The development process of science and technical in the industry of assistive devices in China went with every stages of the standardization. The authors looked back the standardization history of the industry of assistive devices in China, emphatically introduced the recent development status and proposed the suggestion how to carry out the standardization in the near future.

Objective·To investigate the role and mechanism of CaMKKβ in RAW264.7 macrophage M2 polarization induced by interleukin-4 (IL-4).Methods·IL-4 induced RAW264.7 polarization was measured by RT-PCR and ELISA.Western blotting was used to analyze the total and phosphorylated protein levels of CaMKKβ,AMPK,JAK2 and STAT3 during polarization.A lentiviral vector carrying an shRNA targeting the CaMKKβ gene was successfully constructed.The expression of M1 and M2 markers and the expression of phosphorylated AMPK,JAK2,STAT3 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting respectively.The protein activity ofAMPK,JAK2 and STAT3 were selectively blocked,and then the effect of IL-4 on macrophage polarization was detected by RT-PCR.Results·IL-4 significantly polarized RAW264.7 cells towards M2 macrophages (P＜0.05),and the phosphorylated protein expression of CaMKKβ,AMPK,JAK2,STAT3 was significantly increased (all P＜0.05).The expression of M2 markers induced by IL-4 was decreased and the phosphorylation ofAMPK,JAK2 and STAT3 was also decreased after knockdown of CaMKKβ by shRNA (all P＜0.05).The polarization of macrophages to M2 was decreased after the activities of AMPK,JAK2 and STAT3 proteins were blocked respectively (all P＜0.05).Conclusion·CaMKKβ promotes IL-4 induced M2 macrophage polarization via activation of AMPK/JAK2/STAT3 pathway.

Objective To investigate the antibiotic-resistant gene mecA and the prevalence of Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL) gene, toxic shock syndrome toxin (TSST-Ⅰ) gene in S. aureus. Methods A total of 74 S. aureus were collected from clinical specimens. The mecA, PVL and TSST-Ⅰ genes were detected by PCR.Results PVL gene was identified in 22 S. aureus isolates. The prevalence of PVL was 29.7% in S. aureus, 36.6% in MRSA and 21.2% in MSSA. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The prevalence of MRSA was 55.4% in 74 S. aureus. The prevalence of TSST-Ⅰ gene was 6.8%. TSST-Ⅰ gene was not detected in MSSA.Conclusions MRSA strains show highly resistant to antibiotics. PVL- and TSST-Ⅰ-positive S. aureus are more pathogenic.

Objective To understand the feeling of mothers of children with osteogenesis imperfecta during the accompany of children's diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 20 mothers of children with osteogenesis imperfecta participated the semi-structured interview.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method of phenomenology.Results Three themes were acquired including heavy psychological burden,facing multiple pressure and mother's support through analysis,reorganization and extraction of the subjects.Conclusions Mothers of children with osteogenesis imperfecta needed humanistic concern and emotional support.Nursers should adopted personalized care measures to improve their quality of life.

Objective To analysis clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor on cancer related fatigue syndrome.Methods II-VI primary cancer 60 patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were admitted to department of internal medicine, Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University,and randomly divided into two groups.Control goup(n=30)were treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF).Experimental group(n=30)were treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets and G-CSF.Results After chemotherapy, ratio of patients in the experimental group appeared fatigue syndrome and changes in leukocyte was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with G-CSF have better clinical efficacy for leukopenia caused by tumor chemotherapy, the symptom of fatigue also can improve significantly.

Objective To study the drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in 2006 -2011 ,and to provide the evidence for treatment infection .Methods The isolated bacteria were identified and antibiotic sensitivity were tested by automated system in 503 Staphylococcus aureus collected from 2006 to 2011 .Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) was screened by oxacillin disk diffusion .Results 503 strains mainly derived from secretion and sputum .The incidence of MRSA was 44 .9% during 6 years . Detection rate of MRSA was decreased year by year .The difference was statistically significant between 2009 ,2010 ,2011 and 2006 , 2007 ,2008(P<0 .05) .No resistance to quinupristin/dalfopristin ,linezoiid ,vancomycin and nitrofurantoin was found .The resistance of Staphylococcus aureus was below 30% to levofloxacin ,imipenem ,compound sulfamethoxazole and rifampicin ,above 80% to ce-fazolin and penicillin .Although the resistant to cefazolin ,levofloxacin ,imipenem was risen ,the resistant rate of rest antibiotics was downed year after year .Conclusion Monitoring of drug resistance should be strengthened .The antimicrobial therapy should be de-fined on the basis of drug-sensitive test in order to control the incidence of infection and to delay the growth of clinical resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus .

Up till now, only tablets and ordinary injections are on the market, which is hard to meet the clinical requirements. The paper reviewed the research progress in the new technology and dosage forms of tetrandrine to provide the basis for new dosage form development of tetrandrine.

Objective To observe late effect of 60Co radiation accident on eye lens in the victims.Methods Medical observations of eye lens were performed on ten victims accidentally exposed to 60Co sources in four radiation accidents that have occurred from 1986 to 2000 in Henan Province.Pathological changes of the eye lenses were examined by using slit lamp microscopy after mydriasis with compound tropicamide.Results Of these ten victims, Liang in a radiation accident in Kaifeng (in 1986), Mei in Xinxiang (in 1999) and Xu in Xuchang (in 2000) all had typical radiation-induced cataract 2, 3 and 6 years after irradiation, respectively.Follow-up observation of the lens showed the punctate and/or granular opacities present in the eye posterior subcapsular of Yan in Kaifeng accident, Jie in Zhengzhou (1987), and Tian, Yong and Yi in Xinxiang accident, featuring the early changes of radiation-induced cataract, but the posterior subcapsular opacities were not observed in Wang and Min in Xinxiang accident.Conclusions Focus should be on the eye lens as the target organ of radiation exposure in long-term follow-up of victims accidentally exposed to radiation source.Severity of the lens opacity induced by ionizing radiation is closely associated with radiation doses.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of prevention of recurrent femur fracture in children with osteogenesis imperfecta.Methods Data of 35 patients (19 boys,16 girls) who were treated for femur deformity due to osteogenesis imperfecta at our hospital from Jun 2009 to Jun 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The average age of the patients was 9 years 3 months,ranging from 3 years 6 months to 13 years 1 month.All the patients had suffered from recurrent femur fractures before which led to femoral deformity.The mean angulation angle was 55° (range,10°-90°).10 patients were operated at one side;the other 25 patients were treated bilaterally.None of them received operation before for fractures.The average incidence of femur fracture before operation was 2.4/year (range,2-4).According to the modified Sillence classification system,9 were type Ⅲ OI,14 type Ⅳ,and 12 type I.The curved deformity of the femurs were corrected by osteotomy and stabilized by telescopic intramedullary rods in 35 patients.Results All the 35 patients were followed up for a mean period of 62 months (range,36-72).The average healing time of the osteotomy site of the femur was 8.5 weeks (range,7-12).The patient was encouraged to begin weightbearing and walking when the Xray film showed healing of the osteotomy site.By the latest follow up,80％ of the patients could stand and walk independently.The incidence of femur fracture decreased significantly to the level of 0.3±0.1/year,compared with the level of 2.4± 1.3/year before operation.All the parents of the children were satisfied with the result of deformity correction.At the latest follow up,the Barthel index score increased from 71.82 (range,51-92) before operation to 92.32 (range,82-100) postoperatively,while the WeeFIM score increased from 53.32 (range,42-72) before operation to 78 (range,70-86) postoperatively.The difference of Barthel index score and WeeFIM score between that before and post operation was significant.The children's selfcare and motion ability improved obviously after operation.During follow up,22 patients suffered from recurrent fracture of the femur by various degree,7 of them were treated by open reduction and telescopic rodding surgery,while the other 15 patients were treated conservatively because the fracture displaced or angulated minimally and the fracture healed uneventfully.Conclusion The telescopic intramedullary rod can maintain the correction of the femur deformity and improve the quality of the bone,thus prevent the recurrent fracture of the femur in children with osteogenesis imperfecta effectively.

ObjectiveTo find out the risk factors and the incidence of lithiasis. MethodsA questionnaire was formulated by the National Biliary Surgical Group. It was sent to the medical staff of all levels of hospitals in the Zunyi Region, Guizhou to fill in on surgically proven cases of cholelithiasis. The clinical data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 13.0. ResultFor lithiasis, the gender ratio was 1∶ 1.78; the peak age was 41-year and 51-year respectively. The proportion of cholecystolithiasis (n =4456 ; 86.76 ％) and choledocholithiasis (n =554;10.79 ％ ) was comparatively higher than in other regions in China. ConclusionsThe commonest type of lithiasis in Zunyi was cholecystolithiasis. There was an increasing tendency for lithiasis to develop in young people. Lithiasis was closely associated with factors such as gender, food and occupation.
