1.Low molecular weight heparin therapy for severe acute pancreatitis:a prospective clinical study
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the clinical value of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the (treatment) of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) . Methods A prospective and randomized study on the (therapeutic) effects of conventioned therapy in 30 patients with SAP(C group), compared with 30 patients (treated) by conventional therapy plus LMWH(LT group). Results (1)The APACHE II scores in LT group were significantly lower than that in C group at 2 weeks after therapy (P0.05). The levels of fibrinogen in LT group were significantly higher than that in C group at 2 weeks after therapy (P
3.Glycogen synthase kinase-3 and tumorigenesis
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(6):416-419
It has recently been demonstrated that Glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β) plays an important role in tumorigenesis through its regulation of tumor cell growth via a variety of mechanisms. In some tumors, activation of GSK-3β inhibits the growth of tumor cells whereas in other tumors, GSK-3β promotes tumor cells growth, meanwhile, GSK-3β may also regulate sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs to tumor cells, thus GSK-3β is likely to become a novel target for tumor therapy.
4.Research progress of monoclonal antibody in the treatment of adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia:reports from the 55th ASH annual meeting
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2014;23(4):193-194
Humanized monoclonal antibody and CARs have became the focus of treatment in adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) at the 55th ASH annual meeting.Treating with chemotherapy plus monoclonal antibody will get a develop effect in relapse/refractory adult ALL.More immune-pharmaceutics will be used in clinical trials.

International Journal of Surgery 2014;41(2):91-93
Objective To investigate the risk for recurrent thyroid carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 56 cases of recurrent thyroid carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and summarized possible causes of relapse. Results Student's test revealed that age, initial operative approach, pathological types, postoperative medication and radionuclide therapy were associated with recurrence (P < 0.05),but gender was not associated with recurrence (P =0.240),and resection of single gland was associated with recurrence (P =0.006),but resection of both gland was not so (P =0.153).Multivariate analysis indicated that initial operative approach was the dependent factors for recurrence(P < 0.05).Conclusion Some patients that prone to recurrence should be strengthened regular follow-up.Standard treatment should be used for The recurrences diagnosed.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on kidney injury in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: Sham operation (S) group,SAP group, and LMWH treatment (LT) group. In LT group LMWH was administrated 4 hours after SAP model establishment. The levels of serum amylase, creatinine (Cr) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-?), renal morphological change, and the expression of p65 mRNA and protein in renal specimens were determined 24 hours after model establishment or LMWH treatment. Results The levels of serum amylase,Cr,TNF-? in SAP group were significantly higher than those in S group and LT group (all P0.05). The expression of p65 protein and mRNA of renal tissues in SAP group was significantly higher than that in S group and LT group (all P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) therapy for pancreatic encephalopathy in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:(1) Sham operation(S) group,(2) SAP group and(3) LMWH treatment(LT) group:LMWH was administrated at 4 hours after construction of SAP model. The levels of serum amylase, myelin basic protein(MBP),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-?),interleukin 6(IL-6),brain water contents and pathological changes of pancreas and brain were measured at 24 h after models were set up in SAP and in S group, and 24 h after LMWH was administrated in LT group.Results(1) The levels of serum amylase,TNF-?,IL-6 in SAP group were significantly higher than those in S group and LT group(all P 0.05).(2) The brain water content in SAP group was significantly higher than that in S group and LT group(P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the protective efficiency of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on lung injury in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:(1) Sham operation (S) group,(2) SAP group,(3) LMWH treatment (LT) group:LMWH was administrated 4 hours after SAP model was constructed. The levels of serum amylase,endothelin1(ET-1),tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF-?),lung wet/dry weight ratios, pulmonary morphology, the expressions of P65mRNA and P65 protein in pulmonary specimens were detected at 1d after the models were set up,and the 3 days survival rate in each group was also observed. Results (1) The levels of serum amylase,TNF-?,ET-1 in SAP group were significantly increased than those in S group and LT group (all P

China Pharmacy 2001;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the antihypoxic effect of orientoside on hypoxia model rats.METHODS:The hy-poxia rats model was established through normobaric hypoxia, poisoning with sodium nitrite, potassium cyanide and lidocaine, trachea occlusion,decapitation,etc.20minutes prior to the modeling, the rats were administered with the corresponding drugs with the anti-hypoxic effects observed.RESULTS:As compared with placebo group, the survival time of rats under nor-mobaric hypoxia, poisoned by sodium nitrite, potassium cyanide and lidocaine, and the electrocardiograph extinction time after trachea occlusion and the gasping time of mice after decapitation were all significantly prolonged by orientoside.CONCLU-SION:Orientoside has antihypoxic effect on hypoxia model rats.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the influence of bile duct ligation ( BDL ) on macrophage ( M ) activity and bacterial translocation in mice . Methods After 7 days of BDL , the levels of serum total bilirubin(TB) , albumin(Alb) , glutamic - oxaloacetic transaminase(AST) , creatinine(Cr) , alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and nitrogen oxide(NO) producted by peritoneal macrophages were measured . The mesenteric lymph nodes were cultured for bacteria . The liver and kidney tissues were histopathologically examined. Results The levels of serum iTB,AST,AKP in BDL group were significantly higher than those in control group(P
