Methods300 cases of lithotomy surgery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups with 100 cases in each group.Group A was taken with routine care as the control group.Group B was taken with the medical elastic bandage based upon routine care.Group C was given passive movement in the lower limb based upon routine care. The blood pressure changes for three groups of patients were compared. ResultsThe lower extremities flat blood pressure was significantly reduced for patients of group A.The average arterial blood pressure decreased significantly at the flat lower limb immediately and after 5 min.The changes were statistically significant compared with patients of group B and C. ConclusionsThe medical elastic bandages and lower limb passive motion play a role in stabilizing the blood pressure of patients with lithotomy position surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
2.Protein transduction technique in differentiation of pancreatic stem cell
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(9):623-626
As a new biotechnology, protein transduction connects the target fragment with biology active and protein transduction domain, and transducer it in to cells, exert its biological effects. Protein transduc-tion domain is a small molecule peptide, not only the protein transduction domain can penetrate through cell membrane, but could maintain the activity of its fusion protein. Protein transduction is an emerging biology technology, it has been applied into all aspects of cell gene regulation since its invention. In this article, we take Tat, Pdx-1 and Beta/NeuroD for instance and review the application of transduction protein in the dif-ferentiation of pancreatic stem cell.
3.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of Epstein-Barr virus infection-related lymphoproliferative diseases in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(3):150-154
Epstein-Barr(EB)virus is the first carcinogenic virus discovered in 1964.EBV infection is common in pediatrics and most of the infected children are asymptomatic. When the immune function of children becomes low or deficient, EBV may cause a series of benign or malignant lymphoproliferative diseases, such as infectious mononucleosis, chronic active EBV infection, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders, X-linked lymphoproliferative syndrome and so on.Most of these diseases have complex pathogenesis, diverse clinical manifestations, poor prognosis and high mortality. The only effective treatment is allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
4.Inhibitory effects of melatonin on breast cancer
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2017;42(3):346-351
Melatonin has a significant inhibitory effect on various cancers, especially on breast cancer. In estrogen receptor (ER)-positive human breast cancer,anti-cancer effects ofmelatonin on breast cancer cells and transplanted tumors mainly achieve by suppressing ER mRNA expression and ER transcriptional activity via the MT1 receptor. In addition, melatonin regulates the transactivation of other members of the nuclear receptor super-family,estrogen metabolizing enzymes, and the expression of related genes.Furthermore, melatonin also suppresses tumor aerobic metabolism, critical cell-signaling pathways relevant to cell proliferation, survival, metastasis, and drug resistance.Melatonin demonstrates both cytostatic and cytotoxic activity in breast cancer cells that appears to be cell-type specific.Studies on animal and human models indicate that disruption of the circadian nocturnal melatonin signal promotes the growth, metabolism, and signaling of human breast cancer, resulting in invalid hormone therapy and chemotherapeutic resistance in breast tumors.

6.Analysis of the mitochondrial mutations of articular chondrocyte in temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(03):-
Objective :To explore the significance of mitochondrial DNA mutations of articular chondrocytes in the rat model of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis (TMJOA). Methods:TMJOA models were created in left sides of TMJ of 15 SD rats by the partial resection of the articular disc. The experimental rats were killed 3 months after operation. After the chondrocytes culture, the entire mtDNA were amplified using 32 pairs of overlapping. DNA fragments showing different banding patterns between normal and experimental mtDNA by temporal temperature gradient gel electrophoresis were sequenced to identify the mutations. Results: Of the 35 heteroplasmic pattern PCR products, 42 novel mutations were found, Majority of the novel mutations were in the tRNA and D-loop regions. Conclusion:The mutations occurred in the mtDNA of TMJOA articular chondrocytes.
7.Effect of Electroacupuncture at Points Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) on Collagen-induced Arthritis in Rats and Its Mechanism visa Blood Rheology
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(05):-
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture(EA) collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in rats and explore the partial mechanism via regulating blood rheology.[Methods] Bovine type II collagen was intradermally injected into the back of anesthetized rats to induce arthritis, the animal model of rheumatoid arthritis.Electroacupuncture(continuous waves,2 Hz,5 mA) was applied unilaterally and alternatively to Zusanli(ST 36) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) for 30min,given once a day for 30 days. The paw edema, pain threshold and joint pathological changes in CIA rats were observed. Some indexes in blood rheology such as viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation were also examined.[Results] EA at point Zuansanli(ST 36) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) reduced paw swelling and increased pain threshold significantly.Pathological damages of joint in CIA rats were effectively prevented by EA treatment.Meanwhile, the low blood viscosity in EA group were lower obviously than that in control group, and the erythrocyte aggregation indexes were down-regulated by EA.[Conclusion] EA has a pronounced therapeutic effect on collagen-induced arthritis in rats.Regulating the blood rheology in CIA rats may be the mechanism of EA.
8.Progress in the reseach on seed cell source in skeletal muscle tissue engineering
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2009;32(5):310-312,320,后插2
Different cells could be utilized as seed cells in the construction of tissue-engineered skelet al muscle, which include satellite stem cells, myohlasts, embryonic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells includ-ing bone marrow-derived stem cells, amniotic fluid-derived stem cells, and adipose tissue-derived stem cells. Seed cells from different origins are capable of trans-differentiating into myogenic cells or fusing with myogenic cells, expressing the surface antigen of sarcogenic cells, and participating in the regeneration of muscle fiber, both in vivo and ex vivo. This review gives a summarization of the recent progress in the research on seed cell source in skelet al muscle tissue engineering.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(10):1838-1842
BACKGROUND:There are reports concerning effects of E-Selectin,a cellular adhesion molecule,on selectively adhesion among cells, regulation of leukocyte homing and exudation, and tumor cell transfer. However, there are no reports addressing E-Selectin qualitation and positioning study,as well as relationship with embryonic liver hematopoietic function during embryonic liver development.OBJECTIVE:To study the relationship between the E-selectin expression and the morphodifferentiation of the hepatic cells, the sinusoids endothelium as well as hematopoiesis during the embryonic development of mouse liver.METHODS:The mouse fetuses or fetal liver tissues from embryo day 11.5(E11.5)to postnatal day 15.5(P15.5)were dissected, fixed and embedded in paraffin. The sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and subjected to immunohistochemistry. The development of liver structure and the morphology of cells were observed under an optical microscope. The immunohistochemistry was taken to investigate the expression and localization of E-selectin in fetal livers at different developmental stages.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The progenitor liver cells gathered to form the hepatic parenchymal cords at E11.5.The hepatic parenchymal cords were separated by sinusoids with sporadic haemopoietic stem cells in it.The progenitor liver cells began to proliferate and differentiate at E12.5.From then on,the parenchymal cells increased, the volume of the hepatocytes became largei and the karyoplasmic ratio was decreased. The hepatic lobules were formed at natal time. The lacuna of the hepatic sinusoid became narrower and the endothelial cells grown to contiguous. At E12.5,the hematopoietic cells began its hematogenesis and reached its peak at E13.5 E15.5,and then both the blood-forming tissue and hematogenesis decreased gradually.E-Selectin expressed in the membrane of the endothelial cells from E11.5 to E15.5,located in endothelial cell membrane, and disappeared gradually along with the development of endothelial cells and the maturation of the hepatic cells.Above-mentioned results indicated that the most important time for the development of the individual cells in fetus liver is E12.5-E15.5.The expression of E-Selectin was appeared in the sinusoid endothelium, which is associated with the haematogenesis of fetus liver and the differentiation of hepatic cells.
