Objective:To analyze the subcellular localization of family of serine hydrolases 1 (FSH1) protein in Microsporum canis. Methods:The FSH1 and enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) genes were amplified by PCR using the previously constructed plasmid containing the FSH1 gene and the recombinant plasmid pCAMBIA-LRP-EGFP as the template; the vector DNA was obtained by double-enzyme digestion of the recombinant plasmid pCAMBIA-LRP-EGFP with SnaBI/KpnI. Then, the EGFP expression plasmid and Ptrcp-FSH1-EGHP-Ttrcp fusion plasmid were constructed by inserting the amplified EGFP gene and EGFP-FSH1 gene into the vector DNA respectively, and identified by PCR and sequencing. The two recombinant plasmids were transformed into Microsporum canis by an Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method, and the gene EGFP and fusion gene FSH1-EGFP were expressed integratedly in Microsporum canis under the regulation by the fungal universal promoter Ptrpc and terminator Ttrpc. The cellular localization of the fusion protein was observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results:The Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation system and EGFP expression vector in Microsporum canis were successfully constructed; the fusion gene FSH1-EGFP was expressed integratedly in Microsporum canis. Laser confocal microscopy showed that fluorescence signals of the FSH1-EGFP fusion protein were concentrated in the cytoplasm and nuclei of Microsporum canis, with a granular or cluster-like appearance. Conclusion:The FSH1-EGFP fusion protein was successfully localized in the cytoplasm and nuclei of Microsporum canis, providing a basis for further clarifying the function and pathogenic mechanisms of the FSH1 gene in Microsporum canis.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2010;35(7):679-684
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the autobiographical memory characteristics in depressed patients and their influence factors.
METHODS:
Autobiographical memory, emotion and cognitive executive function of 60 depressed patients and 60 healthy controls were assessed with autobiographical memory test (AMT), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Beck depression inventory (BDI), Beck anxiety inventory (BAI), hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD), arrow-task stroop test (ATST), Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST), Backward masking test (BMT) and continuous performance test (CPT).
RESULTS:
The specific memory of the depressed group was significantly less than that of the control group, and was negatively related with the negative emotion score, the time of anterograde and retrograde reading of ATST, and the time difference of ATST. The overgeneral memory increased and the latency to response of ATST was significantly longer than that of the control group. The two factors were positively related with the negative emotion score, the time of anterograde and retrograde reading of ATST, and the time difference of ATST.
CONCLUSION
The autobiographical memory of the depressed patients is overgeneralized and retarded. These characteristics are related with negative emotion and impairment of cognitive executive function.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2015;40(11):1276-1280
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the most common cancer in digestive system, with the highest mortality rate. Its pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment have been studied extensively. With the deepening of the investigations, more and more studies show that miRNA is closely related with the carcinogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of CRC. The abnormal expression of blood miRNA is expected to become the biomarkers for early diagnosis of CRC and prognostic evaluation, and it may provide a new strategy for clinical treatment.

Objective:
To understand the epidemiological and clinical features of patients with hemorrhagic fever and renal syndrome (HFRS) in Shenzhen, and to accumulate experience in the diagnosis and treatment of HFRS in this area.
Methods:
A retrospective analysis was conducted by collecting the clinical data from 46 patients who were confirmed with HFRS and admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of Shenzhen People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018. The demographic characteristics, epidemiological, clinical manifestations, examinations, treatments and prognosis, and other characteristics were analyzed.
Results:
All the 46 patients with HFRS were residens in Shenzhen, with a male-to-female ratio of 6.67∶1.00(40∶6), aged (40.18 ± 15.63) years old, and 38 patients (82.61%) aged 23-45 years old. There were 41 patients (89.13%) with a history of HFRS epidemiology, and there were mice in their houses or workplaces. The houses of 39 patients (84.78%) were rented, and 34 patients(87.18%) rented their houses in urban villages. There were morbidity throughout the year, and 33 patients (71.74%) were ill from January to June. In clinical classification, 44 cases (95.65%) were mild, 2 cases (4.35%) were medium, and there were no severe or critical cases. The clinical manifestations were that all patients were hospitalized due to fever mainly with hyperthermia. Thirty-nine patients (84.78%) were presented with systemic aches, headaches, low back pain and eyelid pain, and 28 patients (60.87%) had skin and mucous membrane hyperemia flushing. Clinical stages showed that all patients had pyretogenesis stage and polyuria stage, including pyretogenesis stage [(7.34 ± 6.82) d], polyuria stage [(9.94 ± 5.77) d], only 4.35% (2/46) patients with hypotension shock stage, all patients did not have oliguric stage. On the next day of admission, the number of white blood cells in 46 patients was (8.17 ± 3.19) × 109/L, and 38 cases (82.61%) in the normal range; platelet was (61.92 ± 32.53) × 109/L, and 42 cases (91.30%) were decreased; the procalcitonin was (1.62 ± 0.38) ng/ml, and 41 cases (89.13%) were increased; C-reactive protein was (74.33 ± 30.48) mg/L, and 46 patients (100.00%) were elevated; creatinine was (176.25 ± 55.15) μmol/L, and 19 cases (41.30%) were increased. Abnormal liver function was manifested by increased enzymology, alanine aminotransferase was (137.58 ± 46.76) U/L, and aspartate aminotransferase was (129.82 ± 40.29) U/L. All patients were positive for
