Objective To measure baseline and influencing factors of core competency of mobile nurses when they join the team and lateral comparison with the domestic nurses,and provide the scientific basis to develop targeted training programs.Methods Using Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse (CIRN) to conducted a questionnaire survey on 56 mobile nurses.Results The core competencies of mobile nurses in our hospital scored (162.82±25.47) points,at a medium level throughout the country.The dimensions of legal and ethical practice were with the highest mean scores,and dimensions of critical thinking and scientific research ability were with the lowest mean scores,professional interests,career development prospects,degree of clinical ability had positive correlation with core competence scores of mobile nurses.Conclusions Core competencies of mobile nurses were at the middle to upper level compared with domestic nurses of the same seniority,but the cultivation for clinical thinking and research ability should be strengthened,and positive encouragement and opportunities for career development of mobile nurses would be necessary.

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching effect in flipped classroom stragety of nursing ethics curriculum based on learning ability,so as to provide reference for cultivating ethical thinking of nursing students and promoting their learning ability.Methodts:This study used flipped classroom stragety based learning ability in nursing research ethics section of nursing ethics curriculum,nursing students had a quiz last 10 minutes in class,and evaluated the teaching effect by filling in the scale developed by ourselves in the end of term.Restults:Fourty students in total were involved in this study,The average score of classroom quiz was 9.87 (total score was 10),the total average score of teaching effect evaluation was 4.10,the dimension average score of curriculum design evaluation was 4.30,the dimension average score of improving ability was 4.29,the dimension average score of mastering nursing research knowledge was 3.70.Conclussions:It is feasible that using flipped classroom stragety based on learning ability in nursing ethics curriculum,and could improve the learning ability of nursing students and the teaching effect.

Objective: To probe into the relationship between integrin β1 expression in human cervical carcinoma HCE1 multicellular spheroids (HCE1/MCS) and their invasion into human umbilical vein endothelium cells (HUVEC), so as to assess the inhibitory effect of anti-integrin β1 monoclonal antibody P5D2 on the invasion of HCE1/MCS into HUVEC. Methods: A model of HUVEC monolayer invaded by HCE1/MCS was established (in brief, the HCE1 invading model). Morphology changes of the HCE1 invading model were observed under inverted microscope and analyzed by Motic Med System after P5D2 treatment. The expressions of β1 integrin on HCE1 monolayer cells, HCE1/MCS, HVUEC monolayer cells, and P5D2-treated HCE1 invading models were measured by immunocytochemistry SABC assay. Results: A HCE1 invading model was successfully established. The HCE1/MCS proliferated rapidly after culture, and on the 7th day the invading area of HCE1/MCS was 40.42 folds larger than the original HCE1/MCS. Invading areas of P5D2-treated HCE1/MCS were significantly smaller than that of the control group after 1, 4, 7 day (P<0.05, or P<0.01), with the invading area after 7 days reduced by (84.68±0.08) % compared with the control group. Integrin β1 expression in HCE1/MCS was significantly higher than that in HCE1 monolayer cells (P<0.01), and the expression was negative in HUVEC. Integrin β1 expression in P5D2-treated HCE1/MCS was significantly lower than that the in untreated HCE1/MCS (P<0.01). Conclusion: Upregulated expression of integrin β1 in HCE1/MCS and HCE1 invading model may be associated with their enhanced adhesion and invasion abilities. Anti-integrin β1 monoclonal antibody P5D2 can partially block the invasion of HCE1/MCS into HUVEC.

Objective　This study was to investigate the Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection rate in cervical secretion of early pregnant and secondary sterility women. Method　CT-DNA in the cervical secretion of the early pregnant, the secondary sterility, and the control women was detected with polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results　The infection rates of CT in the early pregnant and secondary sterility women （14.28% and 13.33%）were higher than in the control women (3.33%, P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the former two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion　There are higher infection rates in the early pregnant and secondary sterility women.Detecting CT and treating in the perinatal period are needed in the early pregnant women who want to be pregnant again.

Objective To observe the effects of puhnonary rehabilitation on the symptoms and quality of life of persons with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods COPD patients were recruited from a hospital and community health centers and given pulmonary rehabilitation in the community.The rehabilitation program included health education and nutrition guidance,medication,breathing exercises,and physical exercise.Each patient was followed up every 4 weeks by telephone.The outcome measures included pulmonary function (FEV1％,FEV1/FVC％),St George's questionnaire (SGRQ),the Medical Research Council scale (MRC),Borg scoring,evaluation of anxiety and depression,the six-minute walk test (6MWT),and an evaluation of nutritional status.All of the patients were observed for one year.Results A total of 85 patients completed the program and were included in the final statistical analysis.There was no difference in FEV1 ％ before and after rehabilitation.Six-minute walking distance improved significantly in statistical terms but the average increase was only from (416.1 ±99.84)m to (437.51 ±116.17)m.The SGRQ scores decreased by an average of 4.8 points after a year of rehabilitation,with significant improvements among the moderately and severely impaired.Incidents of COPD exacerbation also decreased significantly.Patients with a low body mass index had the greatest SGRQ score improvments.Few patients showed depression or anxiety in this research population.Conclusions Pulmonary rehabilitation in the community can improve exercise tolerance and the quality of life for persons with COPD,reducing incidents of acute exacerbation.Patients may benefit from such pulmonary rehabilitation regardless of disease severity.The compliance was good despite the infrequent monitoring.Pulmonary rehabilitation in the community is worthy of more widespread use.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of mindfulness-based four-step approach to obsessive compulsive disorder. Methods A total of 82 patients with obsessive compulsive disorder were divided into control group and study group with 41 cases each by admission order. The patients in control group were given routine drug treatment and nursing, and the patients in study group were given mindfulness-based four-step approach based on control group. The indexes were evaluated by Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale, Hamilton Depressive Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Short Form 36 questionnaire before and after intervention. Results After 12 weeks treatment, the score of Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale, compulsive thinking, compulsive behavior were (6.16 ±4.38), (3.23 ±1.93), (2.98 ± 2.01) points in study group and (10.81 ± 3.26), (6.05 ± 2.02), (4.09 ± 2.15) points in control group, and there were significant differences(t=5.386, 6.384, 2.385, all P < 0.05). The score of anxiety and depress were (1.98 ± 1.91), (2.16 ± 1.38) points in study group, and (4.05 ± 2.01), (5.11 ± 2.26) points in control group, and there were significant differences(t=4.722, 7.045, all P<0.05). The score of total life quality, physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health were (77.32 ± 6.26), (89.11 ± 14.27), (78.19 ± 26.36), (82.33 ± 25.22), (60.18 ± 20.39), (55.31 ± 19.68), (80.13 ± 25.76), (72.13 ± 20.16), (60.12 ± 20.88) points respectively in study group, and (71.43 ± 5.62), (82.19 ± 13.36), (55.11 ± 23.27), (70.18 ± 25.71), (49.01 ± 20.13), (45.22 ± 18.11), (62.19±25.63), (45.23±23.02), (44.16±21.08) points in control group, and there were significant differences (t=2.134-6.621, all P<0.05). Conclusions The mindfulness-based four-step approach intervention can obviously relieve anxiety and depressive negativity mood in obsessive compulsive disorder patients. It can improve patient′s obsessive compulsive symptom, enhance the patient′s quality of life. It has important significance for obsessive compulsive disorder patients during their recovering period.

Objective To discuss the significance of high-risk human papilloma virus ( HR-HPV) detection by hybrid capture 2 (Hc-2) in managing the women with atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance (ASCIIS) and low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) of thin prep liquid-based cytology (TCT). Methods One hundred and seventy-eight women with ASCUS and 108 women with LSIL were studied. The infection of HR-HPV in the women was analyzed. And sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) were used to evaluate the significance of HR-HPV detection by Hc-2 in managing the women with ASCUS and LSIL of TCT. Results Sensitivity,specificity, PPV and NPV of HR-HPV DNA detection by Hc-2 in screening CIN II or above in ASCUS were 89.83% (53/59),53.78% (64/119), 49.07% (53/108), 91.43% (64/70) respectively,and in LSIL were 97.62%(41/42),22.73%(15/66), 44.57%(41/92), 93.75%( 15/16) respectively. Conclusion HR-HPV detection by Hc-2 is an effective measure in managing the women with ASCUS and LSIL of TCT.

Purpose:To investigate the correlation between the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma and the expression of cyclin D1,p53 and c myc genes.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique(SP) was applied to detect the expression of cyclin D1,P53 and c myc proteins in 63 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results:The rates of positive immunostaining of cyclin D1,P53 and c myc in gastric carcinoma were 32.75% ,25.40% and 52.38%,respectively.The expression of cyclin D1,P53 and c myc proteins in gastric carcinoma ≥ 4 cm in diameter was significantly higher than those 0.05).Conclusions:The over expression of cyclin D1, P53 and c myc proteins may contribute to the proliferation of gastric cancer cells, making them more aggressive.
