Objective To study the component and dose of polysaccharides compound and its inhibitive effect on the growth of S180 tumor. Methods Proliferative activity of splenolymphocytes was observed to study the component and dose of polysaccharides compound with MTT method. Mice bearing in-vivo transplanted tumor were used to evaluate the antitumor effect of polysaccharides compound. Results Polysaccharides compound, composed of lentinan100 mg/kg, agruecus blazei murill 200mg/kg and pachman 50 mg/kg,improved the activity of splenolymphocytes. Polysaccharides compound had an inhibitory effect on the growth of S180 tumor. Conclusion Polysaccharides compound with appropriate component in proper dose has synergistic immune actions and can inhibit the growth of S180 tumor.

Objective To investigate the action and the mechanism of Jinyin granule(JYG) on cholecystitis in guinea pigs. Methods Cholecystitis models of Guinea pigs were established and then randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group,XiaoYanLiDan tablet(XYLDT) group, treatment groups including low, middle and high dosage groups of JYG.The Pigs were given above drugs respectively while in normal and model groups the same volume of normal saline was given.Body weight, gallbladder weight, bile amount,IL-1? in the serum were measured and gallbladder pathological tissue was observed by light microscopy. Results Comparing with the model group, the treatment groups had higher body weight, lower gallbladder weight, less bile amount, obviously slighter inflammation and less amount of IL-1? in the serum. Conclusion JYG possesses the therapeutic action to cholecystitis on guinea pigs and its mechanism is interrelated to the decreasing of IL-1? in the serum.

Aim To investigate the NIH3T3/STAT3CA cell proliferation ability and the STAT3 transcriptional activity affected by PTPMeg2 . Methods MTT assay and xenograft nude mice model were used to investigate the NIH3 T3/STAT3 CA cell proliferation inhibited by PTPMeg2 in vitro and in vivo. Co-immunoprecipitation assay was used to measure the interaction between PT-PMeg2 and STAT3CA. STAT3 transcriptional activity was measured by dual-luciferase assay. Results The NIH3 T3/STAT3 CA cell proliferation ability was signifi-cantly inhibited by PTPMeg2 in vitro and in vivo com-pared with the control group ( P <0.05 ) . The tran-scriptional activity was increased by PTPMeg2 , but not the PTPMeg2 mutant (PTPMeg2C515S) and the ShPT-PMeg2 . Conclusion PTPMeg2 plays a role in inhibi-ting the proliferation ability of NIH3 T3/STAT3 CA cells through inhibiting the STAT3 transcriptional activity.

Objective In this study,we determine whether Survivin antisense oligonucleotide (ASODN) down-regulates the expression of Survivin mRNA,induces apoptosis, and enhances the sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells to a chemotherapy agent Gemcitabine. Methods Lipofectin was used to encapsulate ASODN in transfection. Viability of pancreatic cell line BxPC-3 cells treated with ASODN was assessed by MTT method, the expressions of Survivin mRNA were detected by RT-PCR;Flow cytometry and electron microscopy were used to demonstrate apoptotic changes in ASODN treated cells. Result Cell viability was inhibited in dose-dependent and time-dependent manner with an IC 50 of 400 nM at the time of 24 h,Survivin mRNA was down-regulated by 3.38 fold compared to control group. The cell apoptotic ratio was 24.93%?2.97%,early apoptotic morphology was demonstrated by electron microscopy. In combination with Gemcitabine,at the time of 48 h and 72 h,cell viability decreased by 2.76 and 4.58 fold compared to when Gemcitabine was used alone. Conclusion Survivin ASODN down-regulates Survivin mRNA ,induces apoptosis, inhibits proliferation and enhances the sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells to Gemcitabine.

Objective:To explore the influence of chronic rhinitis on depressive symptoms of college freshmen and the mediating effect of avoidant personality. Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 8 079 college freshmen from April 2018 to October 2018 using the Beck depression inventory and the avoidant personality diagnosis questionnaire based on DSM-Ⅳ.SPSS 25.0 software was used for descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation analysis, and the macro program PROCESS version 3.3 was used for the mediating effect.Results:(1) The detection rates of chronic rhinitis, avoidant personality and depressive symptoms were 22.90% (1 850/8 079), 19.22% (1 553/8 079) and 6.28% (507/8 079). The scores for avoidant personality disorder and depressive symptoms were 1.00 (0, 3.00) and 1.00 (0, 4.00), respectively. (2) The chronic rhinitis, avoidant personality and depressive symptoms were positively correlated ( rchronic rhinitis-avoidant personality=0.094, rchronic rhinitis-depressive symptoms=0.095, ravoidant personality-depressive symptoms=0.416, all P<0.001). (3) Chronic rhinitis could positively predict depressive symptoms ( β=1.113, P<0.001). (4) Avoidant personality played a mediating role between chronic rhinitis and depressive symptoms ( β=1.094, P<0.001), and accounted for 44.92%(0.500/1.113) of the total effect. Conclusion:Chronic rhinitis directly affect the depressive symptoms of college freshmen, and indirectly affect the depressive symptoms of college freshmen through the mediating role of avoidant personality.
