1.Clinical characteristics and therapeutic strategy of severe craniocerebral injury in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(6):413-415
The chance of craniocerebral injury in children is high.Severe craniocerebral injury is still the difficult point in current clinical treatment.Children severe head trauma is different from adults. It is characteristic of severe primary injury, rapid progressing secondary injury, confusing vital signs, less contrecoup injury, high incidence of epilepsy, cerebral ischemia in familiar, and good prognosis. This article focused on 2 hot issues in recent therapeutic strategy of severe craniocerebral injury in children——intracranial pressure monitoring and hypothermia therapy. The former is simple, convenient, safe and practical,is worth popularizing widely.
2.Prostate cancer stem cells: advances in current research.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(2):170-174
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies threatening men's health, and the mechanisms underlying its initiation and progression are poorly understood. Last decade has witnessed encouraging progress in the studies of prostate cancer stem cells (PCSCs), which are considered to play important roles in tumor initiation, recurrence and metastasis, castration resistance, and drug resistance. Therefore, a deeper insight into PCSCs is of great significance for the successful management of prostate cancer. This article presents an overview on the location, origin, and markers of PCSCs as well as their potential correlation with tumor metastasis and castration resistance.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;26(3):204-206
The viscoelastic properties of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells were measured by means of micropipette aspiration technique. Further, the authors studied the changes in viscoelastic coefficients by treating with colchicine and cytochalasin D. The results showed that the elastic coefficients of HCC cells were obviously higher than the corresponding value of hepatocytes. By treating with colchicine, the effects on viscoelastic properties of HCC cells were obviously different in ways and extents from those on viscoelastic properties of hepatocytes.,but the viscoelastic properties of hepatocytes by treated with cytochalasin D had the same trend of decreasing as those of HCC cells. These results represent the change in cytoskeleton structure and function among hepatocytes and HCC cells, this change might affect tumor cells invasion and metastasis.
4.Distribution of Alkone,Alcohol and Ketone of Indoor Air in Some Apartments in Hangzhou
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To explore the distribution of alkane, alcohol and ketone in indoor air of some apartments in Hangzhou. Methods 55 air samples were randomly collected from 31 apartments in Hangzhou by Carbotrap 300 air-sampling tube, during October-December, 2002, and April-May, 2003, then the volatile organic compounds in air samples were determined by heat-desorption GC-MS. Results 41 kinds of alkane, 11 kinds of alcohol and 9 kinds of ketone were found in air samples collected from 31 apartments in Hangzhou, average concentration of total alkane was 24.096 7 ?g/m3, average concentration of total alcohol was 3.670 7 ?g/m3, and average concentration of total ketone was 33.492 4 ?g/m3 respectively. The dominant indoor air pollutants were hexane, heptane, octane, nonane, decane, undecane, dimethylbutane, methylhexane, n-butanol, cyclohexanone, propanone, 2-butanone. The concentrations of alkane, alcohol and ketone in indoor air of apartments decreased with the time went on after the house decoration finished on the whole. 10 of 14 alkanes showed positive correlation to the temperature, 6 of them to the relative humidity at the sampling points. 2 of 11 alcohols and 3 of 9 ketones showed positive correlation to the relative humidity at sampling points. Conclusion The increasing temperature is the important factor for the release of alkanes in indoor air. The increasing relative humidity is the influence factor for the release of alcohols, ketones, and some alkanes in indoor air.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
The endophytic bacterum 01-144 was marked by using the method of antib iotic-resistance. Colonization of 01-144 in tomato root and stem was investig ate d. Result showed that 01-144 colonized in the root and stem and the colonizing a bility in the root was stronger than in the stem after dipping seed or watering root treatmeat, It was also found that this bacterium could more easly colonized in the low stem than in the upper stem. The population fluctuation of 01-144 ha d the same trend in both root and stem i.e.first increased then decreasing, an d the fluctuation in the root was more even than in the stem.
6.Laparoscopic operation of choledochal cyst
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic operation for choledochal cyst. Methods Under laparoscopy, intraoperative cholangiography was performed. The dilated commom bile duct and the gallbladder were excised,a Roux-en-Y cholangio-jejunostomy was constructed outside the abdominal cavity. Results 5 babies underwent the total cyst excision and hepato-cholangio-jejunostomy successfully and quickly recovered.Only a girl transferred to open operation because of previous operative history. Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment of choledochal cyst is feasible and satisfied outcome.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2017;15(2):136-140
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of different therapies in treating straightened cervical curvature. Methods:A hundred patients with straightened cervical curvature were randomized into 5 groups to receive corresponding treatment. The clinical efficacies and the changes of cervical curvature in the five groups were compared. Results:Different therapies all produced certain effectiveness in treating cervical spondylosis patients. The total effective rates in the acupuncture group and tuina group were both 100%, and the rates in the traction group, oral medication group and Chinese medicinal application group were all lower than the rates in the acupuncture group and tuina group (P<0.05). It was shown that the more significant the change of cervical curvature, the more significant the clinical efficacy. Conclusion:Correcting the straightened cervical curvature is a way to swiftly release pain brought by cervical spondylosis; the optimization of different therapies ensures the achievement of long-term effectiveness; acupuncture and tuina are both effective in restoring the cervical curvature.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
Objective To study the feasibility of laparoscopic repair of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) in children. Methods Two neonates (age 2 and 7 day) and 4 infants (age 7, 10, 21 and 24 months, averaged 15.5 month), one of them was male, underwent laparoscopic repair of diaphragmatic hernia under general endotracheal anesthesia. Two of them were on the left side, and 4 on the right. 3 or 4 trocars were used. The hernia contents were reduced and the hernia defect was repaired using interrupted sutures. Results The laparoscopic procedures were completed without intra-operative complication in 4 infants. The operating time ranged from 55 to 180 minutes (averaged 121 minutes). Amount of bleeding was less than 5ml. In them full activity and feeding were normal within 1-2 days. 1-2 years follow-up showed no complication or recurrence. In one newborn open abdominal operation was required, and recurrence occurred in the other necessitating re-operation by laparotomy in the other newborn. Conclusions Laparoscopic repair of congenital diaphragmatic hernia in infants is feasible, and its result was satisfactory. The role of laparoscopic correction of diaphragnatic hernia in the newborn period, however, remains to be determined.
