International Eye Science 2014;(10):1770-1772
AIM: To identify the changes in microRNA ( miRNA ) profile of human lens epithelium ( HLE) induced by H2 O2 and the role of miRNA in oxidative stress induced apoptosis.
METHODS: HLE cell line HLE - B3 was treated by 100μmol/L H2 O2 for 24h and the total RNA were isolated by Trizol reagent. miRNA profile was generated by miRCURYTM LNA microRNA Array. The target genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were predicted by bioinformatics software.
RESULTS:Twenty-eight miRNAs showed significantly differential expression after H2 O2 treatment, 18 miRNAs upregulated and 10 miRNAs downregulated. The differentially expressed miRNAs may involve in apoptosis of lens epithetium and development of cataract through targeting BCL2L2 and MIP.
CONCLUSION: H2 O2 can induce dramatically changes in miRNA profile of HLE, which may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and development of cataract.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(1):92-93
Objective To observe the effect of auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus on lactation in the puerperant. Methods Totally 127 in-hospital primiparae were randomized into a treatment group of 62 cases and a control group of 65 cases. The control group was intervened by conventional nursing care, while the treatment group was by auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus in addition to the conventional nursing care. The lactation yield, initial lactation time, and the change of prolactin (PRL) were observed. Results There were significant differences in comparing the lactation yield grading and initial lactation time between the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in comparing the serum PRL level on the postpartum day 1, 2, and 5 between the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Auricular point sticking plus breast massage with rehabilitation apparatus can promote milk secretion, the initial lactation time, PRL production, and the breast feeding rate.

Objective To compare the therapy effectiveness and life quality of different surgery strategy on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .Methods 106 patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage during 2010 to 2012 were randomly divided into therapy group and control group .The therapy group was treated with surgery according to location and volume of hematoma while the con-trol group was treated with little bone window hematoma remove surgery .The outcomes of both groups were observed .Results The therapy group had shorter hospital time ,lower hematoma residual volume and higher GCS score than control group(P<0 .05) . The therapy group had significantly higher cured rate and effective rate and significantly lower complication rate than control group (P<0 .05) .After 3 months ,ADL score showed patients who recovered self-care ability in therapy group were more than control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Individual surgical methods in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve therapy effectiveness and cerebral function recovery ,and elevate the life quality .

Objective To study the expression of caspase-3,survivin,CyclinD1 and P27 in gastric carcinoma(CA2)and the relationship between the biomarkers and clinical pathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical Ready-to-use two-steps method was performed to research the expression of the four proteins in 72 cases of GC,and 54 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results The expression level of caspase- 3 and p27 protein in GC was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa(P

Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular heparin(LWMH)on cytokines(TNF-?,IL-1? and IL-10)in blood plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA)mice. Methods The neutropenic IPA mouse models were established by administration of cyclophosphamide for immunologic function inhibition and intranasally challenge with Aspergillus fumigatus conidia(1?106 conidia/mouse).One hundred and twenty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control,IPA model, normal saline+LWMH and IPA+LWMH group.Normal saline+LWMH group and IPA+LWMH group received LWMH(subcutaneous injection,1 000 IU/kg,qd?2 d).Normal control and IPA model group received normal saline instedad of LWMH.At 4,8,12,24 and 48 h after inoculation, six mice were randomly taken from each group to be sacrificed.ELISA method was used to determine the concentrations of TNF-?,IL-1? and IL-10 in blood plasma and BALF.Results TNF-?,IL-1? and IL-10 in blood plasma and BALF increased significantly several hours after inoculation of conidia in IPA model and IPA+LWMH group. There were significant higher concentrations of TNF-? and IL-1? in blood plasma and BALF in IPA+LWMH group than in IPA model group(P

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Buzhongyiqi decoction on post stroke fatigue.Methods60 stroke patients with fatigue were given Buzhongyiqi decoction for 4 weeks continuously. Chinese New Drug Clinical Guidelines was to evaluate the effect for patients according to improvement of symptoms.ResultsIn 60 cases, markedly effective in 47 cases (78.33%), effective in 10 patients (16.67%), invalid in 3 cases (5%). Symptoms of malaise, anorexia, muscle soreness were significantly improved.ConclusionBuzhongyiqi decoction can improve post stroke fatigue of stroke patients.

OBJECTIVETo observe improved effects of Jingjin acupuncture on fine activity of hemiplegic hand in recovery period of stroke.
METHODSFifty cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 25 cases in each one. Regular western medicine treatment, rehabilitation training and regular acupuncture (in which Shuigou (GV 26), Baihui (GV 20), Neiguan (PC 6), etc. were selected) were applied in both groups. Additionally, muscles in palm side of affected hand, dorsal metacarpophalangeal joints and proximal interphalangeal joints were treated with acupuncture in the observation group, once every other day and electroacupuncture was applied when arrival of qi was acquired. Baxie (EX-UE 9) in the affected hand were needled in the control group, and electroacupuncture was added when arrival of qi was acquired. Ten days of treatment was considered a treatment course, and after two courses Lindmark score, Brunnstrom movement function grade, joint range of hand and Barthel index (BI) were observed in two groups.
RESULTSCompared before the treatment, the Lindmark score in two groups were both improved after the treatment (both P < 0.01). Compared with the control group, the motor coordination ability, sensory function and total score of Lindmark in observation group were obviously improved (differences before and after treatment: 8.24 +/- 3.07 vs 6.84 +/- 2.43, 3.52 +/- 2.33 vs 2.16 +/- 2.12, 11.76 +/- 3.55 vs 9.00 +/- 3.62, all P < 0.05). The Brunnstrom movement function grade was significantly improved in both groups after treatment (both P < 0.01), which was more obvious in the observation group (P < 0.05). The joint range of hemiplegic hand was improved in both groups after treatment (both P < 0.01), which was more obvious in the observation group [differences before and after treatment: (25.35 +/- 10.91) degrees vs (18.65 +/- 7.86) degrees, p < 0.05]. The score of BI was also significantly improved after treatment in two groups (both P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe Jingjin acupuncture could effectively improve fine activity of hemiplegic hand in recovery period of stroke prove daily life ability.
