1.Research progress of chromosomal abnormalities in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(5):315-317
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a heterogeneous disease from various resources and biological characters. Currently, about 90 % of NHL is relative to chromosomal abnormalities. This review emphasizes chromosomal abnormalities in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which can not only help understanding NHL genesis, but also is useful for diagnosis on early stage and proper treatment.
2.New mode of competing endogenous RNA: circular RNA
Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2016;28(5):466-468
Circular RNA (circRNA) is widely found in various species' cells. They have several characteristics including structural stability, high expression and expression in a tissue-specific manner.Recent studies have demonstrated that circRNA is a member of competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA).CircRNA regulate the expression of related RNA molecules via binding with target microRNA (miRNA) and play an important role in gene expression and regulation. The finding of circRNAs not only expand our understanding about eucaryon and ceRNA regulation network, but also indicate that circRNA might be a new biological marker for diagnosis and has good application prospects in drug development research, and disease diagnosis and treatment.Because current research on circRNA is still very few,a brief summary about circRNA is presented in this paper for further research.
3.Crohn's disease: medical treatment and role of nutritional support
Chinese Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2010;18(4):203-208
Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic granulomatous disease with unknown causes, and its incidence shows a rising trend in China. So far there is no way for the complete cure of the disease. Conventional drug therapy has many limitations. The appearance of biological agents brings new treatment options for CD and also initiates a debate over "Step-up" versus "Top-down" strategies. Rational nutrition supplement plays an important role in the comprehensive treatment of CD. This paper reviews the efficacy of conventional drugs, new progress in drug therapy, roles and status of nutritional support, and new treatment strategies for CD.
4.Progress in prevention and treatment of parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis of preterm infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):59-61
In the treatment of parenteral nutrition(PN) of preterm infants, parenteral nutrition associated cholestasis(PNAC) is the most common complication. However, the mechanisms of how this complication happens are unknown. This paper summarizes the research reports about PNAC both at home and aboard in recent years and raises various precautions on premature birth avoiding, reasonable feeding, PN projects optimizing and so on.Ursodeoxycholicacid is the first-line drug in the current treatment for PNAC.
5.Effect of CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels by paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in patients with cervical cancer
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(12):105-108
Objective:To investigate the value of serum CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels in the treatment of cervical cancer with paclitaxel and cisplatin. Methods: A total of 42 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group (n=21) and control group (n=21). The observation group was given intravenous infusion of paclitaxel 135 mg/m2, and intravenous infusion of cisplatin 60 mg/m2 after 3 hours. The control group was given only intravenous infusion of cisplatin, during the hydration and antiemetic drugs. They need 2 courses of chemotherapy, with each chemotherapy interval of 21 days. The levels of serum CD105, CA125 and CA724 before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: The levels of CD105, CA125 and CA724 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=19.119,t=22.493,t=15.46;P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels and clinical efficacy (rs=-0.427,rs=-0.335,rs=-0.408;P<0.05).Conclusion: Paclitaxel combine with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer has better clinical curative effect, and the mechanism is related to lower CD105, CA125 and CA724 levels.
6.The Immunomodulatory Effects of Anisodamine on Rabbits with Acute Experimental Serum Sickness
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Anisodamine (654-2) was administered to rabbits with acute experimental serum sickness (AESS) to study the immunomodulatory effects of 654-2 on AESS. The results suggested that 654-2 may decrease the serum specific antibody and immune complex (IC), inhibit the activity of serum cathepsin D (Cath-D), make the level of complemnts in narrow change, and improved the renal injury.
7.Surgical Treatment of 25 Cases with Gastric Stump Carcinoma
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To analyze surgical diagnosis and treatment effect of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma. Methods The clinical manifestations and therapies of 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma in our hospital from 1992 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. We sum up the surgical methods and postoperative survival rate. Results The postoperative survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years in 25 cases with gastric stump carcinoma were 60.2%,34.2% and 18.6% respectively, and were 81.4%,48.2% and 36.7% respectively in cases treated with radical resection. Conclusion No specific symptoms were identified, endoscopy examination periodically is the key point to detect gastric stump carcinoma.Radical resection is the most effective surgical style for surgical treatment of gastric stump carcinoma.
8.Treatment of 20 Cases of Ankle Sprain with Tuina Combined with Physical Therapy
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(2):51-52
Twenty cases of ankle sprain were treated on the outside with Tuina combined with physical therapy. After 10 treatments, 19 cases restored normal ankle function, and 1 case got no obvious effect.
9.Progression of tumor dormancy models
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(8):564-567
Tumor dormancy is a state that tumor cells long-term exist in human body, without obvious growth. Dormant cell is one of the origins of tumor recurrence or metastasis. The exact mechanism of tumor dor-mancy is still unclear. Combined with cellular and molecular biological techniques, tumor cell transplantation and culture in vitro can establish experimental tumor dormancy-recurrence models. These in vivo and in vitro models can be used to investigate mechanisms of tumor dormancy and to explore novel treatments.
10.Prior selective arteriovenous treatment in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2012;11(4):355-358
Radical pancreaticoduodenectomy is the most effective method for the treatment of malignant tumor of pancreatic head.Safe and complete resection of the uncinate process of the pancreas is the most difficult and important part in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy. For the past years,we put forward the new idea of prior selective arteriovenous treatment in radical pancreaticoduodenectomy according to whether the portal vein and superior mesenteric vein was invaded by the tumor.Thin slice scan and vessel reconstruction using multidetector spiral CT can accurately evaluate the condition of the blood vessels near the pancreatic tumor and judge whether the tumor was resectable.By exchanging superior mesenteric artery, controlling blood stream of pancreatic uncinate process and using 3 or 4 vascular blocking bands and the integrated radical resection of uncinate process for those patients can be successfully completed. It can reduce the operating bleeding, operating time and the miscut of superior mesenteric vein and (or) superior mesenteric artery, and also avoid postoperative pancreas necrosis, infection and hemorrhage caused by the pancreas uncinate process residues, and theoretically reduces the chance of tumor cells spread.
