1.Constructing cultivation mode for health service management professionals based on self-organization system theory

With medical system reform advancing,social requirement on comprehensive capability for health service management professionals enhances unceasingly.However,health service management in our country is a new branch of edge-crossed and needs to be improvd and perfected constantly to reduce the shortage in mode construction for talent cultivation. It is meaningful to explore and construct innovative cultivation mode for health management professionals from three aspects,management capability,learning capability and information feedback based on system self-organization principle.
2.Analysis of international discharge planning guidelines

Objective To provide a theoretical reference for building a discharge planning program suitable for China's national conditions based on a comprehensive content analysis of international discharge planning guidelines.Methods Discharge planning guidelines from 1995 to 2012 which were retrieved from PubMed,NGS (National Guideline Clearinghouse),google were analyzed by 5W1H method.Results A total of 11 discharge planning guidelines were collected from 21 through the full text screening.Conclusions This study shows that discharge planning should focus on patients with their needs as orientation,to provide continuous care through interdisciplinary and interagency coordination and cooperation,and an effective planning should be implemented standardized management and carried out early on admission.
3.The expression of thymosin beta 4 in the liver tissues and its clinical significance in children with hepatoblastoma

Objective To investigate the expression of thymosin beta4 ( Tβ4 ) in the liver tissues of children with hepatoblastoma ( HB) , and further study the function of Tβ4 in HB metastasis in vitro. Methods Immunohisto-chemistry (IHC) was used to determine expression of Tβ4, E-cadherin andβ-catenin in liver tissues from 19 chil-dren with HB,and further to analyze its function in metastasis of HB cells. Results The positive rate of Tβ4 ( P<0.01 ) in HB liver tissues was significantly higher than it in the adjacent tissues. The positive rates of Tβ4 and nu-clearβ-catenin in HB with lymphnode metastasis were significantly higher than in HB without lymphnode metastasis ( P <0.01 ) . While expression of E-cadherin in HB with lymphnode metastasis was lower than in HB without lymphnode metastasis ( P<0.01 ) . Scratch-wound assay showed that HepG2 cells with Tβ4 knockdown had signifi-cantly lower metastatic ability (P<0.05). Conclusion Tβ4 plays an important role in HB metastasis, suggesting it is a potential target for HB metastasis.
4.The effect of microRNA-204 on autophagy in U251

Objective To investigate the effect of microRNA-204(miR-204)on autophagy in U251. Methods Inhibition of miR-204 in U251 cell lines was done by transfection of miR-204 inhibitor(AMO-204) .Cell viability was detected by MTT assay.The autophagy of U251 was tested by immunofluorescence tech-nique.The protein level of Beclin 1,LC3 and Bcl-2 was detected by Western blot.Results Cell viability was markedly increased after inhibition of miR-204 in U251 cells.The number of autophagosome was decreased.The levels of Beclin 1 and LC3 were decreased,the protein level of Bcl-2 was significant increased by transfection of AMO-204 in U251 cells(P<0.05).Conclusion MiR-204 might at least in part promote glioma via inhibi-ton autophagy,indicating that miR-204 might be a potential target for the treatment of glioma.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare rufloxacin hydrochloride gel and establish a quality control method of the gel METHODS:Carbopol940 was used as the gel base,the content of rufloxacin hydrochloride was determined with UV-spectrophotometry and the stability test was performed RESULTS:There was a good linearity of calibration curve of rufloxacin hydrochloride in range 2~10?g/ml,r=0 9 999,the average recovery was 99 53%,RSD was 0 38%(n=6) The gel was stable CONCLUSION:The design of the gel formulation is reasonable The gel can be prepared feasibly and is stable in quality,convenient in use

7.The Clinical Research of Risk Factors of Atherosclerotic Renal Artery Stenosis in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of concomitant atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis(ARAS)and coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods In the study period 247 patients with known or suspected CAD underwent combined cardiac catheterization and renal artery angiography.Results Incidence of ARAS was 20%(44/220)in CAD.Logistic regression analysis showed only age,degree of coronery artery stenosis,peripheral atherosclerosis disease were independently predictor of ARAS.Conclusions Renal artery angiography should be performed routinely to indentify ARAS,especially in the patients with mutil-vessel lesions,old age and peripheral atherosclerosis disease.

9.Study on Preparation of Temperature Sensitive Hydrogel of Chitosan/Polyvinyl Alcohol/Sodium Glycerophosphate and Its Characteristics

OBJECTIVE:To prepare temperature sensitive hydrogel which is of strength.METHODS:The hygrogel was prepared using CS,PVA and GP as matrix with concentration of CS(A),weight ratio of CS to PVA(B) and pH value(C) as factors and with initial gelatination temperature,strength and dehydration as indexes.The formula was optimized by orthogonal experiment and verified.RESULTS:The optimal formula was as follows:A 20 mg?mL-1,B 1 :1,C 7.2.The prepared hydrogel was fluid at 4 ℃ or room temperature while gelatinized at 37 ℃ within 10 min with strength of about 1.4 kPa.Gelatination time reduced along with the increase of temperature.The pH value had hardly changed during degradation in vitro within 28 d.CONCLUSION:The CS/PVA/GP hydrogel is simple and practical in preparation technique and is temperature sensitive and of strength.
10.Content Determination of Salidroside in Jintianquban Tables by HPLC

Objective To establish a method of HPLC for determination of salidroside in Jintianquban Tablets. Methods Waters C18 column was used. The methanol-water was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 276 nm. Results For salidroside, the linear range was 0.3 456~3.456 ?g, and the average recovery rate was 100.3% with RSD=1.71%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
