Alongside the steady advancement of reform,the accelerated pace of life and increasing competition,mental disease sufferers increase.Nursing mental patient has its specific and complicated characteristics.The relations between nurse and patient are influenced by a lot of factors.From the aspects of nurse,hospital and society,the article gives an objective analysis to the factors which influence the relations between nurse and patient.From the angle of social ethics the article provides some ways to deal with the problems.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the current situation and the trend of cardiovascular drugs used in 6 cities in the Yangtze river valley between 2002 and 2004.METHODS:Consumption of cardiovascular drugs used in 157 hospitals of 6 cities in the Yangtze river valley were analyzed by the way of sum and DDDs ranking. RESULTS:The total annual cost of the cardiovascular drugs used in 6 cities was 13.6 billion yuan in 2004, increasing by 58.8%, as compared with that in 2002.The total average consumption of anti-anginal and vasodilating agents, antithrombotic agents and antihypertensives accounted for 84.1% of the total cost in 3 years.CCB, ACEI, Nitrate esters,?-blockers and Chinese medicines dominated in the ranking of sum and DDDs.CONCLUSION: Right medicines with higher patient compliance rates, lower ADR occurrence, more certain therapeutic effect and economical daily cost have become the preferable choices for clinical physicians.

Objective Diagnosis of GDM during the early period and treatment in time can improve motherchild prognosis.Methods 805 pregnant women with gestational age of 24～28 weeks were screened by the 50g 1hour glucose challenge test(GET).75g oral glrcose tolerance test(OGTT)were further performed in the abnormal pregnant women,and the normal or abnormal pregnant outcomes were followed.Results The morbidity of pregnant women and neonates were higher in-group of gestational impaired glucose tolerence(GIGT)and geztational diabetes mellittts(GDM)(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion The research suggests that all pregnant women must be screened for detecting diabetes mettitus.The abnormality of glucose tolerance test need to be further treated and monitored.

ObjectiveTo discuss the feasibility and effect of clinical application of the single-bag and double-chamber anus tube.MethodsPatients who needed retention enema and non-retention enema(80 cases) were divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.The test group was given enema by single-bag and double-chamber anus tube.The control group was given enema by traditional rubber anus tube.The reaction and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the test group,pain and malaise lessened,intestinal cleaning was good,enema liquid reservation prolonged,the satisfaction degree of patients improved,compared with that of the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionsClinical application of self-made single-bag and double-chamber anus tube can give lesser pain and better effect of patients,and it improved satisfaction degree of patients and efficiency of nursing work greatly.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of de-pression after stroke.Methods Patients with depression in 134 cases of cerebral stroke from July 2011 to August 2012 in Tongli-ang People′s hospital were treated in department of internal medicine,and according to the different treatment methods were divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 67 cases.The control group was given paroxetine hydrochloride orally,the experimental group was based on the use of miananning granule in the treatment,obered curative effect of two groups.Results In the experimental group,the control group total effective rate were 95.5%,77.6%.The experimental group total effective rate was significantly better than the control group and has a statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of depression after stroke is exact,it is worthy of popularization and application.

Objective: Simulating the photon transport process, recording the distribution of the dose which is caused by various of interactions and secondary particles, summarizing and analyzing the weightiness of each contribution. Methods: The PENELOPE package provides the basic Monte Carlo(MC) code which simulates the processes of photon and electron transport Considering the concerned physical problems, the author modifies the PENELOPE program to simulate the track of photon transport process, meanwhile records the contribution of dose which is provided by various of interactions and secondary particles in this article. Results: Firstly, in the same condition, recording the distribution from 4 source different energies(30 keV, 40keV, 50 keV, 60 keV), the distribution of the central axis total dose and the distributions which are caused by secondary Soft collision and secondary hard inelastic collision, and the distribution of the central axis dose provided by secondary particles. Secondly, in the same condition, recording the distribution of the central axis dose caused by secondary Compton scattering and secondary Photonelectric scattering. Conclusion: In different source of energy, the distribution of the central axis dose proffered by secondary soft collision play a major role; the contribution of secondary Photonelectric scattering decreased with the ascent of energy; the contribution from the first generation secondary particles is stronger than others.

Objective To study the effect of simple peritoneal dialysis on the treatment of severe congenital heart disease(CHD) after operation complicated with low cardiac output syndrome(LCOS) in children with perioperative therapy.Methods After operation,fifty-three cases of severe CHD complicated with LCOS and the application of easy peritoneal dialysis were collected from Jan.to Jun.2013 in Department of Children's Surgical Intensive Care Specialist,Bayi Children's Hospital were collected.Functional parameters of vital organs,e.g.lung,kidney and heart were observed.Ages varied from 2 days to 2 years old,body weight from 2 to 8 kg.It contained 8 cases of complete transposition of great arteries with intact ventricular septum(TGA/IVS),10 cases of Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF),10 cases of pulmonary atresia (PA),6 cases of interruption of aortic arch (IAA),totally anomalous pulmonary venous drainage (TAPVC) in 6 cases,5 cases of coarctation of the aorta (COA),4 cases with right ventricular double outlet (DORV),3 cases with endocardial cushion defect(CAVC),1 case with ventricular septal defect(VSD).Results Fifty cases were completely cured,postoperative simple peritoneal dialysis treatment for 2 to 10 days,living ICU treatment time 2-15 days,urine output returns to normal 1-3 days,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen recovery time after 3-10.days,lactic acid to normal time 1-3 days,and 3 cases complicated with severe LCOS received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy for difficult recovery,and postoperative recovery was good.Three cases died.Conclusions Easy peritoneal dialysis is convenient,safe,minimally invasive,inexpensive and effective.It can improve survival rate and reduce complications,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU residence time,hospitalization time and cost savings.

Objective To study the protective action of Shuganwan on liver injury and its cholagogue action. Methods Acute liver injury was induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats. The biochemical indexes and pathological changes were used for evaluation. The cholagogue action was studied by biliary drainage method. Results Compared with those of the CCl 4 control group, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and bilirubin levels of Shuganwan group declined significantly, and albumin/ globulin (A/G) inversion was obviously improved. The pathological changes revealed that liver injury was relieved. There was no change in bile secretion after administration of Shuganwan. Conclusion Shuganwan has protective action on acute liver injury by carbon tetrachloride, but no promotive action on bile secretion.

OBJECTIVE: To research the content of alkaloids and polysaccharides in different varieties of Aconitum carmichaeli. METHODS: The contents of total alkaloids, diester diterpenoid alkaloids and polysaccharides were measured by acid dye colorimetry, HPLC and sulphuric acid-anthrone colorimetric method respectively. RESULTS: In different varieties, the differences of total alkaloids and diester diterpenoid alkaloids were significant. However, the difference of polysaccharides wasn’t significant. The content of total alkaloids and diester diterpenoid alkaloids in processed A. carmichaeli reduced significantly while the content of polysaccharides increased slightly. CONCLUSION: The results of study could provide a scientific basis for rational breeding of A. carmichaeli.

[Objective]To discuss the anatomy and etiology of cubital tunnel syndrome.[Method]The clinical data and surgical findings of sixty five cubital tunnel syndrome cases were analyzed,and the per-operative electromyogram results of twenty five cases were studied.[Result]Hypertrophy of arcuate ligament resulted in compression and abrasion of ulnar nerve in sixty patients;we found that the ulnar nerve conduct velocity decreased(the average speed was 27.97 m/s),motional amplitude also decreased(the average voltage was 1.95 mv),and latent period prolonged(the average time was 5.41 ms)after pre-operative electromyogram.[Conclusion]The major etiology of cubital tunnel syndrome is chronic injury with sustained compression of ulnar nerve around elbow joint.Careful physical examination of ulnar nerve function and pre-operative electromyogram will help us to diagnose the cubital tunnel syndrome.Cubital tunnel syndrome should be differentiated from tardy ulnar nerve palsy of other sites.
