1.Chronic the curative effect analysis of chronic perapical periodonitis in two kinds of methods treatment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(11):-
Objective To study treatment method that improve the cronic perapical periodonitis. Methods To fill the tooth channal of chronic perapical periodonitis with a paste of doxycycline and tinidazol, or gutta percha point. Results Among 206 cases of teeth those succeesful rates of two methods were 97.09 % and 98.06 % after 2 years clinical observe. Conclusion To fill the tooth channal of cronic perapical periodonitis with a paste of doxycycline and tinidazol to treat the chronic perapical periodonitis,it shortens the treatment, simplifies operation, makes application more extensive and its nearly period effect is the same as that of using gutta percha point to fill the tooth.

[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience on treating frozen shoulder by using transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, TENS. [Method] By col ecting clinical cases and record of Pro. Fang Jianqiao clinical experience to sort and analyze the methodology of Pro. Fang Jianqiao's clinical y used TENS and warm acupuncture to treatment frozen shoulder. [Result] Professor Fang Jianqiao applies the theory of anatomy and muscle along meridians in his diagnosis and treatment on frozen shoulder, which is based on its origin theory of aseptic inflammation. Treatment with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, TENS, combined with local Ashi warm acupuncture to clear the meridians, qi and blood circulation and relieve pain. [conclusion] Professor Fang Jianqiao has great innovation on treatment of frozen shoulder and the combination of Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, TENS on frozen shoulder has noninvasive, economy, safe and significant effect in clinic. This clinical method is worthy promotion to public.

Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of Clematis chinensis Osbeck polysaccharide(CCP).Methods:① To assay the scavenging activity of CCP on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion in vitro.② To analyze the effect of CCP on red blood cell autoxidation hemolysis induced by H2O2 by colorimetry.③ To study the effect of CCP on acute hepatic injury of the mice induced by carbon tetrachloride. Results: CCP could eliminate the hydroxyl free radical and the superoxide anion free radical, reduce red blood cell autoxidation hemolysis induced by H2O2,raise the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in hepatic injury mice's serum and liver apparently, reduce the content of MDA and liver index notably. Conclusion: CCP has the significantly action of anti oxidation activity in vitro and in vivo which relates to removing oxygen free radical.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;39(7):562-564
Digestive diseases, are various types of frequently encounted clinical disorders .at present, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of digestive diseases , in addition to laboratory tests (biochemistry, immunology, cytology and bacterial genetics , etc.), to a large extent still rely on imaging studies.Flow cytometry is a function of the level of single cells or other biological particles for quantitative analysis and sorting means of detection , which can be tens of thousands of high -speed analysis of cells and can simultaneously from a cell a plurality of measured parameters , high speed, high precision, accuracy, etc., become the most advanced cellular quantitative analysis techniques .In recent years, flow cytometry is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer , liver cirrhosis, Crohn′s disease, ulcerative colitis and other digestive diseases.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the effect of down regulation of SURVIVIN on cell and subsequent apoptosis in cervical cancer cells HeLa.Methods(1)The U6 promoter was obtained by PCR from liver of mouse and ligated into TA vector.RNAi vector(psSURVIVIN) and psN(control vector) containing of the U6 promoter was established.(2)Using HeLa cells as a model system, two groups were set stably up transfected with RNAi control plamid and psSURVIVIN(SURVIVIN RNAi plasmid),respectively. The expression of SURVIVIN in HeLa cells was measured by Western blot and immunofluorescence methods.(3)The activity of caspase 3/7 was detected using caspase-Glo(tm) 3/7 assay reagent.Results(1)Cell apoptotic rate was significantly increased by transfection with RNAi targeting plasmid, and cell was arrested at G0/G1(P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To compare and analyze the maxillary lingual arch forms of ClassⅠmalocclusions after extraction and non-extraction treatment respectively. Methods: 60(30 with extraction, 30 non-extraction)maxillary dental models of ClassⅠmalocclusions after orthodontic treatment were measured in lingual arch widths and depths. The data were analyzed by statistical methods and the charts of lingual arch forms were drawn. Results: The lingual arch widths and depths in anterior segments of the extraction group were significantly larger than those of the non-extraction group(P0.05). The lingual arch forms of the two groups were similar in anterior segments, and more different in premolar and first molar segments, but similar from the distal lingual cusp of the first molars. Conclusion: The lingual arch forms of the two groups are similar in appearances, but the anterior segments of the extraction group are deeper than that of the non-extraction group.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(6):832-836
Hypoxia occurs in chronic and acute vascular diseases and tumor formation. The ability of tumor cells to maintain a balance between an adaptation to hypoxia and cell death is regulated by a family of transcription factors called hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1). Tumor hypoxia mediated by HIF-1 would facilitate the likelihood of resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy, proliferation, metastasis and the invasive potential; all of which culminate in a decrease in patient survival. And HIF-1 alpha subunit decides the activity of HIF-1, which is regulated by oxygen. So understanding the role of HIF in signal pathway, drug resistance mechanism and its feature is crucial for developing novel anticancer therapies. In recent years, more attentions have focused on HIF-1 alpha inhibitors. It is expected that development of more potent and selective HIF inhibitors will provide an effective treatment of cancer and other HIF-related diseases. So we will focus on the biological characteristics and mechanism of HIF-1 to review currently studied HIF-1 inhibitors.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(05):-
Object To compare the contents of alkaloids of callus at different period with tissue culture of fresh bulbs of Fritillaria mellea S. Y. Tang et S. C. Yueh. Methods To study the best condition of induction frequency of callus about some phytohormones, temperature and light, and then to determine the contents of alkaloids of callus in F. mellea. Results The best condition of induction frequency of callus above was NAA 1 mg/L+ 6BA 3 mg/L; temperature at (22?1) ℃ and scattered light; the contents of alkaloids were kept highest in about 20th day ofter the callus appeared. Conclusion The contents of alkaloids of callus are kept higher level than fresh bulbs of F. mellea.
