Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(9):377-378,381
Objective To investigate the clinical value of D5F3 and Survivin in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 100 patients with non - small cell lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were examined by immunohistochemical method, to analyze the clinical value of D5F3 and Survivin antibody in non - small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Results The coincidence rate of D5F3 was (20%), (++) was 33.33%, and the coincidence rate was (87.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of Survivin protein expression was correlated with the differentiation degree of non-small cell lung cancer, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion D5F3 has high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, and has important clinical diagnostic value; The detection of Survivin expression is helpful for clinical differentiation, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective To analyze the effect of calcitonin combined with alfacalcidol on clinical outcome, lumbar vertebrae bone mineral density and safety in patients undergoing internal fixation of humeral shaft fracture. Methods 80 patients with humeral shaft fracture treated with internal fixation in Xunwu county people's hospital from June 2010 to June 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each groups. The control group was given calcium carbonate D3 tablets and functional exercise therapy, the observation group treated calcitonin combined with alfacalcidol on the basis of control group, analysis and comparison the clinical effects, lumbar spine BMD and safety. Results Compared with before treatment, serum calcium level of two groups increased significantly at treatment 2 weeks and 3 weeks(P<0.05);The control group BMD of lumbar spine was significantly increased in treatment 12 weeks(P<0.05),the observation group BMD of lumbar spine was significantly increased in treatment 4 weeks and 12 weeks(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the level of serum calcium in observation group was higher at treatment 2 weeks and 3 weeks (P<0.05),BMD of lumbar spine was higher at treatment 4 weeks and 12 weeks(P<0.05);The total adverse reaction rate of observation group was 10%,the difference was not statistically significant to control group 15%.Conclusion The combination of calcitonin and alfacalcidol treatment of internal fixation of humeral shaft fractures in patients with significant results, can improve serum calcium levels in patients with and improve bone mineral density, and less adverse reactions.
4.Self-efficacy, self-esteem, and positive/negative affect tn 2247 adolescents
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(2):149-152
Objective: To exploration the self-efficacy, self-esteem, and positive/negative affect and the re-lationships among them in Chinese adolescents. Methods: The Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale, Generalized Self-Ef-ficacy Scale, and Adolescents Positive/Negative Affect Scale were administrated to 2247 middle school students sampled from 16 schools from 6 districts. Results: Self-esteem tended to increase as grade [(2.91±0.38), (2.93±0.41), (3.01±0.41), (2.98±0.44), (3.04±0.41), (3.17±0.42)]. Boys had higher self-efficacy [(2.74±0.39)vs.(2.68±0.40), P <0.001]. Two senior grades had higher self-efficacy than other 4 grades (P<0.05). Girls had higher positive and negative affect [(2.77±0.67)vs.(2.68±0.67), (2.22±0.70) vs.(2.13±0.68), Ps <0.05]. Junior grade one had the highest positive effect (2.85±0.62), grade one and two in high school had more negative effect than other 4 grades (2.26±0.71, 2.25±0.73).Self-efficacy and self-esteem were positively correlated with positive affect (r=0.24, 0.36), negatively correlated with negative af-fect (r=-0.17, -0.32) ; self-esteem significantly mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and positive/negative affect (Z=13.00, -13.07) . Conclusion: Self-esteem tends to increase as grade, boys have higher self-efficacy than girls, and girls have higher positive and negative affect than boys. Self-esteem mediates the rela-tionship between generalized self-efficacy and positive/negative affect in Chinese adolescents after controlling the effects of gender and grade.
5.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;(2):43-46
The factors influencing the integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries were divided into objective factor, subjective factor and social factor according to their connotation and significance. Certain measures for their integration were proposed, such as strengthening network construction, perfecting literacy education systems, and carrying out systemic training.Integration of MOOC and information literacy education in academic libraries can improve information service, promote wide application of MOOC and information literacy ed-ucation in academic libraries.

China Pharmacist 2014;(12):2056-2058
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of two components and the preservative in compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrups. Methods:An Agilent Zobax SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with meth-anesulfonic acid solution (adding 4. 8g methanesulfonic acid and 10ml triethylamine into 750ml water, and adjusting the pH value to 3. 5 by phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (75∶25) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 and 280nm as the detection wave-length. Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 102-1 025μg·ml-1 for guaifenesin,15-619μg ·ml-1 for dextro-methorphan hydrobromide and 10-407μg·ml-1 for benzoic acid. The average recovery of guaifenesin, dextromethorphan hydrobromide and benzoic acid was 100. 0% (RSD=0. 35%), 100. 1%(RSD=0. 77%)and 100. 8%(RSD=0. 49%), respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality assessment of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrups.

Conclusion This text method is simple and dependable, the exclusive is strong, good in reappearance, and available for the quality control of the preparation.
8.Study of honokiol's antagonising effect on calmodulin
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Using calmodulin dependent cyclic neucleotide phosphodiesterase and dansyl-labeled calmodulin, honokiol's action on calmodulin is studied. It is found that honokiol inhibits the activity of cyclic neucleotide phosphodiesterase induced by stimulus of calmodulin. With the increasing of calmodulin concentration, the IC50 value was increased. In the presence of Ca2+, honokiol reduces the fluorescence intensity of dansyl-calmodulin, and makes the spectrumpeaked red. The results indicate that honokiol can combine with calmodulin in the presence of Ca2+ and antagonise the effect caused by calmodulin's stimulation upon the phosphodiesterase. In addition , honokiol may exert its effect on the basal activity of calmodulin dependent cyclic neucleotide phosphodiesterase.
9.Common complication of central venous catheter for pediatric blood purification
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(17):1281-1285
Pediatric blood purification requires reliable access to the circulation.Central venous catheters play an important role in the delivery of pediatric blood purification.A central venous noncuffed, nontunneled catheter is the best choice for short-term(less than 3 weeks) blood purification.A cuffed, tunneled catheter is preferable to long term(more than 3 weeks) blood purification. However, there are many complications associated with central venous catheters, such as catheter-induced thrombosis,catheter-related infection, and central vein stenosis. This article reviews the prevention and treatment of complications most frequently occurring with central venous catheters.
