Objective To investigate the changes of the hemostatie coagulation markers in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH)and significance.Methods The blood samples were collected from 70 normal pregnant women (control group) and 66 pregnant women with PIH (PIH group).Platelet count (PC), mean platelet volume ( MPV ), prothrombin lime (PT), partial thromboplastin time (AFIT), fibrinogen (FIB),D-dimmer (D-D)were measured.Results Compared with the control group,the level of PC,PT, APTT in the PIH group were significantly decreased [(178.32±51.08) × 10~9/L vs (186.17±40.02) × 10~9/L, (10.54±0.34) s vs(11.07±0.49) s, (26.23±3.12) s vs(28.08±4.31) s](P<0.05 or <0.01), while those of FIB,MPV,D-D were significantly increased [(5.34±0.68) g/L vs (4.02±0.73) g/L, (11.10 ± 2.31 ) fl vs (8.95 ± 1.37) fl, (0.46 ± 0.27) mg/L vs (0.18 ± 0.19) mg/L](P < 0.01 ).The levels of FIB and D-D were significantly increased in severe preeclampsia (34 cases) than those in mild preeclampsia (32 cases) (P < 0.01 ).The level of PT was lower and FIB, D-D were increased in early onset preeclampsia ( 31 cases ) than those in late onset preeclampsia (35 cases) (P < 0.05 or < 0.01 ).Conclusions There is hypercoagulative state in pregnant women with PIH.The disorders of coagulation function may be more severe in early onset preeelampsia than those in late onset preeclampsia.

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on the expression of TGF-?1 and ?-IFN in rats with radiation-induced lung injury in different radiation time, and discuss the prevention and curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe and its possible action mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty Wistar rats were randomly allocated into irradiation group (n =30), irradiation with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe-treated group (n =30), irradiation with ambroxol-treated group (n =30) and normal control group (n =6). The former three groups were irradiated at right hemithorax with a dose of 30 Gy (5 Gy per week). Animals were followed for 26 weeks after the first irradiation. The levels of serum TGF-?1 and ?-IFN of 6 rats in each group were assayed by ELISA at the end of 4th, 6th, 8th, 12th and 26th week after the first irradiation. Results In Yiqi Huoxue Recipe-treated group, the levels of serum TGF-?1 were significantly lower from the 4th week than that of the irradiation group (P0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can inhibit the excretion of TGF-?1 and promote the excretion of ?-IFN. It suggested that Yiqi Huoxue Recipe might play an important role in the prevention and curation of radiation-induced lung injury.

Objective: To observe the effect of 2 Hz electroacupuncture (EA) on long term depression (LTD) of synaptic transmission in the spinal dorsal horn in rats with neuropathic pain, so as to explore the central mechanisms of the antinociceptive effects of 2 Hz electroacupuncture on neuropathic pain. Methods: The neuropathic pain models were produced by tight ligation of the L5/L6 spinal nerves in Sprague Dawley rats. The C fiber evoked field potentials in the spinal dorsal horn were recorded with extracellular recording techniques. The parameters of the electroacupuncture were as follows: frequency of 2 Hz, wavelength of 0.6 ms, intensity of 1,2,3 mA lasting 10 min for each intensity, stimulation time of 30 min. The positive stimulating electrode was placed in acupoint “sanyinjiao” and the negative electrode in “zusanli”. Objective To investigate the nursing of replantation methods of sea-water soaked rotated avulsion amputated fingers.Methods There were 8 cases (16 fingers) with sea-water soaked rotated avulsion amputated fingers.5 cases were replanted by synchronic replantation method,the other 3 cases were replanted by traditional replantation method.We adopted complete debridement and high quality vascular anastomosis during the operation,and give hyperbaric oxygen therapy and anticoagulant treatment post-operation.Results There were 15 survival fingers in 16 replanted fingers.The survival rate was 93.75％.After follow-up for three months to two years,the total good rate was 87.5％.No wound infection and nonunion of fracture occurred.The outline of the fingers was satisfying and patients felt well.The twopoint discrimination was 3～6 mm after 3～24 months follow-up.Conclusions The injury of sea-water soaked rotated avulsion amputated fingers is complicated and the replantation operation is difficult.but if we can adopt individual measure according to the actual circumstance,it is possible that the sea-water soaked rotated avulsion amputated fingers can survive.

Objective To discover,diagnose and treat colorectal cancer in the early period and further improve the survival rate,reduce morbidity and mortality of the colorectal cancer by early screening for colorectal cancer in Jinjiang.Methods According to “The Guide of Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment in China by the Experts Group of Ministry of Health”,the case history was collected while the stool occult blood and FOBT were detected to discover high risk crowd who then inspected by electron enterscope.Results The screening was practiced in Xibin,Zimao and Neikeng town respectively.The crowd of 40-74 years old was 10 116 and 2631 of them accepted screening(acclimation rate,26％).Two hundred and fifty-seven high-risk people were discovered(9.8％ of 2631)and 86 of them(acclimation rate,33％,86/257)were inspected by electron enterscope.Twenty-two cases were detected with colorectal affection(detection rate,8.6％,22/257),20 cases were diagnosed as colorectal adenoma and 2 cases were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma by pathological section.All of them accepted therapy.Conclusion Carrying out early screening for colorectal cancer is important.It can reduce morbidity and mortality of the colorectal cancer and then improve the cure rate and prolong survival in patients with colorectal cancer.

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huexue Recipe on the expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α on serum and lung of rots with radiation-induced lung injury in different radiation time,and discuss the preventative and curative effect and mechanisms of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe.Methods 66 Wistar rats were randomly allocated into irradiation with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe-treated group(A group)irradiation group(B group),and normal control group(C group).The first two groups were irradiated at right hemithorax with a dose of 30 Gy/6 fractions(in 6 weeks).The levels of TGF-β1,and TNF-α on rat serum and lung were measured by ELISA and immunohistochemistry at the end of the 4th,6th,8th,12th,and 26th week after the first irradiation.Results TGF-β1,and TNF-α level on rats serum and lung in irradiation group showed an increase from the 4th week after the first irradiation,peaking at the 12th week,and descending at the 26th week.In A group,the levels of TGF-β1 and TNF-α were significantly lower from the 4th week than those of B group.Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue Recipe could inhibit the excretion of TGF-β1,and TNF-α and might play an important role in the prevention and curation of radiation-induced lung injury,which might be related to inhibiting the expression of TGF-β1 and TNF-α.

BACKGROUND:O-arm navigation integrates CT image quality and the flexible mobility of the C-arm. Surgery for severe spinal deformity is very difficult, with high incidence of nerve injury, so it is a chalenging surgery for spinal surgery. The role of O-arm in the correction of spinal deformity is particularly important. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect and safety of pedicle screw placement in severe spinal deformity under the guidance of O-arm navigation system. METHODS:Clinical data of 25 patients with severe spinal deformity with the aid of O-arm navigation were retrospectively analyzed. We observed pedicle screw insertion, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, correction of scoliosis and correction of kyphosis, and assessed the safety of screw insertion. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Totaly 326 pedicle screws were implanted in 25 patients. According to NEO classification, 280 pedicle screws (92%) belonged to grade 0 (no perforation of pedicle cortex). Grade 1: perforation of pedicle cortex, < 2 mm, including 44 screws (8%); grade 2: perforation of pedicle cortex, > 2 mm, < 4 mm, including 0 screw (0%); grade 3: perforation of pedicle cortex, > 4 mm, including 0 screw (0%). (2) Operation time was (272.3±17.3) minutes. Intraoperative blood loss was (1 710.0±229.1) mL. (3) Cobb angle of scoliosis was changed from (70.5±6.0)° preoperatively to (22.8±4.8)° postoperatively. Cobb angle of kyphosis was changed from (72.0±5.2)° preoperatively to (28.1±5.7)° postoperatively. Significant differences were detected (P< 0.05). (4) These findings verify that with the guide of the O-arm navigation system, the accuracy of screw insertion is high. The risk of intraoperative nerve injury was reduced. The scoliosis and kyphosis deformity were improved effectively.

The HPLC fingerprint differences ofRadix Platycodonis from different origins were studied to provide references for their quality control and production. The total platycodins were purified by DB101 macroporous resin. HPLC-ELSD fingerprints of the total platycodins for 39 batches ofRadix Platycodonis samples from 9 provinces were performed on an Agilent HC-C8 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5μm) with gradient elution. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid. The injection volume was 6μL. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. The temperature of drift tube was set at 90℃. And the gas flow (N2) was set at 1.2 mL·min-1. The results showed that there were large differences in the quality ofRadix Platycodonis from different origins with the common fingerprints of 6 batches of samples fromChifeng in Inner Mongolia as references. The quality ofRadix Platycodonis was closely related to the seeds, the ecological environment, the way of drying and storing and so on. It was concluded that it was important to strengthen the provenance base construction, standardization of the seeds, reasonable formulation of the regionalization, and standardization of the production processing for the cultivation and production ofRadix Platycodonis.
