1.Factors Influencing the Release in Vitro of Atenolol Nasal Gel
China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the factors influencing the drug release of atenolol nasal gel for references of optimization of its formulation.METHODS:The effects of carbopol 941(0.8%,1.0% and 1.2%)which used as the gel stroma, the amount of surface acting agent Tween-80(0,6% and 8%),and absorption enhancer(DM-?-CD vs.?-CD)on the in vitro release of atenolol nasal gel were investigated.RESULTS:All the above-mentioned 3 factors had marked effects on the in vitro release of atenolol nasal gel.The in vitro release of atenolol nasal gel was markedly enhanced by 0.8% carbopol 941,6% Tween-80 and 10% DM-?-CD absorption enhancer.CONCLUSION:The results in the study serve as references for the optimization of the formulation of atenolol nasal gel.

3.Investigations of glucocorticoid receptor mutant without ligand binding domain
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To construct expression vector of human glucocorticoid receptor mutant. Methods:cDNA sequence of human glucocorticoid receptor mutant having no LBD was amplificated through RT-nested PCR,PCR product was directionally cloned to pEGFP-N2 plasmid vector, and recombinant plasmids were screened through sequencing.Expressions of recombinant plasmids in human macrophage cell line U937 were observed through fluorescence microscope.Transcriptional activation activity of variant was evaluated through methods of relative activity of luciferase. Results:The 1 601 bp length cDNA was obtained, and result of sequencing confirmed the cloned cDNA sequence is completely coincidence with that of glucocorticoid receptor in Genebank.Expression products of recombinant plasmid mainly located in nucleus.Transcriptional activation activity incresed after recombinant plasmid transfected. Conclusion:Expression vector of glucocorticoid receptor mutant was constructed successfully, which has transcriptional activation activity independent of glucocorticoid.
4.Germicidal Efficacy and Corrosiveness of San Xiao Pyrogeny Inactivator:An Experimental Observation
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(09):-
OBJECTIVE To determine the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of San Xiao pyrogen inactivator.METHODS Its germicidal efficacy was measured with carrier test.RESULTS The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 750mg/L for 30 min attained 100%.Its solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L with a 15 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity in suspension. Its germicidal efficacy decreased in presence of organic substance. Its water solution containing available chlorine 1000mg/L was not corrosive to stainless steel, moderately corrosive to carbon steel and severely corrosive to copper and aluminum.CONCLUSIONS San Xiao pyrogen inactivator is a kind of original disinfectant which has better germicidal efficacy and uses safely.
5.Changes and clinical significance of peripheral blood interferon-γ,interleukin-4 and interleukin-6 in endometriosis
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(12):18-19
Objective To study the changes of interferon ( IFN )- γ ,interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-6 in endometriosis. Method The levels of peripheral blood IFN-γ ,IL-4 and IL-6 in 25 patients with endometriosis (EM group) and 20 normal adults (control group) were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of peripheral blood IFN- γ in EM group [(109.64±26.79 ) ng/L] was lower than that in control group [(155.17±30.36) ng/L] (P < 0.05 ), IL-4[(33.52 ± 8.69)ng/L]and IL-6 [(44.12 ± 3.57) ng/L] were higher than those in control group [(22.52 ± 6.54), ( 15.12 ±2.63 )ng/L](P<0.05 ).The ratio of IFN-γ/II-4(3.27±1.45 ) and IFN- γ/IL-6 ( 1.15 ± 0.56 ) in EM group were significantly lower than those in control group (6.89 ±1.68,2.54 ±1.03)(P <0.01 or <0.05).Conclusions Th1 cells shift toward Th2 cells in patients with endometriosis. Th1/Th2 ratio may be correlated with the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
6.Investigation and analysis in present situation of vocational ethnics of clinical nursing teachers
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(23):77-78
Objective To carry out investigation and analysis in present situation of vocational ethnics of clinical nursing teachers in order to supply reference for quality improvement of nursing staff. Methods Inter-views were carried out in 40 clinical nursing teachers in 3 teaching hospitals, Meanwhile, 700 nursing stu-dents who were in practice and probation were investigated by questionnaires about vocational ethnics of clinical nursing teachers. Results 91.5% students thought that clinical nursing teachers were uncorrupt-ed and self- disciplined, 93.0% of them considered that they could hold their ground. Most students gave positive evaluation about the teaching attitude, teaching ability and teaching practice. Conclusions We should further perfect the vocational ethnics criterion, improve cultivation system, strengthen the moral edu-cation in order to promote the vocational ethnics construction.
7.Knowledge mapping-based analysis of hot spots and frontiers in studies on domestic hospital libraries
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(8):19-23
Objective To study the hot spots and frontiers in studies on domestic hospital libraries by visualization analysis. Methods A total of 2820 CNKI-covered papers on hospital libraries from 2005 to 2015 were analyzed u-sing CiteSpace 3.8.Results The clustering map of key words in papers on hospital libraries was plotted, the fre-quency of key words and centrality were listed, and the burst terms were mapped. Conclusion The hot spots in studies on hospital libraries are readers service, network and resources development.Subject service and digital li-brary are the frontiers.Review of hospital class plays an important role in promoting the construction of hospital li-braries.Service of hospital libraries is focused on the construction of key subjects in hospitals.

Objective:To investigate functional changes of AMs to explore the mechanisms for weakened pulmonary local immune defense function in DM.Methods:Wistar rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin at 60 mg/kg.The rats were performed BAL to collected AMs.Cock RBC phagotosis rate of AM was counted with HE method.AMs underwent in vitro incubation, and supernant TNF-? content was determined with ELISA method. Results:The phagotosis rate of 4 weeks DM group and 8 weeks DM group decreased significantly in statistics commpared with the control group(P
10.THE PRELIMINARY ANALYSES OF SOME COMPONENTS IN SPIRULINA
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
The compositions of amino acids and carotenoids, Na+,-K+ and Ca2+ in Spirulina grown in culture media with different NaCl concentrations have been determined. The experimental results indicated that at higher salinity the composition of amino acids did not change, but some of its ratios altered obviously. The ?-carotene constituted the majority of the carotenoids, the content of which declined with the increasing of NaCl concentration in medium. Along with the increase of NaCl, the content of Na+ increased, but K+ declined, and Ca2+ kept constant.
