Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment for submucosal tumors of the esophagus.Methods:Included in the study were 33 patients with esophageal submucosal tumors,male 23 and female 10 cases,aged 34-85 years(average 51.2).The lesions were removed by means of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),or stripping-resection method,i.e.,first stripped by a needle knife and followed by "injection and cut".Results:All the lesions were resected completely by endoscopic minimally invasive methods.Of 33 lesions,15 cases were undertook EMR,and 18 cases were treated by stripping-resection method.Except 5 cases of treatable bleeding,and 6 cases of post-operative substernal pain,no other complications were found.Pathological exam and immunohistochemical study showed that 25 cases were esophageal leiomyoma,3 cases of stromal tumor,2 cases of lipoma,2 cases of haemangioma and 1 case of submucoal cyst.No recurrence was found during the follow-up of 2-30 months. Conclusion:Endoscopic minimally invasive therapy is effective and safe for the treatment of esophageal submucosal tumors.

Objective:To prepare lactosaminated matrine liposomes and to study its targetability to liver in mice and efficacy of anti-tumor activities on human hepatoma cell line HepG2 in vitro.Methods:The matrine liposomes were prepared using the reverse-phase evaporation-ultrasonic technique.Lactosylphosphatidy-lethanolamine(Lac-PE) was synthesized and used for modified matrine liposomes..the diameter and entrapment efficiency of it were determined.The RP-HPLC was used for the determination of matrine concentration in mice tissue.The cytotoxic effect of LML on human hepatoma cell line HepG2 in vitro was detected by thiazolyl blue(MTT)assay.Results:The LML were nice and uniform,the particle diameter was between 80 and 150 nm and envelopment rats was 48.1%.Compared with matrine solution,ML and LML exhibited long circulation time.Tissue distribution results proved that the area under curve of liver was significantly difference among modified matrine liposomes,regular matrine liposomes and matrine solutions(P

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin combined triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus in the treatment of acute diarrhea.Methods65 cases of acute diarrhea patients were randomly divided into control group with 32 cases and experiment group of 33 cases.Patients were given antiemetic, fever and nutritional supplements and other symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with ofloxacin injection 10mL+5% glucose solution 250mL for an intravenous injection, 3 days as a course of treatment;The experiment group was treated on the basis of triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus 4 tablets, 3 times a day, 3 days for a course of treatment.Clinical curative effect, adverse reaction rate, serum TNF-α, IL-6, CD4+, CD8+ and CD8+ CD4+/ level were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased in 2 groups (P<0.05), the levels of CD4+ in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the CD4+ level was lower in the experiment group (P<0.05);the CD4+/CD8+ level was increased (P<0.05), and the CD4+/CD8+ level was higher in the experiment group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with triple viable bacteria tablets of Lactobacillus in the treatment of acute diarrhea is significant, and the safety is high.

Objective To study curative efficacy of Pramipexole in treatment of Parkinson's Disease and its effects on Serum C-reactionprotein (CRP), cystatin C, brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and oxidative stress.Methods 100 patients of Parkinson's Disease who received therapy from February 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects were randomLy divided into control group and observation group, 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Dobasidate tablets;The observation group was given pramipexole tablets on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared.CRP, Cystatin C, BDNF and oxidative stress were measured. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group [(90.00% (45/50)] was significantly higher than the control group[74.00%(37/50)] (P<0.05);The symptoms of palpitation, depression, nausea, anorexia, diarrhea and vomiting were lower in observation group than in observation group, and the differences of depression, anorexia and vomiting were statistically significant(P<0.05);The BDNF index of the observation group (13.38 ±1.93)ng/L was higher than that of the control group (12.03 ±1.83) ng/L(P<0.05);CRP (3.53 ±0.97) mg/L and Cystatin C index (0.98 ±0.12) mg/L were lower than the control group(4.62 ±1.15)、(1.06 ±0.14) mg/L (P<0.05).After treatment, the glutathione peroxidate (GPX),superroxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH)and catalase(CAT) of oxidative stress in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson's disease is obvious, can effectively improve the serum CRP, Cystatin C and BDNF index, high security, it is worth promoting the application.

Mannan binding lectin (MBL) is an innate immune mediator belonging to the collectin family known to bind to the surface of many viruses, bacteria and fungi. Many researches show that MBL is associated with many autoimmune diseases. Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are related with innate individual immunity. This article reviews the recent researches on the association of MBL with IBD.

The diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory bowel disease mainly depend on clinical presentation , endoscopical , histopathological and imaging findings .It has been demonstrated that fecal inflammatory biomarkers can be potential markers to replace endoscopy diagnosed disease activity .Calprotectin is a binding protein of calcium and zinc , which is mainly derived from neutrophils and macrophages .Calprotectin is an accurate noninvasive biomarker in diagnosing and monitoring inflammatory bowel disease in clin -ics.This paper reviews the progress of fecal calprotectin in the diagnosis, disease activity evaluation, clinical monitoring and prognosis of inflammatory bowel disease .

Objective To design a kind of suitable equipment to collect the specimens from endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR),and observe the effect of the collector on clinical application. Methods The six-hole rotating collector was made from transparent glass,in which the specimens could be aspirated through the channel and remained in a mental net. A total of 813 cases with 1254 lesions in esophagus,stomach and large intestine were included in the study. All the cases were male 516,female 297,age in 7-90 years old (average 53.2 years). The collector was used for receiving these EMR specimens that less than 1cm in diameter. The final diagnoses were proved by histopathologic examination. Results The rotating collector was named as Transparent 6-hole Rotating Eodoscopic Specimen Collector,and registered as national patent. The collector was a round column type,about 160g in weight and 56 mm?60 mm in size,which was light,clear and easily cleaned,and worked well during clinical application. The total collecting success rate for specimen receiving is 93.3%. All the specimen samples kept undamaged and good for histological analysis. Conclusion The rotating specimen collector is useful and economic for endoscopic mucosal resection.

Objective To study the effects of naloxone on ?-endorphin (?-EP) in plasma and on myocardial ultrastructure during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in rabbits.Methods The myocardial ischemia models and myocardial ischemia -reperfusion injury models in rabbits,by ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery,were used to investigate the changes of ?-EP and ET-1 in plasma during I/R injury, and after treatment with naloxone, an antagonist of opiate receptor. 20 New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned to 2 groups (each 10 rabbits in naloxone treatment and ischemia-reperfusion group). The bloods were taken at different times in each group. The concentrations of ?-EP and ET-1 were detected with radioimmunology method.The changes of myocardial ultrastructure in samples of myocardial ischemia,were observed through electron microscope.Rseults The levels of ?-EP were significantly improved after I/R injury compared with those before ischemia (P0.05). For ischemia-reperfusion group, most of cardiac muscles were in the contracting state, the myofibril dissolved and broke locally. The edema was found on the circumference of nucleus. For naloxone treatment group, the structure of myofibril was clear and its arrangement was in good order, and no obvious breakage was found. The contracting of myofibril, the edema of mitochondria and kytoplasm were moderating. Conclusion Naloxone may effectively control the levels of ?-EP and the synthesis and secreting of ET-1 after myocardial ischemia and during I/R injury;and reduce the injury to the myocardial ultrastructure and decrease the injury to blood vessel and myocardium.

objective The consequences of macroscopic classification for early colorectal cancer(CRC),carried out by clinicians from China and Japan,were compared.Methods The endoscopic color photos and related materials of 7 selected patients with early CRC were distributed to each of 5 endoscopists from China and Japan to present everyone's own idea on classification.Results Some lesions assumed as typeⅡ (flat pattern) by Japanese were considered as typeⅠ (elevated pattern)by Chinese.While the lesions having protrusion with central depression were depicted by physicians of both sides according to the ratio of areas with different outlook,namelyⅡ a＋Ⅱ c orⅡ c＋Ⅱ a.Some new terms have been adopted currently by Japanese only,such asⅡ a＋ depression,LST(laterally spreading tumor).Conclusion Regarding the macroscopic classification indices for early CRC discrepancies exist between Sino-Japanese doctors.More comments and cooperation seem necessary to set up an unified criterion.
