"Assessment of Work Level of Undergraduate Teaching in Colleges and Universities" organized and carried out by ministry of education is a kind of Assessment of higher learning in our country.It is a very effective channel to improve our quality of higher education and set up a long-term quality assurance system and supervision mechanism.It is also of very important guiding significance to know the historical development and significance of assessment of work level of undergraduate teaching,to be familiar with its procedures,to be clear about its target and assignment,and work out its measures and policies.

In 34 hypothalamic slices of rats, spontaneous discharging of 63 paraventricular neurons was extracellulariy recorded by glass microelectrode. When the slices were perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) containing noradrenaline (NA) (10-6 mol/L), firing rates of 20 units significantly increased, those of 8 units decreased or even ceased, and those of 35 units, not affected. When low Ca2+ high Mg2+-ACSF was applied to block synaptic transmission, of 20 units which were excited by NA, 14 units still had excitatory responses and 6 units had no significant response to NA. When synaptic transmission was blocked, of 8 units which were inhibited by NA, 7 units still had inhibitory responses and only one unit had no significant response to NA. The results of this experiment strongly suggest the existence of direct effects of NA on paraventricular neurons.

Based on the analysis of the traditional teaching quality evaluation system,this study designs and develops the immediately teaching and learning evaluation system with the WeChat according to the large data and formative evaluation theory.The B/S + official account of WeChat model is used to design and develop this system to realize instant feedback to the instructor,the background of real-time data analysis and early warning.This system has been applied in Southern Medical University for 2 years and has achieved good results.Due to the adoption of the widely used WeChat public number platform,the participation and evaluation of students have been improved,and the quality of teachers' teaching has improved.And through the background analysis,we find the separation of teaching and learning.
