[Objective]To discuss the clinical effect of Fanggan decoction on H1N1 Influenza virus.[Method]Randomly divided 95 cases into 2 groups, treatment group 48 and control one 47.Treatment group takes Fanggan decoction, the control one uses reducing fever tablet or anti-virus drugs if needed.[Result]The effective rate was 89.6% for treatment group and 85.1% for the control one.The treatment group was better than the control one on the reducing fever time, cough duration and cold symptom time.[Conclusion]Fanggan decoction has a good effect on H1N1 influenza virus. It also can be one of the therapies to relieve influenza patients in Zhejiang Province.

[Objective]To analyze and prevent postoperative dislocation after total hip replacement(THR). [Method]Among 311 cases of THR treated from Jan 2001 to Dec 2006,15 developed dislocation. These cases were retrospectively reviewed and their risk factors were investigated.[Result]Six months after THR,15 patients(4.82%) had postoperative dislocation.Among them 11 had primary procedure and 4 had revision procedure. The dislocation rates were 4.00% and 11.11%,respectively.This difference was statistically significant(P

Objective:To investigate the effect of the combined general and epidural anesthesia on tissue perfusion and intestinal barrier in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods:A total of 118 elderly patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: a single general anesthesia(control, n=59)and combined general and epidural anesthesia(observation, n=59). Two groups underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer. The perioperative parameters were compared between the two groups, including tissue perfusion[central venous-to-arterial carbon dioxide difference(Pcv-aCO 2), oxygen delivery index(DO 2I), oxygen consumption index(VO 2I), difference between central venous and arterial lactate(Dcv-aLac), oxygen extraction rate(O 2ER), central venous oxygen saturation(ScvO 2)], and intestinal barrier[diamine oxidase(DAO), D-lactic acid(D-Lac)]. Results:Compared with the control group, the ScvO 2 during T2-T4 periods was increased in the observation group, and the VO 2I, Dcv-aLac and Pcv-aCO 2 during T1-T4 periods were reduced in observation group( P<0.05). The DO 2I during T1-T4 periods was slightly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the O 2ER was slightly lower in the observation group than in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant, ( P>0.05). In the both two groups, the D-Lac and DAO levels showed a gradual upward trend during T1-T5 periods and a gradual downward trend during T5-T6 periods. The D-Lac and DAO levels during T2-T6 periods were lower in observation group than in the control group( P<0.05)[during abdominal exploration(T1); invitrolesion(T2); before abdominal closure(T3); after surgery(T4); postoperative day 1(T5); postoperative day 3(T6)]. Conclusions:General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly colorectal cancer patients undergoing radical resection can stabilize perioperative tissue perfusion, decrease intestinal barrier injury and increase anesthetic effect.

Objective To investigate and evaluate the pathological features and diagnostic significance of MSCT findings in scan postprocessing for focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH).Methods A total of 24 patients with FNH who underwent MSCT scan post processing were investigated. The FNH were pathologically and clinically confirmed. Results There are single focus in 22 cases and multiple focus in 2 cases. On plane scan 16 lesions were hypodensity and other 7 isodensity,4 hyperdensity( cases with fatty liver). After contrast,17 lesions were evenly high enhanced on arterial phase;13 lesions showed still hyperdensity and other 10 lesions isodensity,4 lesions hypodensity on parenchymatous phase.Only 5 lesions were hyperdensity but 9 lesions isodensity and 13 lesions hypodensity on delayed phase.Twelve lesions in 27 were detected with central stella-formed cicatrix. There were thickening tumor feeding arteries in 24 lesions, the artery of which were entered integrated into parenchymatous lesions with soft course. Conclusion Synthesizing the charcteristic appearance on MSCT scan postprocessing, doctor could make correct diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis for FNH.

Objective To investigate clinical features of cutaneous sarcoidosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out based on the clinic data of 35 patients with cutaneous sarcoidosis who were hospitalized in Peking Union Medical College Hospital during 1980-2009. They were divided into two groups, the group without systemic involvement (skin group )and the group with systemic involvement ( systemic group). Results ( 1 ) The ratio of men and women with cutaneous sarcoidosis was 1: 3. 38, and the average incident age was (47. 5 ± 10. 0) years old. The average incident age of skin group and systemic group were (41.8 ± 12.5 ) years old and ( 50. 5 ± 7. 1 ) years old, respectively. (2) The most common skin manifestation was subcutaneous nodule, followed by maculopapule and erythema nodosa. The most common involved sites were limbs. (3) The common involved systems extra-skin included the lung, joints and lymph nodes. The involvement rate of lung in cutaneous sarcoidosis of our present data was lower than those of foreign reports. However, the involvement rates of joints, lymph nodes, kidney, muscles and nervous system showed higher in our data. (4) The incidences of fatigue and weight loss in systemic group were higher than those in skin group ( P < 0. 05 ). The indexes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor in systemic group were higher than those in skin group ( P < 0. 05 ). More patients in systemic group were treated with corticosteroid than that in skin group ( 95.7% vs 66.7%, P < 0. 05 ).Conclusions Subcutaneous nodules are the most common and the involvement rate of lung is lower in cutaneous sarcoidosis of our present data. Compared to the patients without systemic involvement, the average incident age of systemic ones is older, the indexes of inflammation markers and the usage of corticosteroid are higher.

Objective To understand the life attitude of college students in earthquake-stricken area. Methods 166 college students were conducted by life value scale (LVS) and suicide attitude questionnaire (QSA). Results ①On the LVS, males( (1.85 ±0.57) , (1.73±0.55) ) got significantly higher scores than females ((1.66±0.43),(1.54±0.40)) on survival values-oriented and spiritual values-oriented, and lower scores on tool values-oriented ((2.59±0.46 vs (2.76±0.51) ) , there was significant difference on overcome values-oriented between different grades(F = 3.710, P = 0.013). On the QSA, males (3.01 ±0.51) got significantly lower scores than females (3.28 ±0.51) on the cognition of suicidal behavior difference (t=3.110, P=0.002). There were significant differences on attitude to relationship of suicides between different gender and areas (P<0.05) , and attitude to euthanasia between different gender, grades and subjects (P<0.05). ②Social valuesoriented can predict cognition of suicidal behavior, personal and tool values-oriented can predict attitude to relationship of suicides, the total of life value can predict cognition of suicidal behavior and attitude to relationship of suicides. Conclusion The life value can predict the suicide attitude of college students in earthquake-stricken area, thus the life education should be enhanced to improve their quality of life.
