Objective To investigate the imaging features of solitary plasmacytoma of bone(SPB),to improve the ability of imaging diagnosis of SPB.Methods Retrospective analysis by surgery or biopsy pathology confirmed 16 cases of patients with SPB clinical and imaging data.Results All lesions were single.X-ray and CT scan showed swelling bone destruction,boundary more clearly,in all cases no periosteal reaction.Compared with the muscle signal,T1-weighted images showed equal or slightly lower signal,T2-weighted images showed high signal.All patients had no significant peritumoral edema in the bone marrow,but were seen varying degrees of soft tissue invasion.Enhanced MR scan,most cases showed significantly enhanced uniformity.Conclusions SPB presents osteolytic destruction,expansive growth and soft tissue mass without bone reaction and peritumoral edema.X-ray,CT and MR together might improve the diagnostic accuracy of SPB.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency department. METHODS:By retrospective study,the application of oxycodone and acetaminophen in outpatient and emergency de-partment of our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:During 2013-2015,there were 22654 outpatient and emergency prescriptions of oxycodone and acetaminophen in our hospital. The prescription number,amount and consumption sum of oxycodone and acetaminophen were increasing year by year. Top 3 clinical departments of oxycodone and acetaminophen in the list of prescription number were orthopedics department(78.34%),emergency department(15.52%)and oncology department (2.09%). The age of patients using oxycodone and acetaminophen mainly aged 19-64 years old(78.62%);the ratio of male to fe-male was 1:1.08. The amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen was 5 mg,mainly 4 times a day(86.91%). In all kinds of diagno-sis,knee osseous arthritis (47.26%),pain in waist and lower extremities (6.18%) and abdominal pain in dispute (5.92%) were top three. CONCLUSIONS:A large amount of oxycodone and acetaminophen were used in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital during 2013-2015;there is unreasonable drug use so that we need to strengthen management and standardize drug use.

Objective To explore the effect of the situation-background-assessment-recommendation mode of SBAR communication on the clinic communication competence of nurses.Methods 20 obstetric nurses were selected for the study,the mode of SBAR communication was applied to the communication between doctors and nurses,nurses and nurses,nurses and patients.The clinic communication competence was investigated by the questionnaire of clinic communication competence before and after using the mode of SBAR communication.Results The scores of the clinic communication competence after using the mode of SBAR communication was (56.41±6.32),which was higher than that before the implementation,(48.15±5.26),there were statistically significant differences,P＜0.05.The scores of communication competence between doctors and nurses,between nurses and nurses,between nurses and patients were higher after implementation of SBAR compared with those before,(4.06±1.26)vs.(2.62±1.31),(4.05±1.41)vs.(3.59±1.46),(3.98±1.32) vs.(3.36±1.36),there were statistically significant differences in all of them,P＜ 0.05.Conclusions SBAR communication mode helps improve clinic communication competence of nurses,promote the establishment of harmonious team between doctors and nurses,ensure patients' safety and quality of care.

Objective To design the disease transfer table of standardized communication between the maternity ward and the operating room,and explore the application effect of disease transfer table based on situation (S)-background (B)-assessment (A)-recommendation (R) communication in cesarean delivery of maternal. Methods 570 pregnant women and 30 medical staff from two wards of maternity ward were selected as research object, the first ward was the control group, the second ward was observation group. The control group used traditional way of disease transfer,and the observation group used SBAR transition table for disease transfer, compared the incidence of adverse events after caesarean section of puerperal and the satisfaction of disease transfer of medical staff from two groups. Results The incidence of wound bleeding, postpartum hemorrage caused by uterine inertia, wound infection of observation group was 2.06%(6/291), 1.71%(3/291), 1.37%(4/291), which was lower than 3.94%(15/279), 3.58%(10/279), 4.66%(13/279) of control group (χ2=4.41, 4.17, 5.31,P < 0.05). The satisfaction of comprehensive, state of the iuness, work acceptance, transfer efficiency of medical staff was (4.75 ± 0.12), (4.82 ± 0.55), (4.86 ± 0.67), (4.76 ± 0.22) points, which were higher than (3.04 ± 0.29), (3.11 ± 0.35), (3.09 ± 0.32), (3.01 ± 0.42) points of control group (t=2.72-3.12,P < 0.05). Conclusions The SBAR condition transition table can improve the efficiency and quality of disease transfer between maternity ward and operating room, ensure the care safety of cesarean section maternal.

Aim Five types of civil Toxoplasma gondii ELISA test kit were used to the detected specimen which proved to be the same, foreign-made test kit was used to examine the positive specimen given by these five types of test kit, as to make comparison about quality of test kit. Results IgG-ELISA A,B kits positive showing rates (sensitive)are all 60％ ,the corresponding rate between A&B is merely 50％ ,the specifics are 35％&90％. C, D,E kits' positive showing rates (sensitive)are 30 ％, 60 ％, 70 ％ the specifice are 75 ％, 54 ％, 87 ％. The result about examining the probes given by A, B, D, E kit :IgG corresponding rates are better, which are all more than 90％ ;IgM corresponding rates are all more than 60％. It turn out that, according to the civil conditions of ELISA test kit, we suggest that besides the quality being improved in, all kinds of test kit should be used combinatively, so as to avoid neglect and mistake on examination, and we should be cautious in examining.

Objective To study the chemical components from the pericarps of Juglans mandshurica with anti-tumor activity.Methods It showed that pericarps of J.mandshurica had a good performance in treating cancer and low toxicity from CHCl3 and EtOAc portions by a lot of pharmacological experiments and modern clinical application in the past.Compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel columns and AB-8 macroporous resin.On the basis of spectral evidences including 1D-NMR and 2D-NMR,the structures of these compounds were determined.Results These compounds from CHCl3 portion were identified as 20(S)-protopanaxadiol-3-one(1),dammara-20,24-dien-3?-ol(2),galeon(3),juglanin A(4),2?,3?,23-trihydroxy olean-12-en-28-oic acid(5),2?,3?,23-trihydroxy urs-12-en-28-oic acid(6),oleanolic acid(7),ursolic acid(8).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product.Compounds 2 and 5-8 are isolated firstly from the plants of Juglans L.which are due to pentacyclic triterpane.Compound 3 is isolated from the pericarps of J.mandshurica for the first time.
