Objective To investigate changes in cardiac markers and its effect on instructing nursing of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 100 ACS patients from cardiology department and CCU were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine care. the observation group was given intervention according to positive results of cardiac markers. Some indexes such as B-type natriuretic peptide, myoglobin, creatine kinase isoenzyme, cardiac troponin I, and EKG, congestive heart failure and cardiogenic shock as well as appraisal of patients and relatives to nurses were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group in subsequent indicators: B-type natriuretic peptide, myoglobin, creatine kinase isoenzyme, cardiac troponin I,EKG, congestive heart failure and cardiogenic shock, and appraisal of patients and relatives to nurses was also better than the control group. Conclusions Detection of cardiac markers not only has significance for diagnosis, risk stratification and prognosis of ACS, but also help to instruct nursing of ACS patients. It has an important role in raising the nurses ability to identify risk factors and take effective measures to reduce complications and mortality, improve satisfaction degree of patients and their family members.

Objective To investigate the influence of plasma exchange with acupuncture point injection therapy on liver fibrosis indexes in patients with severe hepatitis. Methods Sixty patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into group A with 29 cases receiving plasma replacement and group B of 31 cases receiving astragalus injection at Zusanli point in addition to plasma replacement. Changes of liver fibrosis indexes including serum hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), collagenⅣ(Ⅳ-C), typeⅢpre-collagen (PCⅢ) were observed, which were compared with those from group C with 30 healthy subjects. Results Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in comparison of liver fibrosis index in group A and B (P>0.05), but all the indexes were higher than those in group C (P<0.001). After treatment, the level of each index in group A and B was down with a more significant change in group B and the comparison of both groups indicated statistical significance (P<0.05 or P <0.001);Compared with those in group C, changes ofⅣ-C, PCⅢin group B showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Plasma exchange with astragalus injection at Zusanli point can effectively improve liver fibrosis indexes in patients with severe hepatitis and then improve the prognosis of patients.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of plasmapheresis plus acupoint injection in treating severe hepatitis. MethodSixty patients with severe hepatitis were randomized into a treatment group of 31 cases and a control group of29 cases. The two groups both received plasmapheresis in addition to the comprehensive internal medicine treatment, while thetreatment group simultaneously received acupoint injection withHuang Qi(Radix Astragali) at Zusanli (ST 36). After the intervention, the symptoms, signs, liver function, blood coagulation, and blood ammonia were observed in the two groups.ResultAfter the intervention, the symptoms, signs, and biochemical indexes were significantly improved, and theindexes in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01), and the total effective rate of the treatment group was markedly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionPlasmapheresis plus acupoint injection can effectively improve the short-term condition of the patients, enhance therapeutic efficacy, with fewer adverse reactions.

Objective To establish a predictive model for survival outcomes of glioma patients based on both brain radiomics features from preoperative MRI multi-sequence images and clinical features. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the MRI images and clinical data of 388 glioma patients and extracted the radiomics features from the peritumoral edema zone, tumor core, and whole tumor on T1,T2,and T1-weighted contrast-enhanced(T1CE)and fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)sequences. The cases were divided into a training set(271 cases)and a test set(117 cases).Random survival forest algorithms were used to select the radiomics features associated with overall survival(OS)in the training set to construct a radiomic score(Rad-score),based on which the patients were classified into high-and low-risk groups for Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.Cox proportional hazard regression models for the 3 different tumor zones were constructed, and their performance for predicting 1-and 3-year survival rates was evaluated using 5-fold cross-validation and AUC analysis followed by external validation using data from another 10 glioma patients. The best-performing model was used for constructing a nomogram for survival predictions. Results Five radiomics features from the tumor core,7 from the peritumoral edema zone, and 5 from the whole tumor were selected. In both the training and test sets, the high-and low-risk groups had significantly different OS(P<0.05),and age,IDH status and Rad-score were independent factors affecting OS.The combined model showed better performance than the Rad-score model with AUCs for 1-year and 3-year survival prediction of 0.750 and 0.778 in the training set,0.764 and 0.800 in the test set,and 0.938 and 0.917 in external validation, respectively. Conclusion The predictive model combining preoperative multi-modal MRI radiomics features and clinical features can effectively predict survival outcomes of glioma patients.

Purpose:
Four and a half LIM protein 1 (FHL1) is involved in breast cancer (BC) development, but the regulatory mechanism involved remain unclear. In the present study, we examined the role of FHL1 in BC development.
Methods:
The expression of FHL1, miR-183-5p, and miR-96-5p in BC tissues was analyzed using StarBase analysis. FHL1 expression in BC tissues, a normal human breast epithelial cell line, and BC cell lines was detected using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The relationship between FHL1 and miR-183-5p/miR-96-5p was analyzed via Pearson's rank correlation, TargetScan, and a dual-luciferase reporter assay. BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with either FHL1 and miR-183-5p mimics, or siFHL1 and a miR-183-5p inhibitor, respectively. The viability, colony number, migration, invasion, and tube length of BT549 and MDA-MB-231 cells were examined using cell counting kit-8, colony formation, wound-healing, Transwell, and tube formation assays, respectively. The levels of FHL1, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), p53, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin were quantified using western blotting and qRT-PCR.
Results:
FHL1 expression was downregulated in BC tissues and cells, whereas miR-183-5p and miR-96-5p were upregulated in BC tissues (negative correlation with FHL1 expression).FHL1 overexpression inhibited the viability, colony number, migration, and invasion of BC cells and the expression of VEGF, N-cadherin, and vimentin, and increased the expression of FHL1, p53, and E-cadherin in BT549 cells. Furthermore, a miR-183-5p mimic reversed these effects of FHL1 overexpression, whereas FHL1 silencing caused opposite results to those observed in MDA-MB-231 cells; however, this was reversed by a miR-183-5p inhibitor.
Conclusion
Our study suggests that miR-183-5p promotes cell proliferation, metastasis, and angiogenesis by negatively regulating FHL1 in BC.

Objective:To investigate the targeted motion and controllable release of tumor drugs based on micromotor. Methods:The directional movement of Janus micro-capsules was achieved through an external magnetic field, and the controllable release of tumor drugs was induced by near-infrared laser. Results:During the same period, the movement speed of the Janus capsules micromotor was the fastest(36.8 μm·s-1,approximately equalled to 3 body length·s-1) in 15% H2O2solution. Under the control of the external magnetic field, the Janus capsules micromotor could move along the scheduled trajectory close to the area of HeLa cells. Through the irradiation of near-infrared laser, the Janus capsules micromotor was broken and released the loaded drugs quickly. Conclusion:The Janus capsule micromotor studied in the paper can be used for targeted drug delivery safely and effectively, therefore,it shows good application prospect in the field of tumor diagnosis and treatment.
