Objective To evaluate the application effect of quality control circle on reducing the defect rate of health education in perioperative period of gynecologic surgery patients. Methods To carry out quality control circle activities, analysis of gynecological surgery patients in perioperative health education defect rate to the cause, the development of countermeasures, to achieve the purpose of continuous quality improvement. Results Before implementation health defects rate was 43.3%(303/700), after the implementation health education defect rate was 11.4%(223/1 950). The health defects rate before and after the implementation showed significant difference (χ2=8.387, P=0.004). The incidence of anxiety before and after the implementation was 11.8%(23/195) and 4.1%(8/195), the difference was significantly different (χ2=7.885, P =0.005). Conclusions To carry out the quality circle activity, can effectively reduce the perioperative health education defect rate and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, method is simple and easy to operate, it is worth clinical promotion.

Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) possibly lie in a dysregulated response of the intestinal mucosal immune system towards intestinal microflora under a combined action of genetic and environmental factors.Mucosal dendritic cells are assumed to play key roles in regulating immune responses in the antigen-riched intestinal environment, either by initiating immune responses or by maintaining tolerance. Defects in this regulation are supposed to lead to IBD. This paper reviews the recent research advances in the relationship between IBD and dendritic cells.

Liver metastasis is one of the critical prognostic factors for colorectal cancer.Complete surgical resection of liver metastases still remains the only potentially curative treatment for patients with liver metastases.There are still some controversies in how to choose the reasonable management for resectable colorectal cancer patients with simultaneous liver metastases,although neoadjuvant chemotherapy,tumor physical ablation technique and minimally invasive technology have made progress in recent years.One case of surgical treatment of synchronous rectal cancer liver metastasis at the Shengjing Hospital with laparoscopic microwave ablation + radical resection of colorectal cancer was disused in order to provide reference for individualized treatment for patients with the same disease.

Objective To draw up the psychological selection inventory for the nurses in war. Methods Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to confirm the elements, on this basis formal inventory was obtained from inventory was obtained,reliability and validity of the formal inventory wad analyzed through a survey for 977 nurses who took part in emergent nursing activities. Results This article obtained accountability, confidence, compassionate, alertness, braveness, pertinacity and communication seven factors. The psychological selection inventory for the nurses in war was authorized on the basis of the seven factors. There were 90.91% items which discrimination ≥0.2, the retest coefficient of the whole inventory was 0.8719, the retest coefficient of the factors was between 0.6753 and 0.8654, the Cronbach coefficient of the whole inventory was 0.9147, the Cronbach coefficient of the factors was between 0.6462 and 0. 8344, the correlation coefficient of the factors was between 0. 3126 and 0. 5409. Conclusion The inventory has good reliability and validity, and it has significant meaning on the selection and training of the nurses in war.

Aim: To investigate the changes of endothelin( ET) receptors by isoproterenol in myocardial cells, and the invervention effects of CPU86017 and its RS isomer. Methods: Primary cultures of neonatal rat cardiomyo-cytes were prepared, and isoproterenol was added to each group for modeling, followed by drug interventions with propranolol, CPU86017 and RS chiral isomer respectively. Results: The expressions of ET_A and ET_B were increased by isoproterenol, in which the level of ET_B was higher than ET_A . This phenomenon was adjusted to different degrees by using propranolol, CPU86017 and RS chiral isomer in a dosage-relevant manner. The infervention effect of RS isomer was better than that of CPU86017 at the high dosage( 10 μmol/L). Conclusion: The cardiovascular effects of CPU86017 and RS chiral isomer could be correlative to the inhibition of the over-expressions of ET_A and ET_B.

Objective To investigate the application of CT microvascular permeability surface (PS) in acute ischemic stroke. Methods Thirty patients suffering from acute or sub-acute cerebral infarction underwent CT perfusion (CTP) combining with CTA. Cerebral hemodynamic parameters (cerebral blood flow [CBF], cerebral blood volume [CBV], time to peak [TTP], PS) between lesions and contralateral side were compared. The manifestation of microvascular hyper permeability were analyzed. Results Significant differences were found in cerebral hemodynamic parameters between the core of cerebral infarction and the contralateral hemisphere (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in CBF and CBV between the surrounding of cerebral infarction and the contralateral hemisphere, but PS and TTP showed delaying and heightening, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). High-density extravasation of contrast media in infarction zone was observed 30 min after CTP in 3 patients, the value of PS reached (9.20±1.43) ml/100 (ml·min). Conclusion CT microvascular PS may monitor hemorrhagic transformation in acute ischemic stroke, and guide thrombolytic therapy.

Objective To understand the degree of resilience of emergency nurses and ICU nurses, and analyze the effects of resilience on work engagement of nurses working in the emergency and ICU departments in tertiary hospitals in Chengdu city. Methods This was a cross-sectional survey. A total number of 660 nurses from7 hospital in Chengdu were selected by a convenient sampling method. Results The mean resilience score of the emergency and ICU nurses in Sichuan province was (123.07± 23.76) points, the mean score of work engagement was(2.70±1.20) points. There was a positive relationship between emergency and ICU nurses′ resilience score and nurses′ work engagement (r=0.394, P < 0.01). Nurses with higher level of resilience indicated higher work engagement score (F=35.77, P < 0.05). Conclusions The resilience score of the emergency and ICU nurses in tertiary hospitals of Chengdu city was at a low level. Higher resilient emergency and ICU nurses tended to have the higher level of work engagement.

Objective To investigate the effect of 50Hz magnetic field on the monoamine neurotransmitters contents in the hippocampus of rats. Methods 32 male SD rats were divided into 4 groups, exposed to 50 Hz magnetic field at the density of 0, 0.1, 1.2, and 1.6 mT, 2 h a day for a certain time. The contents of NE, E, DA and 5-HT were measured by HPLC. Results The contents of NE, DA and 5-HT in hippocampus were increased when the young rats were exposed to 1.2 and 1.6 mT for 10 days, the changes of monoamine neurotransmitters in 0.1 mT exposed group was not significant. The increase in monoamine neurotransmitters was disappeared when the 1.6 mT exposed group stop being exposed to the magnetic field for 30 days, while the monoamine neurotransmitters contents were decreased when the young rats were continuously exposed to 1.2 mT for 90 days. The contents of NE, DA and 5-HT, except E, in the old rats were decreased significantly when exposed to 0.1 mT intensity for 8 months. Conclusion Magnetic field exposure may affect the monoamine neurotransmitters content in the hippocampus, which may be responsible for the changes of learning and memory of rats induced by 50 Hz magnetic field exposure.

Objective To study the average ADC and eADC values in the C6 glioma regions and the contralateralnormal caudate nucleus of rat C6 glioma models on 3.0Tesla MR.Methods 32 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighted 250~300 g, were injected with C6 cells in right candate nucleus. All subjects were examined with MR imaging, including conventional and diffusion-weighted imaging with two b values ( 0 and 1000 s/mm~2 ) at 3.0T . ADC and eADC values were determined on ADC and eADC maps . Results The average ADC values in the C6 glioma regions and the contralateral normal caudate nucleus were(0.805?0.12)?10~ -3 mm~2/s and( 0.666?0.13 )?10~ -3 mm~2/s respectively ; the average eADC values in the C6 glioma regions and the contralateral normal caudate nucleus were (0.451?0.06) and (0.519?0.08) respectively. The difference of average ADC and eADC value between C6 glioma region and the contralateral normal caudate nucleus is significant. Conclusion It is feasible to do DWI in rat C6 glioma model with 3.0T MR and the ADC and eADC values measured in C6 glioma model can be used for reference in future studies.

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simuhaneous content determination of five flavonoids in Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke at five picking time (April,May,June,July and August).METHODS The analysis of D.indica methanol extract was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase comprising of acetointrile-0.1％ methanoic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.RESULTS Rutin,hyperoside,isoquercitrin,celereoin and kaempferol showed good linear relationships within their own ranges (R2 ≥0.998 6),whose average recoveries were 97.1％-101.5％ with the RSDs of 1.37％-2.37％.The contents of five constituents in samples at different picking time exhibited obvious differences,among which lutin and hyperoside contents were the highest in June,isoquercitrin content was the highest in July,and celereoin and kaempferol contents were the highest in August.CONCLUSION The suitable picking time of D.indica is June and July.
