1.Research progress of renal tubular epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(4):267-269
Renal interstitial fibrosis represents the final common pathway of all chronic disease. The mechanism of renal interstitial fibrosis is very complex. It is not entirely clear now.The study found that epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition plays an important role in the renal interstitial fibrosis.Inhibition of epithelial-tomesenchymal transition may help to slow down the development and progression of renal interstitial fibrosis. The article mainly reviews the mechanism and treatment of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.
2.FURTHER INVESTIGATION OF HBV-LIKE PARTICLES IN COWS SERA
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Thirty five samples of cows sera were assayed for human HBV serological marker with ELISA method. Sixteen samples were HBsAg and/or HBeAg positive,of which human HBV-like particles were found in 6 samples by immuno electron microscopic procedure. There were 1-3 precipitation lines between 5 concentrated samples and horse anti-HBs sera one of which fused with that of human HBsAg. In all the samples human sera polyalbumin receptor (PHSAR) was negative with ELISA method, and 32P-HBV DNA dot hibridization was also negative.

5.A analysis on adverse reactions of hydroxychloroquine in ophthalmology
Chinese Journal of New Drugs and Clinical Remedies 2001;20(3):235-236
AIM: To study the adverse reactions of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in ophthalmology. METHODS: Thirty-nine patients treated with HCQ for more than six months were performed ophthalmic examinations including some specifie retinal function tests. RESULTS: There were 3 patients (8%) who presented the visual fields was minified. The visual acuity of one patient was decreased. The cumulative doses of HCQ were more than 100 g in this three patients. CONCLUSION: The adverse reactions of HCQ in ophthalmology are related with the cumulative doses of HCQ. The expression is that the visual fields and visual acuity are decreased.
6.RESEARCH ADVANCES ON STRUCTURES AND FUNCTIONS OF BACULOVIRUS CHITINASE GENES
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
The chitinase gene of baculovirus is an unnecessary and high conservative gene Chitinase is expressed in the late phase virus replication in insect cells There are signal peptide in its N termini, chitinases active motifs in its central section and ER attaching motifs of chitinase in its C termini Baculoviral chitinase possesses both endo and exo chitinase activities, which can hydrolyze inherent chitin in insects body Chitinase is necessary for liquefaction of the virus infected host insect, and it may also serve as a molecular chaperone for pro V Cath Perhaps Baculoviral chitinase has same ancestors with bacteriums chitinase
7. Schisandrone improves learning and memory abilities of Alzheimer-like rats and influences expression of NF-κB, iNOS in rat hippocampus
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;28(12):1351-1355
Objective: To investigate the influence of Schisandrone on the learning and memory abilities of rats with Alzheimer-like disease and on the expression of NF-κB, iNOS in rat hippocampus, so as to study the prevention effect of Schisandrone on Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods: Totally 30 male SD rats were evenly randomized into 3 groups: blank control group, AD model group and Schisandrone intervention group. The AD animal model was established by stereotactic injection of Aβ25-35 into lateral cerebral ventricle of rats; the rats in Schisandrone intervention group were administrated with Schisandrone. The learning and memory abilities of animals were determined by Morris water maze; the expression of NF-κB, iNOS in the hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The learning and memory abilities of rats in the Schisandrone intervention group were significantly improved compared with those in the AD model group (P<0.05). The expression of NF-κB and iNOS in the hippocampus was significantly decreased in the Schisandrone group than in the AD model group(P<0.05). The expression of NF-κB and iNOS in the hippocampus was positively correlated with each other. The correlation coefficients for the blank control,AD model and Schisandrone intervention groups were 0.639,0.656 and 0.682, respectively(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Schisandrone can suppress the Aβ-induced oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction through influencing NF-κB signaling pathway, exerting its protective effect on AD.
8.Effects of bisoprolol on heart rate and heart rate variabirty in mild to moderate hypertension patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(01):-
0.05).Both SBP and DBP were declined significantly in both two groups(P0.05).Heart rate decreased from (81?9)b/min to (68?7)b/min in bisorpolol group. But there wasn't this effect in contrast group. It was superior to that of contrast group significantly too(P
9.Application of locking plate in elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(7):612-614
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of locking plate in elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures. Methods Seventy elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were selected, and all patients were treated with surgical treatment. Among them, application of locking plate was in 35 cases (locking plate group), and application of ordinary steel plate was in 35 cases (ordinary steel plate group). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and curative effect between 2 groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time in locking plate group were significantly lower than those in ordinary steel plate group: (61.3 ± 5.6) min vs. (78.3 ± 4.2) min, (190.5 ± 11.5) ml vs. (268.5 ± 21.2) ml and (12.6 ± 1.8) weeks vs. (16.5 ± 1.5) weeks, the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that in ordinary steel plate group: 94.29% (33/35) vs. 74.98% (26/35), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The curative effect of locking plate in elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures is accurate. Locking plate can be fixed firmly, and it is conducive to early recovery after surgery.
