Medical science have two sides in its nature. It is not only a subject of science, but also a social science. Medical science need social science to nourish it. At present, unsuitable language is the main cause which lead to medical tangles. The medical workers' attitude towards patients is the key factor during the solving course. Most of the medical tangles do not lead to accusing in the beginning. Both patients and the hospital wish to solve the tangle by intercession or compromise instead of law ways. Appropriate language could avoid non-malpractice tangles. It also play an important role in solving the medical tangles.

Objective To enhance the level and ability of measuring pesticide residues in raw milk and find out the primary factors of affecting measurement uncertainty. Methods The mathematic model of measurement was established in order to evaluate measurement uncertainty of organophosphorus pesticide residues in raw milk with gas chromatography. Results The standard measurement uncertainty of organophosphorus pesticide residues in raw milk made up of weighing, sampling and diluting procedures, standard matter, sample volume, instrument calibration. The calculating formula of expanded measurement uncertainty was U=k?CX?urel(tptal). The expression of measurement result was C=CX?U.Volume of 6 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides residues were 0.4?0.050,0.4?0.029,0.4?0.027,0.4?0.029,0.4?0.057,0.4?0.034(mg/kg) respectively in raw milk which the standard matter of pesticide was added in.Conclusion From the evaluation of measurement uncertainty of pesticide residues in raw milk with gas chromatography,we can see that the measurement uncertainty is composed of many factors, which commonly comes from random variable and fuzzification, and can be assessed by statistic distribution and standard deviation.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the restrained factors in the disposal of medical dispute caused by nosocomial infection and try to find out the method to solve the problem. METHODS The several restrained factors in the disposal of medical dispute about nosocomial infection were enumerated and analyzed. RESULTS There are several restrained factors in the disposal of medical dispute about nosocomial infection according to law. First, nosocomial infection can not be died out, and medical dispute about nosocomial infection will exist for ever as a result of the specialty of supply of medical service. Secondly, current legal system construction of nosocomial infection management in our country is in the stage of being established and consummated step by step. Determinant criteria of medical negligence behavior are not perfect. Feasibility of part of the actual rules and standard in nosocomial infection is not good. Thirdly, collecting evidence is very difficult in some medical dispute caused by nosocomial infection . It is restricted by hospital condition, medical cost and medical documents. Because of the restrained factors mentioned above, when nosocomial infection occurs, medical workers concerned can not find or confirm the reason of infection in most cases. Then hospital has to compensate patients for loss in order to make concessions to avoid trouble. CONCLUSIONS We make following suggestions for the status. First, we should strengthen legal system construction about nosocomial infection, and safeguard both of hospital and patients′ interests . Secondly, insurance system of medical risk should be perfected. Thirdly, medical workers should abide by rules of operation. Fourthly, we can not hide the truth when nosocomial infection occurs. Fifthly, we must fulfil the "attention duty" in order to reduce medical dispute.
