1.Role of microalbuminuria in the elderly with atherosclerosis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(19):2794-2795
Objective To discuss the correlation of ambulatory arterial stiffness index (AASI)and microalbuminuria (MAU)in the elderly patients with atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 89 elderly patients with atherosclerosis were divided into two groups, patients with MAU positive as observation group,MAU negative patients as control group. To measure the intimal thickness (IMT)and calculate the AASI.Compared the IMT and AASI of two groups, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analy-sis were carried on.Results The IMT and AASI of observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistical significant (P <0.05).The correlation analysis showed that AASI and MAU,IMT were positively correlated.Multiple regression analysis showed that AASI and MAU had positive correlation. Conclusion Microalbumin-uria has the vital significance in the elderly with atherosclerosis.
2.Investigation and analysis on the status of maintenance management of medical equipment in Shangdong
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(4):111-113,114
Objective:To investigate the present situation of the medical equipment maintenance, to establish a method for the reality of large medical equipment maintenance management, improve the quality of medical professionals, regulate third-party maintenance organizations, and break the monopoly of manufacturers, so as to reduce the operating costs of the hospital. Methods: Through questionnaires in the form of the medical engineering technical personnel situation and situation of large medical equipment, large medical equipment maintenance mode selection, and the prospect of medical engineering technology was studied to investigate. Results: A scientific and reasonable method was put forward for the training of medical workers and the standard and development of the third party maintenance platform; and attempts to establish large-scale medical equipment maintenance mode RCM expert diagnostic system. Conclusion: It is of great significance to improve the maintenance management of large medical equipment and reduce the cost of hospital operation.
3.Faced with acute respiratory distress syndrome——we have a long way to go
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(18):1361-1363
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common clinical emergency with difficult management and high mortaity, which is a critical threat for patients.Recently,ARDS have attracted more attention, but that of pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies have not yet unified. This paper summarizes and analyzes the diagnostic criteria of ARDS,and underlying disease treatment, fluid management, lung protective ventilation strategy, prone position mechanical ventilation,high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation treatment, exogenous surfactant substance, inhaled nitric oxide and drug treatment in ARDS based on evidence-based medicine in order to promote the progress of ARDS standardized diagnostic and treatment strategy.
4.Goals and objectives of sedation and analgesia in PICU
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2014;21(2):68-69,73
Pain of recent side effects including a children's breathing, circulation, metabolism, immune and nervous system. The long-term side effects including mental, physical and mental growth, development, behavior and so on.Pain at the same time, the children will also have a negative impact to their families and the society.Implementation of analgesia and sedation therapy for children and is therefore clinicians morality and responsibility, need to clinicians from the perspective of professional and humane thinking and understanding.Use of analgesic and sedation therapy to keep children safe and comfortable is the most basic link in PICU treatment.
5.Study of pulmonary surfactant and surfactant protein in rats with LPS-induced acute lung injury
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To study the alteration trend of pulmonary surfactant(PS) and surfactant-associated protein(SP) in rats with LPS-induced acute lung injury(ALI).Methods:Fifty-six adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal saline(NS) group and ALI group. The levels of mRNA of the SP-A,SP-B were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) during iv LPS at 1,3,5,7h.The content and component of PS in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).In addition, studies on lung dry/wet weight ratio, the protein content of BALF,alveolar oxygen partial pressure (PaO 2)and histological changes were performed. Results:Compared with the NS group,ALI group developed severe lung damage.Edema, hemorrharge and inflammatory changes were found.Total phospholipids (TPL) of BALF at 1,3,5,7h were lower than those in the NS group( P

10.Discussion on the strategies for maintenance management of medical devices of hospital based on the risk analysis
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(10):108-110
Objective:To discuss the management and maintenance of medical equipment in hospital, the department of biomedical and engineering should develop a reasonable management plan to meet the needs of using safety management of medical equipment based on the risk analysis. Methods: Make up a strategy based on the analysis of application risk according to the clinical function, physical risk, fault avoidable probability and the adverse events recorded, and conduct the preventative maintenance and safety performance inspection. Results: The focus of clinical engineering professionals change from passive acceptance to repair equipment to preventive equipment maintenance, and carry out safety performance inspection to reduce the risk caused by the failure of equipment which is harmful to the patients. Conclusion: The clinical engineering professionals need to pay attention to the application risk and improve the management strategy while they improve the technical level.
