1.Clinical analysis of 56 gestational hypertension patients with heart disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(2):190-192
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and preventive measures for gestational hypertensive patients with heart disease. Methods Clinical data of 56 gestational hypertensive patients with heart disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results Aggressive treatment of maternal deaths occured in 1 case,2 cases of stillbirth, and the other 55 cases had good maternal prognosis. Conclusion Treatment of hypertensive heart disease in pregnancy should be based on the strong heart vasodilator, diuretic, caution magnesium sulfate. In the control of heart failure after 6-8h,shall terminate the pregnancy.Active treatment of the primary disease,to correct anemia and hypoproteinemia, early diagnosis of heart failure and strictly control expansion of indications can help to improve the prognosis of hypertensive heart disease in pregnancy.
2.The value of immunochemistry staining of TTF1, CK7, P63 and CK5/6 in the differential diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;(3):391-394
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the immunochemistry staining of thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1), cytokeratin7 (CK7), P63, and cytokeratin5/6 (CK5/6) in the bronchoscop-ic forceps biopsy specimen in the differential diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancers. Methods Totally 143 cases of non-small cell lung cancers from Department of Respiratory and Department of Oncology from Nov 2012 to Jan 2014 were diagnosed with pathological examinations of the bronchoscopic forceps biospy. The sen-sitivity and specificity of TTF-1, CK7, P63, and CK5/6 of forceps biopsy at the diagnosis of lung adenocarci-noma and squamous cell carcinoma were calculated. Results The expressions of TTF-1 and CK7 in the pul-monary adenocarcinomas were higher than the pulmonary squamous cell cancer ( P <0.01).The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of TTF-1 in the pulmonary adenocarcinoma were 85.1%(63/74) and 98.6%(68/69), respectively. The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of CK7 in the pulmonary adenocarcinoma were 82.4%(61/74) and 91.3%(63/69), respectively. The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of P63 in the pulmonary squamous cell cancer were 97.1% ( 67/69 ) and 89.2% ( 66/74 ) , respectively. The diagnosis sensitivity and specificity of CK5/6 in the pulmonary squamous cell cancer were 79.7%(55/69) and 89.2%(66/74), respectively. The combined expression of CK7(+)/TTF-1(+) in the pulmonary adenocarcinoma was higher than the pulmonary squamous cell cancer ( P <0.01).The combined expression of P63(+)/CK5/6(+) in the pulmonary squamous cell cancer was higher than the pulmonary adenocarcinoma ( P <0.01).Conclusions The combination use of the immunochemistry staining of TTF-1, CK7, P63, and CK5/6 helps to differentiate lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cancer.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(1):9-12
Coupled magnetic nanoparticles in the microcapsule structure, such as magnetic microcapsules, can be delivered in specific organism or tissues under magnetic field exposure. Thus, the microcapsules can achieve active targeting functions by manipulat-ing the magnetic field. Based on the magnetic microcapsules, the antitumor drugs can also be loaded to realize magnetic response, which gives microcapsules sustained and controlled release advantages. To date, the drug microcapsules carrying magnetic nanoparti-cles have become promising novel delivery carriers for the treatment of tumor diseases. This paper mainly reviews the method of prepa-ration of the magnetic nanoparticle-coupled microcapsules, including liposomes, polyelectrolyte microcapsules, and polymer micro-spheres. The basic research progress of these microcapsules as anticancer drug carriers for the tumor therapy was also reviewed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To construct the expression vector of siRNA targeting the human protection of telomeres (hPOT1) gene for the observation of the inhibitory effect of the vector on hPOT1 gene expression in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, and to offer a ground work for further study on the roles of hPOT1 in growth and proliferation of gastric cancer cells. Methods 64 base-pair oligonucleotide for small interfering RNA expression targeting hPOT1 gene was designed and chemically synthesized. After annealing, double oligonucleotides were inserted into the downstream of H1 RNA promoter of pSUPER to recombine psiRNA-hPOT1 plasmids, and transiently transfected into gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 with liposome-mediated transfection after restriction enzyme and sequencing analysis. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of hPOT1 gene. Result Recombinant psiRNA-hPOT1 vector was confirmed by sequencing analysis. The results demonstrated that 64nt had been inserted into the expected site. Furthermore, the inserted sequence was exactly correct. The recombinant psiRNA-hPOT1 vector could significantly suppress the hPOT1 expression in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Conclusion The constructed siRNA expression vector of hPOT1 gene psiRNA-hPOT1 recombinant plasmid can block the expression of hPOT1 gene in gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
In modern hospital outpatient management, patients should be paid more attention to than hospital management and economic management. Automatic and paperless management is also important. So, the software and hardware all should be updated to gain great social and economic benefit.
