The quantitative evaluation of magnolol had the linear range of 0.20-2.0 ?g. The average recovery was 99.78% and RSD was 1.58. The quantitative evaluation of honokiol had the linear range of 0.49-(4.89 ?g.) The average recovery was 99.41% and RSD was 0.51. CONCLUSION: The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for quality control of Xiangpu Ganmao Capsule.
5.Cost-effectiveness Assessment of the Cataract Operation Modes
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(04):-
Objective To assess the cost-effectiveness of different modes of the cataract operation. Methods Firstly, 291 cases of cataract inpatient were divided four groups according to operation modes (PHACO and ECCE) and the prices of intraocular lens (IOL) (high and low). Then the comparisons of inpatient cost, operation cost, postoperative VA, postoperative VF and QOL were made among four groups respectively. Finally, the cost-effectiveness of different cataract operation modes was analyzed by comparing the differences of their costs with the VA, VF and QOL improvement. Results There were significant differences in the above indicators among four groups in general (P 0.01). The VA improvement amount of PHACO was higher than that of ECCE whereas the VF and QOL improvement lower than those of ECCE. The price of IOL had no effect on the improvement quantity of VA, VF and QOL. When one unit amount of VA improvement wanted, the cost-effectiveness ratio of inpatient with PHACO and low-price IOL was the lowest. When one unit amount of VF and QOL improvement wanted, the cost-effectiveness ratio of patients with ECCE and high-price IOL was the lowest. When one unit amount of VA and QOL improvement wanted, the operation cost-effectiveness ratio of ECCE with low-price IOL was the lowest. And when one unit amount of VF improvement wanted, the operation cost-effectiveness ratio of ECCE with high-price IOL was the lowest. Conclusions There were cost differences among different cataract operation modes. The cost of PHACO was higher than that of ECCE. The ECCE mode and price of IOL were the main determinants of cost. The effects of improving VA and QOL by ECCE were better and the effect of improving VA by PHACO was better than by ECCE. The homemade or low price IOL had no influence on the cataractous operative effectiveness, but could decrease the operation cost. ECCE with low-price IOL was the optimal cost-effectiveness strategy and operation mode, especially for poor rural and remote areas.
6.Thoughts on Improving Data Integrity of Pharmaceutical Production Enterprises
China Pharmacy 2017;28(13):1732-1735
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the data integrity management system of pharmaceutical produc-tion enterprises. METHODS:According to related reports in US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)and China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA),the source of data integrity problems was analyzed, its reasons were summarized and solutions were put forward. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The reasons why there were data integrity problems in enterprises can be attributed to 3 as-pects(staff,hardware/software system and quality management),and the 3 aspects showed large gap with current standards. It is suggested that enterprises evaluate the existing system by adopting the gap analysis, establish a data integrity management project team, strengthen personnel training, upgrade hardware/software system to ensure its safety, stability and effectiveness;and opti-mize the quality management system by developing good ducument specification, special regulation system of data integrity. In addi-tion,the enterprise should establish quality culture, pay attention to industry and regulatory trends in real time to guarantee the data integrity effectively.
8.Pay attention to screen GDM .
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(z1):23-24
Objective Diagnosis of GDM during the early period and treatment in time can improve motherchild prognosis. Methods 805 pregnant women with gestational age of 24~28 weeks were screened by the 50g 1hour glucose challenge test(GET).75g oral glrcose tolerance test(OGTT)were further performed in the abnormal pregnant women, and the normal or abnormal pregnant outcomes were followed. Results The morbidity of pregnant women and neonates were higher in-group of gestational impaired glucose tolerence(GIGT)and geztational diabetes mellittts(GDM)(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The research suggests that all pregnant women must be screened for detecting diabetes mettitus. The abnormality of glucose tolerance test need to be further treated and monitored.
9.Adaptive behavior among patients with breast cancer during treatment period: qualitative research
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(4):11-15
Objective To explore the characteristics and trends of adaptive behavior among patients with breast cancer during the treatment periods. Methods Phenomenological research method was used. 15 women accepted modified radical mastectomy in the Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University were interviewed during the whole treatment periods. Results 6 adaptive behavior models were found: over-cautiousness, compliance, escape-avoidance, specific social circles, social re-adaptation and dietary behavior change. These six behavior models dynamicly varied during the treatment trajectory. Conclusions Diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer are strong negative life events, the unalterable trauma of body and the periodic shocks by chemotherapy force patients' self-positioning shifting between "wellness"and "illness"and this shift is the main reason that caused changes of behaviors.
10.The effects of the Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base on health related quality of life for patients with Parkinson’s disease:a randomized controlled trial
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):613-616
Objectives To evaluate the effects of“the Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base”(SACB) in improving quality of life(QOL)of patients with PD. Methods The study Subjects were seventy(70)patients with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. The Subjects were divided into two groups, i.e. acupuncture group and drug group. The former was treated by SACB every two days, while the latter took Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet250mg tid. The subjects all received treatment for 6 months. PDQ-39,UPDRSⅡand PDSS were adopted to measure quality of life at 4 time points. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71%, the control group was 71.43%. And there was a statistical difference of level distribution between the two groups(P<0.01). The total score of PDQ-39, UPDRSⅡ and PDSS of patients in the treatment group [(20.41± 11.64), (9.09±5.02), (126.31±8.37)]were significantly improved compared with the control group[(27.48± 8.69), (10.29±4.93), (109.94±8.11), P<0.01]. The 5 dimension score of PDQ-39, and the 4 single item score of UPDRSⅡ in the treatment group[(8.60±5.07), (3.20±2.08), (2.34±1.73), (1.20±1.68), (1.63±1.96),(1.31±0.68), (0.77±0.94), (0.91±0.74), (0.77±0.65)]were significantly improved compared with the control group[(11.69±4.11), (5.09±3.72), (5.37±1.99), (2.86±2.33), (2.74±2.08), (1.74±0.98), (1.31±0.93), (1.43±0.78), (1.20±0.68), P<0.01 or 0.05]. Conclusion SACB can markedly and multi-dimensionally improve the QOL of patients with PD and has a higher efficacy than Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet.
