Objective To observe and analyze curative efficacy of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery and its effects on serum TIgE, ECP and inlfammatory factors in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 90 patients with chronic sinusitis who received therapy in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were collected as research objects to be randomly divided into the control group and the observation group equally. The control group was given endoscopic sinus surgery, and the observation group was given Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery. Then, visual analogue scale (VAS) was applied to assess the severity of subjective symptoms of the disease. Three months after the surgery, the curative efifcacy, scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) relfecting clinical symptoms, levels of serum TIgE, ECP and inlfammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results All patients undergone successful surgery. The observation group had a total therapeutic efifciency ratio of 95.6%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of 82.2% in the control group (P < 0.05). In comparison with the control group, the observation group had lower VAS scores of nasal discharge, nasal obstruction, cheek pain, headache, hyposmia [(1.84 ± 0.89) vs (3.12 ± 1.03) points, (1.87 ± 0.81) vs (2.55 ± 1.14) points, (1.24 ± 0.86) vs (1.88 ± 0.79) points, (1.15 ± 0.54) vs (1.97 ± 0.83) points, (1.84 ± 0.73) vs (2.18 ± 0.84) points], lower levels of serum TIgE, ECP [(58.62 ± 7.36) vs (64.39 ± 7.18) kU/L, (4.25 ± 0.84) vs (5.01 ± 1.07) ng/L)] and inflammatory factors of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 [(1.27 ± 0.46) vs (2.62 ± 0.53) ng/ml, (5.13 ± 1.24) vs (9.54 ± 2.23) pg/ml, (282.63 ± 32.42) vs (315.84 ± 35.89) ng/L)] with statistical differences (allP < 0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine Citrate Disodium in combination with endoscopic sinus surgery is effective for chronic sinusitis, which can signiifcantly relieve clinical symptoms, reduce levels of serum TIgE, ECP and alleviate inlfammatory reaction.

Objective: Using the implicit association test to examine the implicit attitude-difference of Chinese students towards their father and mother.Methods: The experiment followed the standard paradigm of IAT.77 college students(43 women,34 men) participated the research.Results: The results indicated that there were implicit attitude-differences held by Chinese students towards their father and mother.Besides,gender dissociation existed.Conclusion: There is implicit attitude-difference in Chinese students towards their father and mother.

This article introduces the mechanisms and clinical implications of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of malignant tumor, and discusses the efficacy,limitations, and prospects of this technology. Dispite the recent advances, the clinical application of HIFU is still limited. Multiple trials are currently underway worldwide to determine its efficacy.

Hyperuricemia(HUA),which can induce oxidative stress,endothelial dysfunction,and inflammation,is closely relevant to the metabolic syndrome(MS),such as obesity,impaired fasting blood glucose,hyper-triglyceridemia,and hypertension. Moreover,HUA is of reciprocal causation with insulin resistance(IR). Here,for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases such as HUA and MS,the interaction and the regulatory mechanism between MS and HUA are summarized,and the situation that HUA is an important complication of MS is illustrated.

?AIM:To compare the curative effect of conjoint fascial sheath( CSF) suspension and levator muscle resection for moderate or severe congenital ptosis.?METHODS: Forty - three patients ( 74 eyes ) with moderate or severe ptosis were treated by CSF suspension or levator muscle resection randomly, and followed up for 6mo. The normalization rates of the two operations were then compared by statistical method, and the complications of the two operations were analyzed.?RESULTS: The two operations appeared no significant difference on the normalization rate for moderate congenital ptosis (P>0. 05), while the normalization rate of CSF suspension on severe congenital ptosis was significantly higher than that of levator muscle resection (P<0. 05). Less complication was happened in the CSF suspension group than in the levator muscle resection group.?CONCLUSION:CSF suspension is more effective on the treatment of severe congenital ptosis than levator muscle resection, and has advantages such as less trauma, repeatable, and less complication.

Objective To study the characteristics of Z-HL_(16)C cell strain mutated from the human embryonic lung fibroblasts(HL).Methods Morphology observation,chromosome cytogenetics,tumorigenesis in nude mice,and the sensitivity to virus were examined.Results As a transformed cell strain,the Z-HL_(16)C showed polygon shapes liking epithelium;the number of chromosome was sub-triploid or hyper-triploid,and the structures of 30%～40% chromosomes were abnormal.The incidence of its inoculation in nude mice was 100%,and the pathological studies proved its tumorigenesis.The cytopathic effects of many kinds of viruses were observed in Z-HL_(16)C cell strain.Conclusion The Z-HL_(16)C is one of the cancer cell strains transformed from HL cells.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa inhibitor (tirofiban) for elderly high-risk patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) undergoing percutaneous coronary interventional therapy (PCI). Methods Ninety four high-risk ACS patients admitted between Dec 2004 and Jul 2006 were randomly divided into the tirofiban group (n=46, mean age 68.5?11.4 years old) whom received tirofiban and half-dose of heparin, and the conventional interventional group (n=48, mean age 66.8?9.9 years old) whom were treated by full dose heparin before PCI. The coronary reperfusion flow (TIMI grades) of culprit vessel (CV) after PCI, cardiac enzyme changed 6 hrs and 12 hrs afterwards, major adverse cardiac events (MACE) rates within 30 days, bleeding and transfusion rates were analyzed and compared between the two groups.
