1.Clinical Observtion to 30 Cases of Mild and Moderate Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome Treated with Resvised Wupi Decoction

[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of resvised wu pi decoction on mild and moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. [Method]To 30 of such cases ,take resvised wu pi decoction to strengthen spleen and tonify kidney, remove dampness and prevent miscarriage, observe patient chest dis-tress, abdominal distension and liquid intake and output volume of 24 hours etc.;Then estimate the clinical effect,and analyze one typical case.[Result]The marked effective rate was 60.00%, with total effective rate 96.67%. [Conclusion] The clinical application of resvised wu pi decoction treating mild and moderate OHSS by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,removing dampness and preventing miscarriage has excellent curative effect.
2.Clinical study of internal rigid fixation for mandibular condylar fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal rigid fixation with miniature titanium plate for mandibular condylar fracture under endoscope. Methods Twenty-two cases with mandibular condylar fractures were treated with transcutaneous puncturing and internal rigid fixation with miniature titanium plate under endoscope. Results All cases obtained a good recovery both of facial contour and bone healing. Mandibular movement was normal in 21 cases and biting function good in 20.Conclusions Under endoscope, the internal rigid fixation for mandibular condylar fracture is a good method with little trauma, accurate reduction and stable fixation but without complication and can be used for treatment of fractures of mandibular condylar neck or subcondylar condyle.
3.Effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on the IL2-IFN-NKC regulatory network and its relative network MФ-IL1-Th

Objective The tumor-bearing (S37) mice were used to study the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on relative network of IL2-IFN-NKC regulatory network. Methods After puncturing and (or) igniting the acupoints of Dazhui (Du 14) and Houhai(Du 1), we observed its effects on MФ,IL1 ,Th and tumor S37 by means of MФ devouring neutral red test,MTT colorimetry and Anti-L3T4 McAb-SPA rosetle test simultaneously. Results The phagocytic power of MФ in the mice's abdomen,the amount of IL1 and percentage of L3T4 increased obviously,compared to that of the control group;excepted the acupuncture group ,the other two experimental groups had the obvious inhibition to the tumor S37. In addition,the IL1 content increased remarkably in acumoxi group and moxibustion group than in acupuncture group. The percentage of L3T4 increased remarkably in acumoxi group than that in acupuncture group. Conclusion Applying both acupuncture and moxibustion at points of Dazhui (Du 14) and Houhai (Du 1) can make positive regulation on the relative MФ-IL1-Th network of IL2-IFNNKC regulatory network and has anti-tumor effect. The moxibustion also has the similar effects.
4.Effects of 360 degrees selective laser trabeculoplasty on primary open angle glaucoma

7.Misdiagnosis on gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma:report of 32 cases

Objective To investigate the causes of clinical misdiagnosis for gastric mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (GMALT). Methods The clinical manifestations of and accessory examination for GMALT in 32 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results Clinical misdiagnosis was made on 32 out of 78 cases (41%) of GMALT for a period of 5 days to 13 months. Radiographic misdiagnosis rate was 40% and endoscopic misdiagnosis rate was 37%. Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of GMALT was difficult because the incidence of GMALT is low, the symptoms are nonspecific, and radiologic and fibergastroscopic features were very similar to those of gastric carcinoma and peptic ulcer.
9.Reprogramming in origin and development of leukemia stem/progenitor cells.

The success of yielding induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells from human somatic cells demonstrates the important role of reprogramming in the formation of stem/progenitor cells and initiates the exploration of the origin of leukemia stem cells. In our previous work, we have found two types of leukemia, bona fide leukemia and non-bona fide leukemia. Different leukemias originate from different leukemia stem/progenitor cells which are critical to the genesis and evolution of leukemia. Bona fide leukemia and non-bona fide leukemia originate from leukemia stem cells and progenitor cells, respectively. Recent research suggests that different types of leukemia are influenced by the reprogramming state of their origin cells.
