Functional gastrointestinal disease is a group of clinical syndrome of non-organic disease. Its various clinical symptoms have a certain specificity and overlap phenomenon, and the mechanism is not clear. TCM believes thatphychological factorsare an important cause. Emotion failurecan effect spleen and stomach functionthrough liver and heart directly or indirectly. At present, the phychological factors and the relationship between functional gastrointestinal disease are getting attentiongradually. It is recognized that the mechanism of phychological factorsmay be related to brain axis dysfunction, mast cell activation, intestinal flora and so on. This article expounded the above-mentioned mechanism and reviewed the detailed TCM intervention measures to functional gastrointestinal disease in recent years.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in regulating depressed state. Method Sixty patients in depressed state were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given basic intervention plus acupuncture, whereas the control group was treated by basic intervention alone. The two groups were evaluated by using Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and PSTR prior to treatment, and respectively after 1, 2, and 3-month treatment. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Result The HAMD and PSTR scores were significantly changed respectively after 1, 2, and 3-month treatment compared to that before treatment in both groups (P<0.05). Respectively after 1, 2, and 3-month treatment, the HAMD and PSTR scores of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05). Acupuncture worked rather slowly in the first month of treatment, while in the following 2 months, its efficacy increased significantly. The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 40.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions during the whole intervention with acupuncture. Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective approach in regulating depressed state.

Graphene ( GN) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes ( MWCNT) composites were coated on glassy carbon electrode ( GCE ) and then poly ( nicotinic acid ) ( PNA ) was electrodeposited on the modified electrode. The electrochemical behavior of pyridoxine hydrochloride ( VB6 ) was investigated at the modified electrode by cyclic voltammetry ( CV ) and differential pulse voltammetry ( DPV ) . Results showed the oxidation current of VB6 at the GN-MWCNT/PNA/GCE was obviously larger than that at GCE, PNA/GCE and GN/MWCNT/GCE. The oxidation process of VB6 was an irreversible diffusion-controlled process involving one electron and two protons. The liner range between the peak current intensity of DPV and the concentration of VB6 was 0 . 05-200 μmol/L with a detection limit of 0 . 02 μmol/L ( S/N=3 ) . The modified electrode showed a good reproducibility with a relative standard deviation of 3 . 1% ( n=8 ) . The proposed method was applied to the analysis of vitamin B6 in vitamin B6 tablets and compound vitamin B tablets with recoveries between 96 . 1%-104 . 5%.

BACKGROUND: Uncoupling of major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is the main cause for transplantation rejection, and it is the best way to prevent transplantation rejection by induce immunological tolerance of the recipient to the donor organ. Self-tolerant T cells can be obtained by negative selection in thymus, whether the intrathymic injection of allogenic antigen can get the immunological tolerance to the antigen?OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of intrathymic injection of allogenic antigen on inducing immunological tolerance in nerve transplantation.DESIGN: A comparative observation.SETTINGS: Department of Immunology, Harbin Medical University; Department of Orthopaedics, Fourth Clinical Hospital of Harbin Medical University.MATERIALS: Thirty donor C57BL/6 mice (H-2b), male, aged from 6-8 weeks, weighing 18-22 g, were purchased from the Veterinarian Institute of Heilongjiang Province; While 60 recipient Balb/c mice (H-2b) female, aged from 6-8 weeks, weighing 18-22 g, from Beijing Experimental Animal Center. MHC (H-2b) antigen was prepared by the Department of Immunology, Harbin Medical University, and the concentration of protein was 4.4 g/L.METHODS: The experiments were carried out in the Department of Immunology, Harbin Medical University from June to November 2002. The recipient Balb/c mice were randomly divided into four groups: intrathymic injection group, syngenic transplantation group, allogenic transplantation group and immunosuppressant drug group. MHC (H-2b) antigen was extracted from splenic cells of donor C57BL/6 mice and injected intrathymically into recipient Balb/c mice (H-2d). Two weeks later, the sciatic nerve was transplanted to the recipient mice. Mixed lymphocyte reaction and delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) were detected at 3 weeks after transplantation.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The differences of mixed lymphocyte reaction and DTH were compared among the groups.RESULTS: All the 30 donor C25BL/6 mice (H-2b) and 60 recipient Balb/c mice (H-2d) were involved in the analysis of results.①Results of mixed lymphocyte reaction: The cell proliferations in the syngenic transplantation group and intrathymic injection group were obviously lower than that in the allogenic transplantation group [(546.1±75.1), (2 668.3±533.8), (3 101.3±429.1), (4 312.3±534.1) minutes-1, P<0.05].②Results of DTH: The thicknesses difference between two pads in the syngenic transplantation group and intrathymic injection group were obviously lower than that in the allogenic transplantation group [(41.1±3.7), (72.1±5.1), (57.6±11.3), (86.2±13.2)μm, P<0.05].CONCLUSION:The intrathymic injection of donor H-2b antigen could induce immunological tolerance of nerve transplantation.

Deciphering the metabolites of multiple components in herbal medicine has far-reaching significance for revealing pharmacodynamic ingredients. However, most chemical components of herbal medicine are secondary metabolites with low content whose in vivo metabolites are close to trace amounts, making it difficult to achieve comprehensive detection and identification. In this paper,an efficient strategy was proposed:herb-derived metabolites were predicted according to the structural characteristics and metabolic reactions of chemical constituents in Corydalis Rhizoma and chemical structure screening tables for metabolites were conducted. The fragmentation patterns were summarized from represen-tative standards combining with specific cleavage behaviors to deduce structures of metabolites.Ion abundance plays an important role in compound identification, and high ion abundance can improve identification accuracy. The types of metabolites in different biological samples were very similar, but their ion abundance might be different. Therefore, for trace metabolites in biological samples,we used the following two methods to process:metabolites of high dose herbal extract were analyzed to char-acterize those of clinical dose herbal extracts in the same biological samples;cross-mapping of different biological samples was applied to identify trace metabolites based on the fact that a metabolite has different ion abundance in different biological samples.Compared with not using this strategy,44 more metabolites of clinical dose herbal extract were detected. This study improved the depth, breadth, and accuracy of current methods for herb-derived metabolites characterization.

Objective:
To investigate the value of fibrinogen to albumin ratio (FAR) at admission on predicting spontaneous recanalization of infarct-related artery (IRA) in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
Methods:
Clinical data from 255 acute STEMI patients ((61.1±11.2) years old, 189 males) who underwent emergency coronary angiography within 12 hours in our hospital from December 2015 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The acute STEMI patients were divided into non-spontaneous recanalization group (thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grade 0-1, 203 cases) and spontaneous recanalization group (TIMI flow grade 2-3, 52 cases). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate related factors of IRA spontaneous recanalization. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of FAR in predicting spontaneous coronary recanalization.
Results:
There was no significant difference in age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, smoking, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, duration of chest pain, type of infarction, infarct-related artery, door-to-balloon time, and drug used before admission between non-spontaneous recanalization group and spontaneous recanalization group (all
