Objective To explore the impact of duration of catheter on incidences of PUR,UTI and reinserting catheter following LAVH,in order to determine the best time for withdrawing catheter. Methods 139 patients in keeping with the selected criteria were randomly divided into the non-catheter group, indwelling one-day and two-day group. The incidences of PUR,UTI and reinserting catheter were analyzed. Results There was significant difference in PUR and UTI among the three groups, and no difference was seen in reinserting catheter among them. Conclusions The catheter should be withdrawn as early as possible to prevent UTI.

Objective To research the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and serum free estriol 3 (FE3) and explore its impact on pregnancy outcome. Methods Clinical data of 117 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 165 normal pregnant women were retrospectivly analyzed.Chemiluminescence immunoassay determination of maternal serum FE3 also had been conducted. Then analyzing the correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3 and its impact on pregnancy outcomes. Results LDL cholesterol and the level of creatinine of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(t =3.129,9.372,all P < 0.05),while blood pressure, triglycerides,HDL,and 24-hour urinary protein content were significantly higher than control groug(t =7.361,2.398,2.833,all P < 0.05).The FE3 level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (t =2.913,P < 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the FE3 level of normal pregnant women and their gestational age (r =0.937,P < 0.05).The probabilities of premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia of observation group were significantly higher than amtrol group (x2 =3.912,3.879,4.267,6.935,all P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and FE3,which has an important significance on monitoring the health status of pregnant women and the fetal-placental function.

Objective To compare the efficacy of percutaneous and endoscopic treatment for the biliary stricture(BS) after liver transplantation (LT).Methods The result of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC) and drainage ( PTC group) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP group) for the BS in 132 post-LT patients were analyzed retrospectively.Ninety-nine patients received PTC treatment, and 59 patients received ERCP treatment,26 patients converted to PTC treatment because of the poor efficacy or failure of the ERCP treatment. The operation success rate, complication rate, cure rate and remission rate of the two groups were compared with X2 test. Results The BS types of PTC and ERCP group were different significantly( P < 0.01 ),with more non-anostomotic stricture in PTC group and more anostomotic stricture in ERCP group. The operation success rate of PTC group was higher than of ERCP group( 100% vs 97% ) (P <0.01 ),and the complication rate of PTC group was lower than of ERCP group. The overall cure and remission rate of PTC and ERCP group were not different significantly(32.3% vs 45.8%,94.9% vs 88.1% ) (P >0.05).The cure and remission rate of PTC and ERCP treatment for each subtype of BS were not different significantly ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusions The efficacy of PTC treatment for the post-LT BS is equivalent to that of ERCP treatment.PTC can be considered the first-line option for the post-LT BS.

Objective:
To explore the association between factors affecting language development and Chinese dyslexia, providing scientific evidence for prevention and intervention of dyslexia.
Methods:
Twelve elementary schools were selected in Baoan, Shenzhen. The parents and head teachers of 12 868 children in grade 3-5 were surveyed by the Questionnaire for Children s Reading Ability, the Dyslexia Checklist for Chinese Children and the Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning Disabilities.
Results:
The prevalence rate of dyslexia was 2.71%, with 349 children suffering from dyslexia. Gender, parental education and occupations, family income, whether parents work away from home before their child was 3 years old, average time mother spends with her child daily and number of languages spoken in family had statistical significance on dyslexia(all P <0.05). After adjusting for parental education and occupations, and family income, the children who spent more than 1 hour with their mothers per day had a significantly reduced risk of dyslexia (1-2: OR =0.46; 3-4: OR =0.45; 5-6: OR =0.40; >7 h: OR =0.36, P <0.05); the children living in families where two languages were used for communication had a significantly reduced risk of dyslexia( OR=0.74, 95%CI=0.57-0.96, P =0.02). Children with a history of language development disorders had a significantly increased risk of dyslexia( OR=17.30, 95%CI=7.86-38.09, P <0.01).
Conclusion
Increase of time mother spend with their child daily and paying more attention to the children with a history of language development disorders can help to prevent the occurrence of dyslexia.
