Aim To investigate the vasodilatory effect of Ferulic acid on in vitro rat coronary artery and its possible mechanism. Methods By using the mi-crovessel tension recorder system, the vasodilatory effect of FA on resting and contractin-vitro rat coronary artery was determined;the influence of endothelial in-tegrity to FA-induced vasorelaxation was observed; the relationship of FA on [ Ca2+] ex-influx-induced and [ Ca2+] in-efflux-induced contractions was discussed;the mechanism of vasodilatory effect of FA was ex-plored by applying the inhibitors of KCa(TEA),KATP channel ( Gli ) , KIR channel ( BaCl2 ) , KV ( 4-AP ) , NOS( L-NAME) and COX( Indo) . Results FA had no effect on the resting tension of in vitro rat coronary artery. FA dilated the in-vitro rat coronary artery pre-treated with KCl ( 60 mmol · L-1 ) , U46619 ( 1 μmol · L-1 ) and PE ( 10μmol · L-1 ) in a concentration-dependent fashion ( P < 0. 05 ) . FA inhibited the [ Ca2+] ex-influx-induced and [ Ca2+] in-efflux-in-duced contractions significantly ( P <0. 05 ) . 4-AP ( 1 mmol· L-1 ) restrained the diastolic function of FA, while TEA, Gli, BaCl2、L-NAME, Indo had no obvious effect ( P >0. 05 ) . Conclusion The diastolic func-tion could be related to the activation of KV channel on vascular smooth muscle cells, the free Ca2+ from Sar-coplasmic reticulum cells and blockade extracellular Calcium channel do not depend on KCa, KATP, KIR channel, nor the endothelial function.

Abstract:
Nitrobenzene compounds (NBCs) are widely used in the world. It has 40 isomers such as nitrobenzene, dinitrobenzene
and nitrotoluene, that are highly toxic and difficult to degrade and can cause harm to human health in different degrees. At pres⁃
ent, there is no unified standard method and occupational exposure limit for the detection of NBCs in the air. In terms of sampling
medium, solid adsorption tube is mostly used for trapping vapor state NBCs, and filter membrane and solid adsorption tube are
mostly used in series for sampling coexist NBCs in vapor state and aerosol state. In the detection methods, gas chromatography
and liquid chromatography are common, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Raman spectroscopy, ion migration spectrometry and
some other rapid response methods and technologies are also used in the detection of NBCs. In the detection of NBCs by gas chro⁃
matography, capillary column separation is commonly used, and the main detectors are flame ionization detector, electron capture
detector and mass spectrometry detector. It is of practical significance to establish a method with high sensitivity, strong practica⁃
bility, convenient operation, and can simultaneously collect and detect a variety of NBCs in different states.

Chinese Journal of Oncology 2007;29(4):284-288
OBJECTIVETo study the relationship between clinicopathological and biological characteristics and prognosis in young females with breast cancer.
METHODSThe clinicopathological data of 99 young patients (< or =35years) with primary breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively. All the 99 patients were followed up for 5 years. The histological specimens were reviewed. The expression of ER, PR, AR, c-erbB2, ki67, p53 and BRCA1 were assessed by immunohistochemistry in 63 carcinomas.
RESULTSThe lymph node involvement, 5-year metastasis and 5-year survival rate were 59.6% (59/99), 28.0% (26/ 93) and 72.7% (72/99), respectively. The univariate analysis showed that the survival was related to lymphatic vessel invasion, fat involvement, node-positive status, EIC, AR and c-erbB2 expression. The COX multivariate analysis identified that only node-positive status, AR negativity and c-erbB2 overexpression were independent prognostic factors.
CONCLUSIONOur data demonstrated that the lymph node status and c-erbB2 expression are strong prognostic factors in young patients with breast cancer. AR may be an adjuvant prognostic factor. The therapeutic measurement could not benefit the outcome radically.

ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane (TeCA) and 1,1,2,2-TeCA in human urine using liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography. Methods The 5.0 mL urine sample was mixed with 2.0 g anhydrous sodium sulfate and 5.0 mL ethyl acetate, then vortexed mixing. The 1.0 mL extraction was separated by 100% dimethylpolysiloxane capillary gas chromatography column, detected by flame ionization detector, and quantified by an external standard method. Results The linear ranges of 1,1,1,2-TeCA and 1,1,2,2-TeCA were 0.250-50.750 mg/L, with both correlation coefficients of >0.999 9. The detection limit of 1,1,1,2-TeCA in urine was 0.020 mg/L, and the lower limit of quantification was 0.060 mg/L. The average recovery was 88.02%-101.32%, and the within-run and between-run relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.11%-0.47% and 0.39%-1.09%, respectively. The detection limit of 1,1,2,2-TeCA in urine was 0.050 mg/L, and the lower limit of quantification was 0.150 mg/L. The average recovery was 93.42%-101.32%, and the within-run and between-run RSDs were 0.28%-1.04% and 0.50%-1.03%, respectively. Both the 1,1,1,2-TeCA and 1,1,2,2-TeCA cannot be stored at room temperature. The 1,1,2,2-TeCA can be stored at 4 ℃ for at least three days. At -20 ℃, the 1,1,1,2-TeCA can only be stored for one day, while 1,1,2,2-TeCA can be stored for at least five days. Conclusion This method has high sensitivity, good specificity, simple sample pretreatment, and more intuitive and reliable results. It can be used to determine the level of 1,1,1,2-TeCA and 1,1,2,2-TeCA in urine of occupational population.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics 2017;19(2):193-197
OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical features and prognosis of acute renal failure (ARF) caused by rhabdomyolysis (RM) in children.
METHODSA retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data, laboratory examination, and prognosis of 26 RM children with ARF.
RESULTSThe causes for all 26 RM children with ARF were non-traumatic diseases, and the three most common causes were infection (69%), diabetes (12%), and metabolic disease (8%). In the RM children with ARF, the five most frequent clinical manifestations were fever (69%), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (69%), convulsion (46%), oliguria or anuria (35%), and tea-colored urine (27%). All 26 children had a serum creatine kinase (CK) level of >1 000 IU/L, among whom 26 had increased aspartate aminotransferase, 25 had increased alanine aminotransferase, 25 had increased creatine kinase isoenzyme, and 23 had increased lactate dehydrogenase. Serum myoglobin (Mb) was measured in 22 children and was found to increase in all these children. The mean time for CK to decrease to below 1 000 IU/L was 10±5 d. There was no significant difference in the time to CK recovery between the 10 children who were treated with conventional treatment as well as continuous venous-venous hemofiltration and those who were not treated with blood purification (P>0.05). Of all 26 RM children with ARF, 7 were withdrawn from the treatment, and 19 had normal renal function after treatment.
CONCLUSIONSARF and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome are major complications in RM children. The major primary disease for RM children with ARF is infectious disease. CK is the major marker for the diagnosis of RM. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment may reverse ARF and improve prognosis.

OBJECTIVETo study the alveolar bone surrounding situation and the length of the root of the maxillary labial inverted impacted incisor in mixed dentition after orthodontic treatment.
METHODSFourteen cases with maxillary labial inverted impacted incisor in mixed dentition were collected. Modified Nance arch and conventional appliance were used. Cone-bean CT (CBCT) was taken after the treatment. Simplant13.0 three-dimensional reconstruction and multi-planer reconstruction (MPR) method were used to observe the labial and lingual alveolar bone crest morphology, besides, the labial and lingual length from the alveolar bone crest to cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) of the impacted incisor and the homonym tooth after treatment, along with their root length and their labial and lingual length ratio of the root surrounded by the alveolar bone to the total root length were measured. The idependent samples t-test were used to analyze the variable differences.
RESULTSThe labial and lingual alveolar bone of fourteen cases crest of the diseased tooth after treatment presented general symmetry U shape from qualitative observation through the three-dimensional reconstruction. The labial and the lingual length of the diseased incisor from alveolar bone crest to CEJ [(2.47 ± 1.35) and (1.47 ± 0.84) mm] was significant increased than those of the homonym incisor [(1.03 ± 0.35) and (0.90 ± 0.37) mm] (P < 0.05); the length of the diseased incisor's post-treatment root [(9.82 ± 2.82) mm] was no statistically significant decreased than that of the homonym incisor root [(10.28 ± 1.38) mm, P = 0.59]; the labial and the lingual length ratio of the impacted tooth's root surrounded by the alveolar bone to the total root length [(72.83 ± 17.16)% and (85.32 ± 5.98)%] was statistically significant decrease than those of homonym teeth[(89.66 ± 3.98)% and (90.84 ± 4.61)%] (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSThe diseased tooth's root had gotten enough length after the treatment. The labial and lingual alveolar bone of the maxillary labial inverted impacted incisor in mixed dentition can't offer sufficient adaptive hyperplasia after treatment, of which labial alveolar bone is more apparent, prompting careful protection when they were used.
