Objective To investigate the relationship between relevant obstetrical factors and postnatal stress urinary incontinence. Methods Standard questionnaire on international urinary incontinence was applied, which was recommended by International Continence Society(ICS). Seven hundred and eighteen primiparas from the Obstetrical Department of Hebei United University Affiliated Hospital and Qinhuangdao Maternity and Child Care Hospital were randomly selected as our subject and fill out the survey. Six hundred and seventy-three primiparas were re-examined after delivery. Their postnatal situation of urinary incontinence after 42 days was recorded. Results ( 1 )Forty-one( 6. 09% ) primiparas of 673 primiparas were diagnosed with urinary incontinence after 42 days of their parturition. Conclusion (1)The postnatal urinary incontinence is more easily appeared in vaginal delivery.(2)Progestational primiparas with light body weight,fetus with less body weight,and anal contraction movements conducted in the postpartum period,can reduce the probability of postnatal urinary incontinence.(3)Mild urinary incontinence is more likely appeared during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Therefore,more pelvic floor muscle exercise will have a better effect on preventing and curing postnatal urinary incontinence.

Objective To explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 46 cases of pathologically confirmed by surgery for breast cancer after preoperative high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of breast cancer(41 cases) ,5 cases was fibroadenoma and ultrasound diagnosis and pathology diagnosis consistent rate was 89. 1%. AIM:To establish the method of determining sodium new houttuyfonate in plasma and study its pharmacokinetics in beagle dogs.METHODS:The HPLC was employed with chromatographic conditions,such as octa-silicane bond silica gel column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)as analytical column,methanol-water-ammonium hydroxide with 4 butyls(70 ∶30 ∶0.3)as mobile phase and at the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection was set at 286 nm.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS(ver 1.0)program and compared by statistic analysis.RESULTS:The calibration curve was linear in blood plasma over the concentration range of 0.128～25.575 mg/L(r= 0.999 2),good precision and high recoveries.The parameters were T_ max= 5.0 min,C_ max= 4.982 mg/L,T_ 1/2=8.67 min.CONCLUSION:The analytical method established in this study is sensitive and exact,and can be used to measure the pharmacokinetics of sodium new houttuyfonate in beagle dog.The sodium new houttuyfonate can metabolize quickly following intravenous injection.

Objective:To analyze the results of syphilis specific serological tests among entry personnel in Beijing port during year 201 2 -201 4 in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control of syphilis.Methods:Demographics data and syphilis specific test results of entry personnel were obtained from the information system of Beijing International Travel Healthcare Center and input into Excel 201 6. Database for entry personnel was built up accordingly and was analyzed by IBMSPSS22.0.Results:The number of entry personnel in Beijing port during year 201 2 -201 4 was 1 06 302 person-time.According to the evaluation criteria,71 308 persons were recruited and analyzed,of whom 277 were tested serologi-cally positive and the total prevalence was 0.39% (95% CI:0.34% -0.43%).The prevalence was highest in the persons aged 40 -49 years (0.81 %)and was higher in males (0.50%)than in females (0.23%).The persons from Africa held higher prevalence (1 .27%)than from other five regions.As multivariate logical regression analysis indicated that the risk of syphilis infection was 1 0.38 times more in the persons aged 40 -49 years than in the persons <20 years (95%CI:5.59 -1 9.28),and 1 .85 times more in males than in females (95%CI:1 .40 -2.44).For the people from Africa,South America and Asia,the infection risks were respectively 4.89 times (95%CI:2.97 -8.06),4.82 times (95%CI:2.39 -9.74)and 1 .72 times (95%CI:1 .1 5 -2.59)more than that for the people from North Ameri-ca.Rising trend of the prevalence was observed in both genders by age groups (P value for trend χ2 <0.05).Except for Asia,the prevalences of the people from other five regions were rising slightly by years,however there were no obvious trends (P value for trend χ2 >0.05).Twenty-seven seropositive cases were found within 6 246 entry persons who were tested repeatedly during the research period,9 of which were seroconversion cases so that the cumulative conversion rate was 0.1 4% (9 /6 228).The average conversion time was (6.3 ±3.0)months.There was no statistical significance between the cu-mulative seroconversion rates of the persons with different genders and nationalities (P of Fisher’s exact test >0.05).Conclusion:Serological detection of syphilis for entry personnel in Beijing port and syphi-lis-related health education should be reinforced to reduce the risk of disease importing and spreading, protect susceptible subjects and promote health.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of ischemic postconditioning (IPC) on myocardial perfusion levels of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients having underwent primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and the safety of IPC. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with STEMI were enrolled, and they accepted the primary PCI therapy within the onset of 12 h. The patients were divided into 2 groups according the treatment method:control group (routine PCI group, 82 cases) and IPC group (78 cases). The ST-segment resolution, TIMI myocardial perfusion grade (TMPG), before and after PCI levels of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), endothelin (ET)-1, tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI)-1, rate of intraoperative complication were observed. The patients were followed up for 6 months, the rate of major adverse cardiac event (MACE) was recorded. Results The rates of ST-segment resolution and TMPG well in IPC group were significantly higher than those in control group:84.62%(66/78) vs. 67.07%(55/82) and 80.77%(63/78) vs. 64.63%(53/82), and the rate of ischemia-reperfusion injury in IPC group was significantly lower than that in control group: 7.69%(6/78) vs. 24.39%(20/82), and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05 or<0.01). The endothelial function and fibrinolysis activity indexes (NO, ET-1, t-PA and PAI-1 levels ) 7 d after PCI in IPC group were significantly better than those in control group: (52.37 ± 3.84) μmol/L vs. (50.95 ±3.85) μmol/L, (75.47 ±3.47) ng/L vs. (76.61 ±3.72) ng/L, (12.96 ±1.25) μg/L vs. (12.52 ±1.23) μg/L, (21.78 ±4.01)μg/L vs. (24.95±7.56)μg/L, and there were statistical differences (P<0.05 or<0.01). There was no statistical difference in the rate of intraoperative complication between 2 groups ( P>0.05). The rate of MACE in IPC group was significantly lower than that in control group:3.85% (3/78) vs. 14.63% (12/82), and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Applying IPC in patients with STEMI having underwent primary PCI is safe and can improve myocardial perfusion levels. The improvement of vessel endothelial function and fibrinolysis activity attained from IPC may be the major mechanism.

Objective To investigate the compatibility of Shuanghuanglian Injection mixed with Cefazolin Sodium for Injection, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and Ribavirin Injection. Methods Under room temperature, the changes of appearance were determined by pH meter and particle counter for Shuanghuanglian Injection mixed with Cefazolin Sodium for Injection, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and Ribavirin Injection. Results There were no evident changes in appearance and pH of Shuanghuanglian Injection mixed with Cefazolin Sodium for Injection, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and Ribavirin Injection. The number of particles (diameter≥25 μm) of Shuanghuanglian Injection mixed with Cefazolin Sodium for Injection and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection was increased after 0.5 h. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Injection can be mixed with Cefazolin Sodium for Injection, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and Ribavirin Injection for bigeminy, while should not for multitherapy.

Objective To observe the short term clinical effect of OSSTEM implant system in the treatment of submerged and non-submerged healing in posterior region.Methods Sixty-two patients(80 OSSTEM implants) in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into the group A (submerged healing) and B (non-submerged healing).The lack of teeth area in all subjects was performed the OSSTEM artificial teeth routine implant,moreover the changes of peri-implant bone level,gingival bleeding index and implant retention rate were performed the comparative analysis after 1-year load.The peri-implant bone level was performed the statistical analysis by adopting the independent sample T test and the gingival bleeding index was analyzed by adopting the Fisher exact probability test using SPSS17.0 software package.Results The implant retention rates in both groups were 100%.The medial peri-implant bone levels were (0.59±0.19) mm in the group A and (0.58±0.21)mm in the group B,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The distal peri-implant bone levels were (0.55±0.19) mm in the group A and (0.56±0.20)mm in the group B,the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The submerged healing and non-submerged healing in OSSTEM implant system can achieve good implant healing of soft and hard tissue and bone integration,the effect is good,which all can serve as the routine healing mode of OSSTEM implant.

Objective:To study the protective effect of Huangqi Injection on cardiotoxicity induced by doxorubicin (DOX) and its mechanism. Methods: The molders of Dox-induced myocardial mitochondria damage of rat in vitro and Dox-induced cardiotoxicity in mice were used. The protective effect of Huangqi Injection on cardiotoxicity induced by doxorubicin was determined by biochemical method.Results: Doxorubicin can increse malondialdehyde level, induce mitochondrin swelling and decrease glutathione (GSH) content of myocardial mitochondria of rat in vitro, while all these damages caused by doxorubicin were reduced significantly by Huangqi Injection. Cardiotoxicity of doxorubicin in mice as measured by increases of myocardial malondialdehyde level and serum creatine phosphokinase activity, decreases of superoxide dimutase was significantly alleviated by Huangqi Injection. Conclusions: Huangqi Injection can protect heart against Dox-induced cardiotoxicity, which provides experimental evidence for Huangqi Injection as an anti-tumor adjuvant drug in clinical application.
