch-Schonlein Purpura nephritis.
3.Comparison of Clinical Manifestations,Pathological Grade and Prognosis in Patients with Henoch-Sch?nlen Purpura Nephritis by Age
Journal of China Medical University 2015;(3):247-251
Objective To compare differences in pathological grade, clinical classification and prognosis in patients with Henoch?Sch?nlen purpu?ra nephritis(HSPN)in each age group. Methods Totally 225 cases of patients diagnosed as HSPN and treated in the hospital were selected to ret?rospectively analyze their clinical manifestations, pathological classification and prognosis and compare the difference in pathological grade, clinical classification and prognosis by age. Results Of the concomitant symptoms of HSPN,the incidence rate of abdominal pain was the highest in pa?tients of school age. There was statistical significance in the incidence rate of gastrointestinal bleeding between each age group. Of the clinical mani?festations, proteinuria was positive correlated with the pathological type, and the difference was statistically significant(r=0.471,P<0.000 1). But there was no correlation between the count of urine red blood cells in the urine and the pathological type. There was difference in the pathological grade between each age group(H=19.194,P<0.000 1). The difference mainly showed in the pathological grade between adults, children of pre?school age and adolescents(Z=-2.702,P=0.001;Z=-3.675,P<0.000 1). There was difference in clinical classification between each age group (χ2=36.114,P<0.000 1). The difference mainly showed in clinical manifestations between adults, children of school age and adolescents(χ2=19.628,P<0.000 1;χ2=18.944,P<0.000 1). For both children and adults who had developed into chronic renal failure, the renal pathology of these patients was not significantly different. Conclusion Compared with adults, children have milder pathological types and clinical manifestations and well prognosis of HSPN,and the most important factor which affects the prognosis is pathological type and urine protein can reflect the serious?ness of pathological type.
4.Analysis of the Laboratory Examination of Children with Incomplete Kawasaki Disease
Journal of China Medical University 2017;46(3):219-222
Objective To summarize and discuss the laboratory characteristics of children with incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)in recent 10 years and provide some evidence for early diagnosis. Methods A retrospective review was performed on 67 children with IKD and 67 children with respiratory tract infection(bacterial infection)from 2005 to 2015 in the First Hospital of China Medical University. Results The age of chil-dren with IKD varied from 2 months to 11.3 years, with the average age of 31 months. Totally 86.5%of the children were less than 5 years old. The male to female ratio was 2:1. The incidence of the disease in spring and summer was 72%. The incidences of the increasing of white blood cell ,C-reactive protein, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glutamyl transpeptidase, and platelet and the decreasing of hemoglobin and serum albumin were 82%,94%,27%,24%,45%,72%,61%,and 94%,respectively. Conclusion The levels of the hemoglobin(<109 g/L), serum albumin(<34 g/L),platelet(>393×109/L),C-reactive protein(>74 mg/L),alanine aminotransferase(>51 U/L),and glutamyl transpepti-dase(>43 U/L)may have a certain reference value for the early diagnosis of IKD.
5.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of children with Henoch Sch?nlein purpura nephritis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(5):527-530
Henoch Sch?nlein purpura( HSP) is a vasculitis of primary systemic vascular lesions of aller-gic diseases in children. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis( HSPN) is the most common allergic purpura sec-ondary renal disease, hematuria and(or)proteinuria of allergic in purpura the course(the most six months) can make diagnosis. The clinical manifestations varyies in severity, and the incidence has increased year by year, the incidence may be related to infections, allergies, immune abnormalities, immune damage and so on. So raising awareness of children nephritis, early diagnosis, early treatment has a great impact on the prognosis of children.

This mode can also provide reference for the talent training of other emerging professions. Exploring the argument basis, theoretical design, practical development and research plan of this mode.
10. Genetic alteration and expression of ING1 in human lung carcinoma
Tumor 2007;27(5):393-397
Objective: To detect the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) of ING1 gene microsatellite and the expression of p33ING1b protein in lung carcinoma and to investigate their association with the carcinogenesis of lung cancer. Methods: Seventy cases of fresh-frozen lung cancers and 217 cases formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens were examined. The LOH frequency of ING1 gene microsatellite was detected by polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphisms (PCR-SSCP) method. The expression of p33ING1b protein was determined by immunohistochemical method and tissue microarray technology. Results: The total LOH frequency of four microsatellites of ING1 gene was 55.7% (39/70) in lung carcinomas. The LOH had higher frequency if it was closer to the ING1 locus. But the LOH frequency had no correlation with clinicopathological parameters. The total LOH frequency of p33ING1b protein was 47.0% (102/217) in lung carcinomas. The positivity of p33ING1b in squamous carcinoma was significantly higher than that in adenocarcinoma (AC), adenosquamous carcinoma (AdCa), and bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC) (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between AC, AdCa, and BAC. The expression of p33ING1b protein was not associated with the clinicopathological characteristics but a negative correlation with LOH frequency was observed (P <0.05). Conclusion: There existes higher frequency of low expression or deletion of ING1 protein in lung carcinoma tissues. The LOH of ING1 gene microsatellites also have a higher frequency. LOH is one of the important reasons for the abnormal expression of ING1 gene, which causes the down-regulation of ING1 gene and inactivation of ING1 protein. Finally ING looses its inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor cells and results in carcinogenesis of lung cancer.
