1.Abnormal ductus venosus blood flow parameters and spectrum morphology in the application of the fetal con-genital heart disease screening
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(10):1538-1541
Objective To explore ductus venous abnormal -looking blood flow parameters and spectrum morphology in the application value of fetal congenital heart disease screening. Methods 210 cases of normal fetal antenatal examination were selected as a normal control group,48 cases of congenital heart disease the fetus, then the component type according to right heart function,to the abnormal ductus venous blood flow spectrum combined with pathologic contrast analysis. Results 48 cases of CHD in the fetus,18 cases of left heart system dysplasia,30 cases of right heart system dysplasia. In order to right heart function change respectively:right heart preload increased 15 cases, right heart load increased after 25 cases,8 cases of right heart function change was not obvious. Conclusion Ductus venous and parameters have abnormal blood flow spectrum, highly suggestive fetal congenital heart disease, especially dysplasia fetal heart right system can serve as an indicators of early screening for CHD.
2.Effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(7):19-22
Objective To discuss the effect of targeted information support on the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention and its instructive significance to nursing work. Methods We randomized 118 patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention whose sense of uncertainty and anxiety were relative intensive into the test group and the control group with 59 cases in each group. We gave routine health instructions to the control group while targeted information support besides routine health instructions to the test group. We investigated the patients in two groups by Chinese version of uncertainty scale and State Anxiety Inventory at 4 time points, that is ,the first day in hospital, night before the operation,24 hours after the operation and 1 day before leaving hospital. Results The anxiety level and sense of uncertainty about illness decreased at the night before operation,24 hours after operation and 1 day after operation compared with the control group. The sense of uncertainty and anxiety level has statistical difference between whatever two adjacent time points except for anxiety level between the time points between the first day in hospital and before operation.Drop of sense of uncertainty at 24 hours after operation was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Supplying targeted information support could decrease the sense of uncertainty and anxiety among patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention.
3.Subjective well-being and its influencing factors in the advanced elderly from community
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2012;31(8):716-719
Objective To investigate the subjective well-being and its influencing factors of the advanced elderly in the community. Methods Totally 409 cases aged 80 years and over in five communities of Hang zhou city were surveyed using Memorial University of Newfoundland Subjective Well-bing Scale. Results The subjective well-being of the advanced age people was at a high level. The cases with good hearing, well eyesight, income from own source, monthly income between 1000-3000 yuan, health satisfaction and frequently or occasionally regular interest in the activities had higher subjective well-being(all P<0.05).Subjective well-being was not significantly affected by age, sex, level of education (P> 0.05). Conclusions Subjective well-being of aged people is mainly affected by state of health and economic resources.
5.Histone deacetylase 6: structure, functions and development of selective inhibitors.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):7-14
Histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) is an unique subtype of histone deacetylases with two tandem deacetylase domains and substrate specificity for non-histone proteins. It is involved in many important physiological and pathological processes and has become a promising therapeutic target in recent decades. Different kinds of potent HDAC6-selective inhibitors have been reported around the world. This paper reviews the progress in the study of structure and functions of HDAC6 as well as the development of HDAC6-selective inhibitors.

7.Discussion on the concerns in paediatric drug taste masking technology and evaluation
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(11):3173-3178
Good palatability of pediatric drugs improves the accuracy of dosing and adherence to dosing regimens. Many active pharmaceutical ingredients have an undesirable taste, so effective taste masking methods need to be developed to improve the palatability of pediatric medicines. This article mainly introduces the commonly taste masking techniques and taste evaluation methods, and puts forward suggestions on the concerns and general principles of the pharmaceutical evaluation of taste masking effects based on cases, in order to provide reference for the development of drug taste masking technology in children.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
sFas and Bcl-2 in serum were detected by ELISA in 30 patients with Graves′ disease (GD) before and after treatment 〔(0.76?0.24)ng/L vs (1.02?0.23)ng/L, (0.52?0.08)ng/L vs (0.87?0.15)ng/L〕 and in normal control subjects 〔(0.53?0.09)ng/L; (0.81?0.15)ng/L〕, the results indicated that sFas and Bcl-2 seem to be involved in the pathogenesis of GD.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To study the clinical, imaging and pathological features of primary angiitis of central nervous system (PACNS). Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with PACNS (4 suspected and 4 definite) were retrospectively analysed. Results There were 5 males and 3 females in 8 patients with PACNS. Average age was 32 years old and average disease course was 11 months. The initial symptoms were headache in 5, extremital weakness in 2, and speech disorder in 1 patients. The major clinical manifestations were headache in all patients, extremital weakness and numbness in 5, speech disorder in 1, and seizure disorder in 2 patients. 7 patients were with slow-progressive disease courses, and 1 patients with a relapsing-remitting one. MRI showed abnormality in all patients. 6 cases had unilateral lesions and 2 had bilateral lesions. MRI showed ill-defined, irregular or atypical wedge-shaped foci in cortical and subcortical areas in 7 patients and strip-shaped foci with surrounding finger-like cerebral edema in the left frontal and parietal lobe and gyrus cinguli in 1 patient. All lesions enhanced with different degree on contrast-enhanced scan. Enhanced lesions along sulcus and gyrus were seen in 7 patients and mass-like irregular linear enhancement lesion in 1 patient. Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) showed hyper-signal and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) showed hypo-signal in 5 patients. MRA showed stiffness and lack of smooth in one or more cerebral arteries with multiple segmental narrowing and expanding, and rarity of arterial distal branches in 8 patients. Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) also showed multiple segmental narrowing and expanding in cerebral arteries, and rarity of arterial distal branches in 4 patients. Brain biopsy in 4 cases revealed angiitis with lymphocytic infiltration. 5 patients received treatment with single corticoid, and 3 with cyclophosphamide. All cases had good outcome. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of PACNS are various. The changes of imaging are obvious, MRI, MRA and DSA are helpful in the diagnosis of PACNS. The definite diagnosis relies on brain biopsy.
