Objective To find out the problems in information service for diabetic patients by investigating their use of information service. Methods The enthusiasm and channels to access information in diabetic patients and the types of information they wanted were investigated in 14 Wuhan hospitals, which were analyzed by descriptive sta-tistics, chi-square test, and Five-Point Likert Scale scoring. Results About 1/3 of the patients never initially searched the health information on diabetes, the majority of the patients acquired the health information on diabetes from medical institutions, diabetic patients did not show enough concern for the information on the etiology, influencing factors and treatment plan of diabetes. Conclusion Diabetic patients lack of enthusiasm to access information, medical staff and medical institutions are the chief force of information service for diabetic patients, and the special informa-tion accessed by diabetic patients is quite less.

Objective To observe the effects of combined surgeries for the correction of congenital ptosis accompanied by epicanthus. Methods 80 cases (105 eyes) of congenital ptosis were analyzed in this study.64 cases (80 eyes),with levator muscle strength more than 4 mm,were treated with suspension of frontal aponeurosis, and 16 cases (25 eyes),with levator muscle strength less than 4 mm,were treated with shorten operation of levator palpebrae superioris.Furthermore, all these patients were corrected the epicanthus at the same time. Results Except the under correction in 5 cases (8 eyes),the remaining patients were corrected satisfactorily.Postoperative palperbal fissure length was averagely increased by 2.0± 1.0 mm,inner canthic diameter was averagely decreased by 4.0± 2.0 mm,the eyelid height was increased by average 9.0±1.0 mm,the inclination of palpebral fissure was 12.0°±2.0°;64 cases (80 eyes) were treated with suspension of frontal aponeurosis, postoperative recurrence were 7.5% (6/80),no postoperative recurrence were 92.5% (74/80),complication were 5.0% (4/80);16 cases (25 eyes) were treated with shorten operation of levator palpebrae superioris, postoperative recurrence were 8.0% (2/25),and no postoperative recurrence were 8.0% (2/25);complication rates were 4.0% (1/25).Conclusions This procedure of combined surgeries can reduce the recurrence rate effectively. Moreover, the satisfactory, functional, and aesthetic results can be obtained simultaneously with this method.

Objective To observe and measure the anatomical structure of approach of vertical facial nerve canal and put forward the normal measurement range and the location relationship among the vertical segment of facial nerve canal, the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus and the rear edge of external ear,and discuss the relationship and clinical significance between the mastoid gasification and the vertical segment of facial nerve canal. Methods 1. Evaluate the accuracy of CT image of related structure, using spiral CT in scanning four skull specimens, get the horizontal distances of the vertical segment of facial nerve canal to the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus and the rear edge of external in the axial position, and get the sagittal diameter of mastoid (the horizontal distance from the lowest point of external auditory inferior canal to the rear edge of mastoid) and the height (the vertical distance between the lowest points of the external auditory canal wall to the mastoid tip) in the sagittal position. And then saw the skull specimens to measure the distance in the same lay with CT image, and discuss the statistics difference of the distance between the values of CT imaging measurements and the dry entities cranial measurements on hand. 2. Study on people: 118 patients (236 sides) with non-ear disorders were randomly selected, among which there were 63 females (126 sides) and 55 males (110 sides). They were subjected to maxillofacial CT scan in the same layer that used above, and the horizontal distances of the facial nerve canal to the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus and the rear edge of external ear were measured. In addition, half of the product of diameter and height of the mastoid was defined as mastoid area, which was used to define the extension of mastoid gasification. Then related analysis and regression analysis were done between the vertical segment of facial nerve canal and the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus, as well as the rear edge of external ear. Results 1.Part of the experiment: There was no significantly different on the indicator values between CT image the entity measurements among the four skull specimens (P>0.05). 2. Study on people: There was no significantly different between left side and right side(P>0.05), but significantly different between genders(P<0.05). Between mastoid area and the distance from the vertical segment of facial nerve canal to the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus there is inverse correlation, and the relevance has the remarkable significance. However, there was no correlation between mastoid area and the vertical segment of facial nerve canal to the rear edge of external ear. Conclusion There was some relationship between the location of the vertical segment of facial nerve canal and external acoustic meatus. Anatomic position of vertical facial nerve cancal and the posterior wall of external acoustic meatus can be showed clearly. CT and in combination with primitive axial images may provide reliable evidence for the diagnosis facial nerve dieases and the choice of ear surgery route.

Objective:
To investigate the possibility and diagnostic efficiency of 18F-NaF PET/CT bone scan after oral administration (PO) by comparing with that of intravenous injection (IV).
Methods:
Fifty patients (19 males, 31 females; average age: (52.8±11.7) years) with cancer who underwent PET/CT scans after oral and intravenous administration of 18F-NaF respectively with an interval of 2-7 d from June 2015 to September 2016 were prospectively enrolled. Single-phase 18F-NaF PET/CT was performed 60 min after IV, and dual-phase 18F-NaF PET/CT was performed 60 and 120 min after PO. All PET/CT images were reviewed, lesions were counted, and maximum standardized uptake value (SUVmax) and target/non-target (T/NT) ratios were calculated and compared. Paired
