International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(21):3115-3116
Objective To investigate the infection characteristics of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)in infants of Huai′an area . Methods Clinical data of 72 infants with HCMV infection ,diagnosed from Nov .2013 to Feb .2015 ,were retrospectively analyzed , including HCMV DNA level of urine samples ,detected by using fluorescent quantitative‐polymerase chain reaction (FQ‐PCR) ,and complications and clinical characteristics .Results The positive rate of HCMV DNA was 90 .3% (65/72) .Among all of the infected infants ,60 cases (83 .3% ) were with pneumonia ,34 cases(47 .2% ) were with hepatitis ,14 cases(19 .4% ) were with hematological diseases ,3 cases(4 .2% ) were with neurological diseases ,and 28 cases(38 .9% ) were with two or more than two types of complica‐tions .Conclusion FQ‐PCR might be useful for the detection of HCM V infection .Clinical manifestation of pneumonia ,hepatitis ,he‐matological diseases ,and so on might be common in HCMV infected infants .FQ‐PCR ,used to detect HCMV DNA ,could be helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of HCM V infection .

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1992;0(04):-
1128 esophageal carcinoma patients were treated by radiation therapy from Jaunary 1978 to December 1981. 64 cases with new focuses in superior and inferior margin of radiative field were 2.9% and 1.6% and in another region was 1.2%. 54 cases were retreated by radiation therapy. The 1-,2-,3- and 5 years survival rates were 53.7%,24.1%,13.5% and 5.8%. We think that new focus outside radiative fields was great different from local recurrence and uncontral cancers. Those patients can still be treated by radical radiation therapy. It is reasonable to prolong 3cm in length above and below the lesion for initial radiotherapy.
4.Paying attention to optic nerve injury disease and optic nerve regeneration study
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(3):209-214
Glaucoma, optical neuritis and trauma are optic nerve injury-related diseases. These ocular diseases cause irreversible damage of the vision and even blindness. The study on optic nerve regeneration is a powerful approach for rescuing vision and improving the quality of life of patients. Therefore, how to promote optic nerve regeneration is always the focus in ophthalmology. In recent years, great progression has achieved by modulation of cellular signal pathway, usage of glial cells, stem cells and neurotrophic factor, etc, which lays a basis for the treatment of optic nerve injury.Ophthalmologist should trace and participate in these researches to promote the development of regeneration medicine. This review summarizes these new approaches after discussing factors effecting optic nerve regeneration briefly and proposes questions to answer.

Objective To analyze the application value of high risk human papillomavirus (HR HPV) DNA and thinprep cytolo-gy test(TCT ) detection in screening cervical cancer and to evaluate the clinical significance of their combined detection .Methods A total of 402 cases conducting cervical cancer screening in our hospital from March to May 2016 were selected and performed the HR HPV DNA and TCT detection .Those of suspected cervical lesions were performed the histopathological examination .Then the effects of HR HPV DNA and TCT combined detection were compared according to the pathological results .Results The detection positive rate of female HR HPV DNA was 27 .1% (109/402);abnormal and benign inflammation reaction were detected out in 46 cases of female TCT ,the positive rate was 11 .4% (46/402);in 123 cases of suspected cervical malignant lesion ,32 .5% females(40/123) appeared CIN Ⅰgrade or more lesions by histopathological examination ;the sensitivity of HR HPV DNA and TCT combined detection was higher than that of single detection ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the specificity of HR HPV DNA and TCT combined detection was higher than that of HR HPV DNA single detection ,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0 .05) ,but the difference was not statistically significant compared with TCT single detection (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The detection of HR HPV DNA and TCT is a good method for screening of cervical cancer ,the combined detection of HR HPV DNA and TCT can improve the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesion .

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(10):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum ferritin level and acute lung injury. Methods 192 cases living hospital patients with critical factor of acute lung injury were divided into two groups:acute lung injury group(study group,52 cases)and having critical factor of acute lung injury but not devel- oped acute lung injury group(control group,140 cases).50 people at the same time were selected as normal group. Serum ferritin level were measured, and their correlation between groups were analyzed. Results The serum ferritin level in study group[female(354.7?9.8)/,g/L,male(789.7?30.8)tag/L]increased significantly as compared wit h that in control group[female(182.7?7.8)/,g/L,male(312.5?1.9)?g/L](P

Virologica Sinica 2001;16(1):78-80
Based on avian leukosis virus ( ALV) p19 gene terminal nucleotide sequence, a 82 bp double-stranded DNA fragment was chemically synthesized and cloned into the expression vector pGEMEX-1. The sequencing result indicated th at the cloned fragment was a correct version of the one designed both in nucleot ide sequence and in its open reading frame. The recombinant was used to transfor m E.coli BL21 (DE3). The cloned fragment was expressed as a fused protein wi th T7 gene 10 leader peptide and was shown to be 34 kD in size on SDS-PAGE gel when induced with 1 mmol/L IPTG. The expression product was able to bind immunol ogically to rabbit anti-ALV serum in Western-blot assay and is being tested to differentiate exogenous from endogenous ALV.

To evaluate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium of senile cataract with lupus nephritis (LN).
●METHODS:This clinical trial involved 40 cataract patients with lupus nephritis (40 eyes), and 50 cases (50 eyes) without lupus nephritis. All of them underwent phacoemulsification+lOL implantation. The parameters of corneal endothelial cell including central corneal endothelium cell density ( CED ), average area of endothelial cell ( AVE) and coefficient of variation ( CV) were recorded by corneal endothelial microscope pre -operation and at one month after operation. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 statistical software.
● RESULTS: Both LN group and control group, the morphology of coneal endothelial was statistical significant differences between pre - operation and 1mo postoperation. The CED was lower, AVE and CV were higher ( P < 0. 05, respectively). A significant decrease in CED was seen in the LN group than did in the control group (P < 0. 05). Compared to control group, the post -operative AVE and CV in LN group was significantly increased (P<0. 05).
● CONCLUSlON: The corneal endothelial cell in lupus nephritis patients is more fragile. Safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.
