1.Study on standardization methods in forensic medicine

Through analysis of the existing problems of standardization in the field of forensic medicine, combined with standardized methods in the course of evolution, applying the theory and method of standard system and complex standardization, and points out that the forensic medicine ifeld standardization methods should be according to the demand, through building standard system to guide the standardization work and to ifll standard missing items, improve the existing standards, and actively adapt to the need of development of multi discipline cooperation in forensic medicine, and promote the establishment of standard-complex.
2.Construction and expression of mouse-human chimeric anti-human melanoma antibody

Objective:To construct eukaryotic expression vector for anti-human melanoma chimeric antibody,and express the antibody in eukaryotic cells.Methods:Variable regions of the murine antibody were cloned from the anti-human melanoma hybridoma cell line HB8459,HB8760,Mel3,and was inserted them into the chimeric antibody eukaryotic expression vector pMH-CA.The constructed vector was transfected into 293T,the chimeric antibody was expressed,as detected by RT-PCR,ELISA,and Western blot.Results:Eukaryotic expression vectors of the chimeric antibody against human melanoma were successfully constructed,and expressed in eukaryotic cells.The expression of chimeric gene was confirmed by RT-PCR,specificity of the chimeric antibody was proved by ELISA and Western blot.Conclusion:Anti-human melanoma chimeric antibody was expressed successfully.
3.Advances in Study on Serum Gastric Cancer Markers

5.Precise mechanical analysis on the femoral three-dimensional finite element model constructed based on DICOM data

BACKGROUND:The finite element model has been developed from two-dimensional model to three-dimensional model, from linear model to nonlinear model. As the advantage of this method in the analysis of mechanical characteristics of the irregular objects, the finite element model has been widely used in the research of orthopedic biomechanics, especial y in the research of hip joint. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the stress state of human femur with finite element analysis method and to investigate a method that can rapidly construct femoral finite element model and precisely analyze the biomechanics. METHODS:Normal male femur was used as specimen for CT scan to obtain cross-sectional images of femur in each slice. Three-dimensional reconstruction was performed with DICOM data and MIMICS software, then the femoral three-dimensional finite element model was established with the finite element analysis ABQUS 6.8 software, and the stress distribution of the model was analyzed under loading condition. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Based on DICOM data, three-dimensional finite element model of femur was constructed more quickly and precisely. The models were divided into 38 636 nodes and 201 422 units. The model included the parts of cortical and cancel ous bone. The biomechanical test results were accorded with the previous results, so the model could objectively reflect the real femur shape and biomechanical behavior with high precision. The Mimics software provided a simpler and effective method for the construction of femur model and improved the efficiency of modeling, and the three-dimensional finite element model based on DICOM data was accurate in shape and can be used for the normal research on biomechanical behavior of femur. The stress distribution analyzed with ABQUS 6.8 software is consistent with the clinical observation.
6.The application of polypropylene mesh & plug in hernia repair.

Objective To approach the advantages and summarize the experience of mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair. MethodsThe mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair was administered in 102 patients of groin hernia with the BardR Mesh & PerfixR plug offered by Bard Company in U. S. A. The operation time,postoperative pain,patient's ability recovery, complications and recurrence rate were followed up. ResultsThe average operation time was 31.5minutes. The patients could move 4~6 hours after operation. Postoperative pain lasted about 2~3 days. One had retention of urine and two had wound subcutaneous hydrops. No wound infection. Nine had feeling of foreign matter in the groin region. Only one had recurrence in 89 patients who were followed-up. ConclusionBardR Mesh & PerfixR Plug has good tissue-compatibility,no rejection,and capability of anti-infection. It is an ideal material for hernia repair. The mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair is easy to be administered, with minor lesion, quicker recovery and lower recurrence. And the operation indication can be widened. It is a most advanced method in treating groin hernia.
7.Behavioral comparation on withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent rats

Objective To investigate the the effect and interaction of morphine dependence model and naloxone doses on withdrawal intensity. Methods To observe the withdrawal signs and weight loss in two kinds of morphine dependent rats after the precipitating by naloxone of different doses an devaluate the withdrawal intensity.Results Morphine dependence were successfully induced in two ways.There was no significant difference of withdrawal intensity in five-day model(total morphine dose 380mg.kg-1) after precipitating by naloxone of 2mg.kg-1 and 4mg.kg-1(P>0.05). Withdrawal intensity of twelve-day model(total morphine dose 1365mg.kg-1)increased significantly with the increase of naloxone dose(P<0.01),but it was more intensive significantly than five-day model only after 4mg.kg-1 dose of naloxone. Conclusion Appropriate method should be used to induce morphine dependence and these experimental factors should be combined in assessment of withdrawal intensity.
8.The observation of efficacy of medical ozone in treatment of glossopharyngeal neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical effect of glossopharyngeal neuralgia with Medical Ozone. Methods 60 cases with glossophaiyngeal neuralgia were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group applied for glossopharyngeal neuralgia block with Medical Ozone and medicine,control group only applied for glossopharyngeal neuralgia block and medicine. Results At 7th and 14th day after treatment,visual analogue scale was lower in treatment group compared with control group(P <0.01) ,at 14th day after treatment,the total effective rate was higher in treatment group compared with control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical cure rate of glossopharyngeal neuralgia with Medical Ozone was high and it had popularization value.
9.Analysis of different antibacterial effects in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease infected by enema and the influence of it on endovaginal microecologics

Objective To analyze the effect of antimicrobial enema liquid to explore different bacterial infection patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detumescence,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, and to investigate the influence of antimicrobial enema liquid applicated in rectal on endovaginal microecologics.Methods Seventy-one cases of chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease patients were selected as the research objects in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March 2011 to January 2012.The bacterial culture of cervical secretions in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(excluding the vulva and vaginitis) was swab by cotton swab, then bacterial culture and bacterial vaginal infection Wulian analysis were conducted.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of the common pathogenic bacteria were determined by using the flat dish two times dilution method according to the different kinds of pathogenic bacteria.Wulian analysis bacterial vaginal infection was reviewed after patients received the same kind of enema rectal administration.Results Main pathogenic bacteria in 71 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enterococcus faecalis of 12.5% (4/71), beta hemolytic streptococcus of 31.25% (10/17), escherichia coli of 34.38% (11/71), Staphylococcus aureus of 28.13% (9/71), mlicrococcus scarlatinae of 6.25% (2/71), bacillus typhosus of 6.25% (2/71), Shigella of 3.13% (1/71), staphylococcus epidermidis of 3.13% (1/71), klebsiella pneumoniae of 3.13% (1/71) and pseudomonas aeruginosa of 3.13% (1/71) .Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease enema on enterococcus faecalis, beta hemolytic streptococcus, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and antibacterial activity was obvious, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were the original drug concentration of 1/32,1/32,1/16, 1/16, the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) respectively as raw material concentrations of 1/16, 1/8, 1/8, 1/8;has certain antibacterial activity against streptococcus pyogenes, typhoid salmonella, shigella flexneri, the MIC were the original drug concentrations of 1/8,1/8,1/4,the MBC were the original drug concentrations of 1/8,1/4,1/4.In vitro antibacterial activity on pseudomonas aeruginosa, coagulase negative staphylococci was not obvious.There were statistically significant differences in PH activity abnormality rate (67.61% vs 36.62%), positive rate of catalase (66.20% vs 29.58%), leukocyte esterase (56.33% vs 29.58%), neuraminidase (53.52% vs 25.35%), proline aminopeptidase (57.75% vs 32.39%) and glucosaminidase(52.11% vs 22.55%) after enema liquid applicated in rectal, and the difference was significant(P<0.5).Conclusion The use of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detumescence, Huoxue Zhitong enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease pathogenic bacteria have certain inhibition, especially enterococcus faecalis infection.The drug has efficient on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and endovaginal microecologics.
10.Multiple fundus imaging diagnosis: knowing the principles well for a rational application

Multimodal fundus imaging techniques, based on lights and shadows, appear to have a rapidly great progress in recent years.Fundus imaging techniques are divided into anatomical approaches and functional approaches according to the working characteristics and principle of different instruments.Nowadays, fundus imaging techniques are developing toward a wide field, microview, multimodal, quantitative, and intelligent way.However, to our knowledge, the fundus is very broad with many unexplored territories and unsolved mysteries until now.The road of clinical industrialization of emerging imaging techniques is still long, and there is also a potential challenge in the application of artificial intelligence deep learning in ophthalmology.Multimodal fundus imaging techniques are beneficial for us to accurately diagnose and dynamically monitor eye diseases, but with so many examination methods, how to choose a highly sensitive and specific way to avoid the waste of medical resources and reduce unnecessary financial burden of patients is the responsibility of ophthalmologists.
