Objective To study the curative effect of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 asso- ciated with levamisole liniment.Methods The RAU patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.The patients of curative group were instructed to use povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment;The control group were in- structed to take metronidazole,antibiotics,compound vitamin B and vitamin C.Then the patients were observed peri- odically.Results The success rate of curative group was 85 % and the control group was 55 %.The difference had statistical significance(P＜0.01).Conclusion Treatment of major aphthous ulcer using povidone-iodine,H_2O_2 and levamisole liniment is effective.

Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common complication of gastrointestinal diseases and gastrointestinal surgery, which may lead to hemorrhagic shock or cause death if not treated properly and promptly.Currently, endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding includes clip closure, endoscopical injection of saline/adrenaline, argon plasma coagulation (APC), electrocoagulation and heater probe coagulation etc..Endoscopic clip closure mainly includes traditional closure through-the-scope clip (TTSC) and more novel closure over-the-scope clip (OTSC).This article reviewed the use of OTSC in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Objective To study the influence of postural intervention on ambulation of patients after video-assisted thoracoscope surgery? Methods One hundred and forty eight patients having undergone chest cardiac surgery were randomly divided into the control group(n = 75)and the observation group(n = 74)? The former received routine nursing intervention and the latter postural intervention besides routine nursing? The two groups were compared in terms of the time for ambulation and the ability in ambulation? Result The ambulation in the observation group was earlier than the control group and the ability in ambulation was better compared to the control group(both P < 0?05)? Objective To know the sanitary situation of urban river surge and a certain section of Zhujiang River and whether Guangzhou reach of Zhujiang River will be taken as a swimming region. Methods From July 1 to July 15,2007,the period of swim,the spring-tide water and ebb-tide water at urban river surge and a certain section were sampled and tested. 54 water sample at urban river surge and 40 at a certain section,the items included pH value,turbidity,dissolved oxygen,chemical oxygen demand, amino-nitrogen and heat-resistant coliform. Results The results indicated that pH value and chemical oxygen demand of the water at urban river surge and a certain section were eligible,but amino-nitrogen,dissolved oxygen and heat-resistant coliform were not eligible,the turbidity was high,the water quality did not meet the Hygienic Standard for Swimming Place (GB 9667-1996). Abstract?AlM: To assess the efficacy and safety of trypan blue and indocyanine green ( lCG ) for continuous curvilineal capsulorrhexis ( CCC ) in mature or hypermature phacoemulsification.?METHODS: A total of 122 eyes of 122 cases with cataracts in mature and hypermature were randomly divided into three groups, trypan blue staining group was 46 eyes of 46 cases as group A, lCG staining group was 40 eyes of 40 cases as group B, control group was 36 eyes of 36 cases as group C. Staining groups were used to 0. 2mL trypan blue or lCG injected into the anterior chamber during operation, respectively. The success rate of CCC, lens posterior capsule rupture and implanted intraocular lens pouch were observed and compared during operation. Anterior chamber inflammation was observed after operation, and compared with the control group to observe and analysis.? RESULTS: The success rate of CCC, implanted intraocular lens pouch were statistically significant difference in trypan blue staining group ( group A ) than that in control group (group C) (P<0. 05). lmplanted intraocular lens pouch was statistically significant difference in lCG group ( group B ) than that in control group ( group C ) ( P<0. 05 ) . The rate of lens posterior capsule rupture was no statistically significant difference in all three groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Anterior chamber inflammation was no significant difference in the postoperative reaction among the three groups.?CONCLUSlON:The application of trypan blue or lCG for lens capsule staining before CCC in lack of red reflective mature and hypermature cataracts is safe and effective, both results are comparable. lt guarantees a complete CCC and improves the success rate of phacoemulsification.
