1.Influence of environmental factors on hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(9):709-712
Objective Analysis of the influence of enviromental factors on consumer satisfaction and behavior intentions. Methods The random sampling method is called into play for empirical investigation of some hospitals and medical organization in Guangzhou, in order to determine the environmental factors for hospitals by means of factor analysis and regression analysis. Results It is found that environmental factors affecting hospitals include the following: (1) internal environmental factors; (2) social factors; (3) hospital facilities and beds design factors; (4) hospital location and transportation factors; (5) aesthetic factors. Conclusion Hospitals should sophistically design and manage environment variables in view of potential customers, differentiating themselves from the rest for greater shares in the target market.

Objective To explore the way and technique to gain adequate seed cells for skin tissue engineering sufficiently. Methods Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene was introduced into rabbit keratinocytes by eukaryotic vector. The positive clones were selected and cultured in microcarrier-RCCS. The growth of immortalized keratinocytes was observed, and the metabolic rate and pan-cytokeratins (AE1/AE3) expression of immortalized keratinocytes in experimental groups were detected and compared with those in the control group. Results The immortalized keratinocytes in the experimental groups grew rapidly and had a high metabolic rate and shorter population doubling time (PD) (P

Purpose To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of primary renal lymphomas ( PRL) , and to discuss the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the tumors. Methods Clinical data of 19 patients with PRL from January 2005 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Result The 19 patients in this study, there were 11 males and 8 females and the age ranged from 37 to 85 years old (averaged 55). Patients were mainly presented with unilateral renal masses, with lumbodynia as the main symptom. 13 patients underwent nephrectomy, 6 patients underwent renal biopsy and 17 patients received CHOP or R-CHOP chemotherapy. All of them were diagnosed as non-Hodgkin’ s lymphoma, with 14 cases of diffuse large B cell lym-phoma (DLBCL) (73. 684%, 14/19), 4 cases of B cell small cell lymphoma (21. 053%, 4/19), and 1 cases of T cell lymphoma (5. 263%, 1/19). Follow-up information was available in 15 patients. 12 were still alive and survived for 1~78 months, while the other 3 were dead with 1 case who died of cerebral infarction, and survived for 3~38 months ( averaged 23 months) . Conclusion PRL is an extranodal lymphoma which is rare in kidney and is often misdiagnosed as renal carcinomas due to its nonspecific clinical manifestations. The diagnosis of PRL can be confirmed by histopathological examination, immunohistochemistry and molecular analy-sis. The majority of the lymphomas are B cell lymphomas and most of them are DLBCL. The recommended treatment is surgery com-bined with chemotherapy and the prognosis is associated with the age, clinicopathological characteristics, tumor types and treatment.

Objective To study the histone acetylation level of CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood of lupus nephritis ,to explore the role of histone acetylation in pathogenesis of lupus nephritis .Methods According to Feng X ,Bernstein ,Wagner S J and other scholars′s classification criteria for LN ,those who met the following conditions considered for the activity of LN :proteinuria >0 .5 g/d ,change or activity of urinary sediment (hematuria > 5 red blood cell /Hp ,or pyuria > 5 Hp white blood cells ,or 1 cell type/Hp) ,serum creatinine increased >1 .2 mg/L ,and the exclusion of infection ,kidney stones and other causes .Lupus nephritis pa‐tients were divided into inactive group (group I) 8 people ,active group (group A) 10 people .18 patients with LN and 8 normal con‐trols were collected peripheral blood 50 mL ,density gradient centrifugation method (Ficoll method) for separation of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood;CD4+ T cell was analyzed by immunomagnetic beads ,extracted histone acetylation level and detected H3/H4 protein by the acetylation of histone H3/H4 kits and the relationship of histone H3/H4 acetylation with diseases was analyzed . Results First ,compared with group N ,the histone H3 and H4 of CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood both in A and I of group LN pa‐tients showed low acetylation status (P<0 .01);Second ,the acetylation level of histone H4 in group A was lower than that in group I (P<0 .01) ,histione H3 acetyl the level of the group of two groups had no statistical significant (P>0 .05) .Third ,it was nega‐tively related to the acetylation level of histone H4 and 24 h urinary protein excretion(r= -0 .661 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion Histone H3 and histone H4 of the CD4+ T cells showed low acetylation may be involved in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis .The acetyla‐tion level of histone H4 in CD4+ T cells may be related to the activity of the LN .

Objective To explore the mechanism ofHuanshuai Oral Liquid in the process of hypoxia-microvascular waste-renal interstitial fibrosis in mice with atherosclerosis renal artery stenosis. Methods The atherosclerosis renal artery stenosis model was established on Apoe-/- mice by high fat feed and uninephrectomy. After 2 weeks of renal ablation, model mice were randomly divided into TCM group (Huanshuai Oral Liquid) and model group. C57BL/6J mice were taken as the blank group. The mice of TCM group receivedHuanshuai Oral Liquid 0.01 mL/(g?d) for gavage, while the blank group and the model group received normal saline 0.01 mL/(g?d) for gavage. Renal function, atherosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis were assessed in the 12th week after taking medicine via immunohistochemical method to detect the expressions of the collagen typeⅣ, alpha smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) andⅧ factor related antigen (vWF), and via RT-PCR to detect the expressions of HIF-1α and TGF-β.ResultsCompared with the blank group, the model group suffered severe renal artery stenosis and renal fibrosis, and the expressions of HIF-1α, TGF-β, collagen typeⅣ andα-SMA significantly increased (P<0.05), while the expression of vWF decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the expressions of HIF-1α, TGF-β, collagen typeⅣ andα-SMA group, the expressions of HIF-1α, TGF-β, collagen typeⅣ andα-SMA significantly decreased in the TCM group (P<0.05), while the expression of vWF significantly increased (P<0.05).ConclusionHuanshuai Oral Liquid could significantly improve the renal function and the renal tubular-interstitial fibrosis. The mechanism might be associated with regulating the expressions of HIF-1α and TGF-β.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of dural tenting suture and epidural drainage in craniotomy. Methods In 145 cases of intracranial lesions, dural tenting suture and epidural drainage were performed to prevent epidural hematoma. Results Postoperative computed tomography (CT) showed no epidural hematoma required surgery in both groups. Conclusion Both dural tenting suture and epidural drainage are effective in preventing epidural hematoma. Hemostasis is the key step. Dural tenting suture without epidural drainage relieves psychological stress. It decreases the risk of intracranial infection and avoids some unusual complications.
