1.Preparation of carboplatin-loaded albumin microsphere and its properties in vitro

To prepare bio-degradable albumin microspheres containing carboplatin. METHODS: Bovin serum albumin microspheres containing carboplatin were prepared by using emulsion-direct heat cross linking techniques. RESULTS: The microsphere was yellow, powdery, with a mean diameter of 58.2 μm. The microphere loaded (11.26±0.48)% carboplatin. The trapping efficiency was (84.5±3.6)%. The pattern of drug releasing from the microspheres in vitro fitted to zero order release plot, with an initial burst in the first 2 hours. The releasing rate can be expressed by the follow equation: Q=21.90+8.50 t (d), r=0.995 8. t50=3 d. Stored at 4 ℃ and 37 ℃ respectively for 3 months, the microspheres did not alter much in shape, size and drug content. CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple, reproducible, having high drug trapping efficiency. The microsphere obtained is stable and release drug at a consistant rate in vitro, leading to a prosperity in clinical use.
2.The expression of estrogen sulfotransferase and steroid sulfatase in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded endometrioid adenocarcinoma samples

Objective To explore the expression of estrogen sulfotransferase(EST) and steroid sulfatase (STS) in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded endometrioid adenocarcinoma samples. Methods The RNA of EST and STS in 30 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded endometrium samples were extracted using Roche products. Results The RNA expression of EST and STS were 0.25±0.03 and 0.08±0.02 respectively and the STS/EST was 0.11±0.08 in normal endometrium. While in endometrioid adenocarcinoma the RNA expression of EST and STS were 0.06±0.02 and 0.24±0.92 respectively and the STS/EST was 4.40±0.64. There were significant differences between these two groups. Conclusions (1) Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues could be used to study the endometrioid adenocarcinoma. (2) EST is decreased, STS and STS/EST are increased in human endometrioid adenocarcinoma. STS/EST may be related with the prognosis of the endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
3.The effects of WeChat platform nursing intervention on complications of ear expanded skinflap among children

Objective Comparative effect of WeChat platform nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of complications of children skin expansion in the process of external ear reconstruction. Methods 132 cases of congenital microtia received skin expander implantation at our institution from Jan 2014 to Aug 20 14 were included as control group. 122 cases of congenital microtia received skin expander implantation at our institution from Sep 2014 to Apr 2015 were included as the intervention group. Children and their families in the control group were treated with routine propaganda and education, and the intervention group were added with internet nursing intervention. Collection and analysis the family health knowledge degree and the occurrence of complications in children of the two groups. Results The score of health knowledge about skin expansion in the intervention group was (33.67 ± 2.44),which was significant higher than that of in the control group (25.07 ± 2.02), t=9.71, P < 0.01. The incidence rate of complication in the intervention group was 2.46%(3/122), which was significant lower than that of in the control group, 8.33%(11/132),χ2=4.20, P<0.05. The satisfaction rate of patients′family member in the intervention group was 95.08%(116/122), which was significant higher than that of in the control group, 84.09%(111/132 ),χ2=15.65, P<0.05. Conclusions WeChat platform nursing intervention can reduce expansion flap complications occurrence rate in the periods of expander. It is worthy of clinical application.
4. Fructose 1,6-diphosphate alleviates myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats through JAK2/STAT3 pathway

Objective: To study the effect of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats and its molecular mechanism. Methods: Male SPF SD rats were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into four groups. Sham group received sham operation, I/R group were made into myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models, FDP group were made into myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models and then were given FDP intervention, and FDP+AG490 group were made into myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury models and then were given FDP and JAK2 inhibitor AG490 intervention. Results: CK, CK-MB, cTnI and LDH contents in serum as well as Bax and Caspase-3 protein expression in myocardial tissue of I/R group were significantly higher than those of Sham group whereas Bcl-2, p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 protein expression in myocardial tissues were significantly lower than those of Sham group; CK, CK-MB, cTnI and LDH contents in serum as well as Bax and Caspase-3 protein expression in myocardial tissue of FDP group were significantly lower than those of I/R group whereas Bcl-2, p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 protein expression in myocardial tissue were significantly higher than those of I/R group; CK, CK-MB, cTnI and LDH contents in serum as well as Bax and Caspase-3 protein expression in myocardial tissue of FDP+AG490 group were significantly higher than those of FDP group whereas Bcl-2 protein expression in myocardial tissue was significantly lower than that of FDP group. Conclusion: FDP could reduce the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats by activating the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
5.Investigation and analysis of the relevant knowledge of skin expander in congenital microtia patients′ families

Objective To understand the patients of congenital microtia malformation families knowledge of skin expander and influencing factors. Methods Self-made questionnaire to sample survey of 500 cases of our department (Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the second microtia concer) patients′ families. Results 47.8%(239/500) of 500 patients of expander knowledge level is high, 41.2%(206/500) pass the exam, 11.0%(55/500) fall the exam, only 13.4%(67/500) really have a comprehensive understanding on expander achieve excellent. Scores of male and female were (16.06 ± 1.99) points and (16.39 ± 2.16) points, t = 1.752, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference comparing the 2 group. Patients′ families score of different cultural levels, respectively (14.06 ± 2.36), (14.98 ± 2.02), (16.54 ± 2.00), (16.73 ± 1.88) points, F = 21.736, P < 0.01, difference of four groups was statistically significant. Different age patients′families score ( 16.21 ± 1.96), (16.62 ± 2.14), (14.86 ± 2.11), (13.98 ± 2.02), (13.73 ± 1.88) points, F = 15.685, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference comparing the 5 groups. Patients with different professional families score (13.25 ± 2.19), (13.79±2.27), (16.08±1.89), (14.10±2.08), (14.13±2.35), (14.45±2.09), (14.56±1.75), (16.84± 1.81) points, F = 2.737, P < 0.01, difference of eight groups was statistically significant. Conclusions Congenital microtia patients′families skin expander knowledge needs to be improved, it is necessary to take various forms, conduct for families of expander knowledge through propaganda and education.
6.Characteristics Analysis of Metal Elements in Sediments and Habitat Mussels from India Ocean Hydrothermal Area

The concentrations and distributions of trace metals and rare earth elements (REE) in sediment and mussel samples collected from the India Ocean hydrothermal area were analyzed.The metal correlation between organisms and sediments was investigated, and the ecological and chemical characteristics of REE were also explored.The results showed that, the trace metals in sediments were mainly Fe (96.6 mg/kg), Mn (1.14 mg/kg) and Zn (322.6 μg/kg), and Fe had high ratio of 98.15% by normalized calculation, which indicated that the available sediments in this studying hydrothermal area mainly consisted of iron ore substances.Trace metals and REE distributions all had good correlation between deep-sea sediments and deep-sea mussels, and the correlation coefficients were 0.991 for trace metals and 0.996 for REE.The contents and distributions of metal elements in deep-sea mussels were different from those in offshore mussels.The REE distributions in sediments and mussels showed obvious fractionation phenomenon, and the enrichment of LREE in mussels was significant.Through the REE patterns, Eu and Gd in sediments and mussels all showed anomalies, and Eu had a significant abnormal phenomenon in deep-sea sediments and deep-sea mussels.Besides, δEu values were 9.50, 10.68 and 0.23 in deep-sea sediments, deep-sea mussels and offshore mussels, respectively, and δCe were 2.21, 2.71 and 4.38, which showed that the enrichment sources of REE in offshore mussels and deep-sea mussels were different, and the REE in sediments and mussels from the India Ocean were homologous.
7.Study on Ecological and Chemical Characteristics of Rare Earth Elements in Tropical Marine Organisms

A total of 30 kunds of fush samples, 5 kunds of shellfush samples and 4 kunds of crustacean samples from the Nansha sea area of chuna were dugested by mucrowave dugestuon system wuth HNO3-H2 O2 as the dugestuon reagent. Then the contents ( ICP-MS determunatuon) and ecologucal chemucal characterustucs of rare earth elements ( REE) were studued. The results showed that the method of mucrowave dugestuon-ICP-MS for the determunatuon of rare earth elements was perfect, and the lunear relatuonshup for each element was good wuth r≥0 . 9997 . The detectuon lumut of the method could reach 1 . 0 ng/L wuth the relatuve standard devuatuon (RSD, n=3) of less than 5. 0%. The recoverues of rare earth elements were between 91. 50% and 106. 67%. The total amount of rare earth un fush samples, shellfush samples and crustacean samples were 5. 02-34. 8 μg/kg, 30. 4-1481 μg/kg and 103-863 μg/kg, respectuvely. The average enruchment contents of the rare earth un the 3 specues was crustacean > shellfush > fush. The contents of 14 rare earth elements un fush/shellfush/crustaceans showed sugnufucantly posutuve correlatuon ( r>0 . 80 ) . The contents of lught rare earth elements ( La-Eu) were hugher than that of heavy rare earth elements ( Gd-Lu) . The lught and heavy rare earth elements had obvuous fractuonatuon, and the REE dustrubutuon pattern was consustent un fush/shellfush/crustacean wuth Gd negatuve anomaly. The δEu values had negatuve anomalues, sumular to the δEu values un correspondung area sedument, and δCe values showed posutuve anomalues, whuch showed that Ce had dufferent process of oxudatuon and reductuon un the organusm and sedument deposutuon. At the same tume, the enruchment relatuonshup of rare earth elements un sedument and organusm was also studued. In thus study, the content and dustrubutuon of rare earth elements un the tropucal marune fush/shellfush/shellfush were analyzed, whuch could provude basuc data for the study of the level and mugratuon and accumulatuon of rare earth elements un the envuronment of the South Chuna Sea.
8.The analysis of bacteriological changes and susceptible factor of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit

Objetive To explore bacteriological changes and susceptible factor of nosocomial infection in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods The clinical data from 5543 hospitalized neonates during January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Nosocomial infection rate during the study period was 8 . 75 %. The most common pathogen of nosocomial infection was Staphylococcus epidermidis, followed by Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Respiratory infection accounted for 37.73% and blood infection 37.53%. 36.74% blood samples were tested to be positive, and 32.67% sputum were positive. In the first three years, the main pathogens of nosocomial infection were Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumonia, and Staphylococcus aureus; in the last three years, the main pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The susceptible factors of nosocomial infection in NICU were gestational age?37 week (OR?=?2.29, 95%CI:1.89-2.77), birth body mass?1500 g (OR?=?37.91, 95%CI:29 . 85 - 48 . 16 ), mechanical ventilation (OR?=?23 . 16 , 95 %CI: 5 . 72 - 71 . 31 ), male (OR?=?1 . 24 , 95 %CI: 1 . 03 - 1 . 49 ), and indwelling catheter (OR?=?3 . 73 , 95 %CI: 1 . 94 - 19 . 36 ). Conclusions Neonatal nosocomial infections mainly were respiratory tract infections and blood infections. Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the common pathogens. Premature, very low birth weight, male, indwelling catheter, and mechnical ventilation were the major risk factors.

Objective To study the radiosensitivity enhancement effects of recombinant adenovirus mediated retinoblastoma 94 gene on the growth of esophageal carcinoma cells EC109.Methods EC109cells was transfected with recombinant Rb94 gene adenovirus and irradiated by 137Cs γ-rays.The cohorts were divided into groups as blank control,Ad-LacZ,Ad-Rb94,radiation and Ad-Rb94 combined with radiation.Cell inhibition ratio,cell cycle and expression of retinoblastoma protein of EC109 cells were analyzed.Results The growth of EC109 cells transfected with Ad-Rb94,radiation and Ad-Rb94 combined with radiation group was all inhibited.The group of Ad-Rb94 combined with radiation resulted in greater inhibition of cells growth compared with Ad-Rb94 group and radiation group ( F =23.31,P <0.05 ).Cells of G2 phases of EC109 cancinoma cells for Ad-Rb94 combined with radiation group were the highest,which was 50%.The combination of Ad-Rb94 and radiation group resulted in the greatest expression of retinoblastoma protein,which reached 71%,significantly higher than Ad-Rb94 infection and radiation groups ( x2 =8.31,6.73,P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Retinoblastoma 94 gene combined with ionizing radiation can enhance the radiation sensitivity of EC109 cells.
