Epigenetic abnormalities not only associated with carcinogenesis, they may also influence the curative effect and prognosis of anticancer drugs through modifying pharmacokinetic genes related to drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion and pharmacodynamic genes related to signaling pathways and targets. That drugs through regulating epigenetic factors pocessing anti-cancer effect is becoming a research hot spot. We summarized and analyzed the realtionship of DNA methylation, miRNA, and histone modification with antitumor drug effect, aiming at promoting rational use of antitumor drugs and providing new ideas on developing epi-drugs.

Since the late twentieth century, the progress of ge-nomics,proteomics and other areas has promoted modern medi-cine from the era of evidence-based medicine to the era of preci-sion medicine. With the studies of the relationships between ge-nomic information and clinical phenotypes, precise medicine,to improve clinical outcomes and minimize unnecessary side effects, develops and implements individualized medicine ac-cording to patients’personalized specificities through pharma-cogenomics.Basic research and clinical translation of precision medicine do help to improve the health system of our country.

Diabetes is a kind of metabolic syndrome, always hap-pening in the case of insufficient secretion of insulin or insulin resistance, inducing the increase of blood glucose. While, dia-betic osteoporosis is a kind of chronic diabetic complications, which happens when insulin secretion is absolutely or relatively insufficient and then the insufficiency induces imbalance of hor-mone, calcium phosphorus metabolic disorders, thus leading to the decline of bone mineral density and change of bone micro-structure. The overnutrition, less exercise and the environment change lead to the increased incidence of diabetes. For all the diabetes, type 2 diabetes accounts for about 90%. Patients with type 2 diabetes show the increasing risk of fracture. This review summarizes the recent advances in the influence of type 2 diabe-tes on bones.
