1.Expression and significance of estrogen receptor ? and ? in endometrium of rats with polycystic ovary syndrome
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To determine the expression of estrogen receptor ? and estrogen receptor ? (ER?、ER?) in the endometrium of rats with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: PCOS model was made by dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)and insuline(n=30). The serum hormone levels were examined by radioimmunoassay. The expression of the mRNA and protein of ER? and ER? in endometrium of twogroups were observed by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of protein of ER? in PCOS group in endometrium was significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05). RT-PCR analysis showed the same expression of ER? mRNA and ER? mRNA in endometrium as immunohistochemistry. Conclusion: ER? in endometrium of PCOS rats is expressed excessively.
2.Research in application of psychological nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus undergoing open reduction and internal fixation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(30):7-9
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus undergoing open reduction and internal fuxation. Methods 63 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus undergoing open reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (33 cases), the control group were given routine nursing care, the observation group received psychological intervention in addition to the routine nursing care, the nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 97.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group, the incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.1%, slightly lower than 10.0% of the control group, there was no significant difference between two groups; the children (or) family members, satisfaction degree nursing staff in the observation group was 97.0%, significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusions Psychological nursing based upon routine nursing in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus undergoing open reduction and internal fixation proved satisfactory clinical results, and conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, so it is worth popularizing.
3.Advance on the relationship between HIF-1α and angiogenesis deficiency in diabetes
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(5):470-474
Hypoxia induced‐factor 1α(HIF‐1α) is a critical transcription factor involved in oxygen homeostasis which regulates a variety of cellular adaptive responses to hypoxia ,including angiogenesis , metabolism ,and apoptosis .In obesity ,adipose tissue dysfunction coupled with insulin resistance results in local hypoxia and angiogenesis disorders .Similarly ,type 2 diabetes (T2DM ) may present with chronic hypoxia ,inhibition of HIF‐1αproduction ,down‐regulation of angiogenesis factors ,and eventually cause a variety of vascular complications .Meanwhile ,the abnormal expression of microRNAs could affect the expression and function of HIF‐1α.HIF‐1α plays a very important role in angiogenesis ,wound healing , and so on .HIF‐1αhas been shown to improve angiogenesis by binding to a hypoxia‐response element and to regulate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) .This review aims to summarize the advance on HIF‐1αand its impact on angiogenesis in diabetes .
5.Clinical analysis of the effects of dexamethasone on ovulation induction in polycystic ovary syndrome
Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2009;3(2):91-94
Objective To explore the effects of dexamethasone on ovulation induction in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods This clinical study included 68 women with PCOS, which of them were divided into two groups: 34 in dexamethasone treating(dexamethasone combined with ovulation induction) and 34 in con-trol(ovulation induction treatment only).Subsequently, comparisons were made between pre and after drug treat-ment in two groups, the main indexes were the levels of testosterone(T), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stim-ulating hormone(FSH), growth rate of follicle, and body mass index(BMI).And we have also considered the o-vulation rate and pregnancy rate, and compared these indexes in dexamethasone treating group with control group. Results There were significant differences between pre and after dexamethasone treatment in the levels of T in treatment group(P < 0.01), and there were not significant differences between pre and after treatment in the lev-els of T in control group (P >0.05).LH had decreased significantly after treatment in both two groups (P <0.01), FSH had not significant differences between pre and after treatment in two groups(P >0.05).The growthrate of follicle of two groups had elevated after treatment (P < 0.01).And the ovulation rate in dexamethasone treating group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05), but there were not significant differences between the two groups in the clinical pregnancy rates(P >0.05).There were not significant differences between pre and after treatment in the levels of BMI in both two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusions Dexamethasone can decrease the T in plasm levels. It is good for ovulation induction in PCOS.
6.Analysis of influencing factors and countermeasures for clinical nursing teaching in pediatric department
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(21):1-2
Objective To probe into the influencing factors and countermeasurses for clinical nursing teaching in pediatric department. Methods From June 2009 to June 2010, 86 nursing interns in pediatric department were selected, and a retrospective analysis was carried out. Results In the 86 interns in nursing practice, influencing factors of clinical nursing teaching included: 65 interns thought of department factors, accounting for 75.58%; 61 interns thought of nursing students factors, accounting for 70.93%; 59 interns thought of teacher factors, accounting for 68.60%; 57 interns thought of social factors, accounting for 66.28%. Conclusions Many factors influence pediatric clinical nursing teaching, we should strictly implement the rules and regulations and to actively take measures to comprehensively improve the quality of clinical practice for nursing students.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of infusion of sodium bicarbonate in amniotic cavity and exchange of amniotic fluid for fetus with distress and acidosis. Methods The patients included 40 cases of oligohydramnios with mild and serious abnormality of fetal heart rate and amniotic fluid contamination of degree Ⅱ or more during the labor. The 40 cases had exchange of amniotic fluid with infusion under continuous monitoring. Twenty of them had infusion with 5% sodium bicarbonate into amniotic cavity; the other 20 cases received 5% sodium bicarbonate intravenous in fusion. After the labor all the patients had test of arterial blood gas in umbilical cord and the fetuses were evaluated with Apgar score. Results (1)the effective rate was 88% in the group of infusion into amniotic cavity and 85% in the group of exchange of amniotic fluid. (2)The arterial blood pH, PO_2, HCO~-_3, ABE, SBE in the group of amniotic cavity infusion with 5% sodium bicarbonate were all higher than group of Ⅳinfusion, however PCO_2 was significantly lower than the group of Ⅳ(P

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the association adiponectin gene polymorphism with primary macroangiopathy in diabetes mellitus. Methods Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients were included, 56 patients complicated with atherosclerosis (AS) and 120 non-AS group. We evaluated their Gly15Gly polymorphism of adiponectin gene by PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results The AS patients were more likely to have GG genotype than the non-AS patients (25.0% vs 6.2%, P
