Objective To investigate the expression and significance of intermedin (IMD) and its.receptors CRLR,RAMP1,RAMP2 and RAMP3 in cancer tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The mRNA gene expressions of IMD,CRLR,RAMP1,RAMP2 and RAMP3 were detected by realtime quantitative RT-PCR in cancerous and para-cancerous tissues from 27 patients with lung cancer.Results Real-time quantitative PCR detection results showed that the expression of IMD,CRLR,RAMP1,RAMP2 and RAMP3 in cancer tissues were [(59±7.9)×10-8,(96±2.7)×10-6,(29±3.9)×10-9,(14±2.6)×10-6,(65±1.1)×10-6]which were higher than those in adjacent tissues[(40±4.7)×10-10,(21 ±3.9)×10-6,(53±7.8)×10-10,(64±1.9)×10-8,(36±1.3)×10-9] to some extent (all P ＜ 0.05); the higher expression of RAMP3 was found is higher expressions than RAMP1 and RAMP2 in cancer tissues (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of IMD and its receptors in cancer tissues are higher than those in paracancerous tissues.IMD may play an important role in the development of cancer by activate RAMP3 which is the most high expressed receptor in cancer tissues.Therefore,it might be helpful for the investigation of new gene thereapy in non-small cell lung cancer.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the correlation between ultrasound detected fetal heart abnormality and chromosomal abnormality.Methods The data of 3307 cases of prenatal fetal echocardiography and karyotype analysis results were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between heart abnormality and chromsomal abnormality was analyzed.ResultsIn 3307 cases d pregnant women,194cases (5.87％) were found signs of fetal heart abnormality,and 3113 cases (94.13％) were not found any sign of fetal heart abnormality.And 124 cases(3.75％) were found chromosomal abnormality.The rate of chromosomal abnormality in fetus with heart abnormality was higher than that in fetus without heart abnormality[ 19.59％ (38/194) vs.2.76％ ( 86/3113 ),P ＜ 0.01 ],the relative risk ratio was 7.0903.One hundred and twenty-four cases of chromosomal abnormality in the 18-three-body(42 cases) and 21-three-body(36 cases) were the most common.ConclusionsFetal heart abnormality incidence of chromosomal abnormality is high relatively.When the signs of heart abnormality are found,it is suggested that the fetus should examine karyotype analysis.

It has higher accuracy and reproducibility in evaluation of muscle function. When isokinetic training of muscle strength is done, kinetic velocity is fixed beforehand in the dynamic instrument so that the resistance matches the actual force applied by the individual. The resistance maintains the maximum throughout the range of motion and produces the greatest muscle strength. As a result, the isokinetic muscle strength is effective and safe in the orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Objective:To study the accessibility and the effect of group counseling which aim at the internet-dependence college students in China.Methods:According to the internet dependence standard which was established in the author's former research, chose 24 internet dependence students from Tsinghua University and JiLi University as the experimental group, and another 24 students as the control group.The experimental group and the control group had no difference in the scores of adapted CIAS-R before group counseling.There were a pre-test, a post-test and a tracing-test separately set when the group counseling was started, finished, and had a period of 6 weeks after it was finished.Results:In the post-test and tracing-test, the scores of adapted CIAS-R of experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(39.5?8.1/46.4?6.0,F=11.38,P

Objective To select a matrix modifier,which can effectively eliminate the matrix interference in the determination of chromium in cosmetics by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).Methods The orthogonal experiment design was used to define the best operation parameter of graphite furnace.Vitamin C,(NH4)H2PO4,(NH4)2HPO4,NH4Cl and Mg(NO3)2 were added respectively as the matrix modifiers.The effect of five matrix modifiers was compared by precision test.Results When(NH4)H2PO4 was taken as the chemical modifier,the determination result was satisfied.The characteristic mass was 5.68?10-12 g,relative standard deviation were from 2.11% to 4.46%.The rate of recovery of two cosmetics samples were 95.2% and 102.01%.Conclusion(NH4)H2PO4 can increase the ashing temperature,decrease the atomization temperature,eliminate the matrix interference and the result has good precision and accuracy.

A novel approach of vaccination against cancer is to exploit dendritic cells (DC) as the best antigen presenting cells (APC) and actively immunize cancer patients with a sample of autologous or allogeneic DC primed with tumor antigens. DC vaccination is still at its early stage, however, valuable proofs of concept have been obtained with respect to the capacity of DC to expand cancer directed immune responses. The methods for preparing DC are being improved continuously, and there are many opportunities to improve efficacy at the level of DC biology. An increased number of clinical studies will drive the development of this new area. This paper reviews the production of dendritic cell tumor vaccines and their use in clinical trials, as well as emphasizes some unresolved questions in this immunotherapy.
