1.SUBMICROSCOPIC STRUCTURE OF POSTSYNAPTIC MEMBRANE AND SUBSYNAPTIC DENSE BODY
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The submicroscopic structure of the postsynaptic membrane and the snbsynaptic dense body in the supraoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus of rat were studied. It was found that the subsynaptic dense body and postsynaptic membrane were connected by fine filaments. The subsynaptic dense body was closely related to the postsynaptic membrane and its submicroscopic configuration was complicated. In spite of the obvious differences existing between the subsynaptic dense bodies, nevertheless a typical one was described in this nucleus. It is of interest to note that most subsynaptic dense bodies were mainly encountered within the postsynaptic element of Gray's Type Ⅰ synapse, thus the authors postulated that the subsynaptic dense body would play an important role in the excitatory synapse.
2.The Establishment of Hybridoma Cell Lines Secreting Antikeratin Monoclonal Antibodies and Their Preliminary Characteristics
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(05):-
The two hybridoma cell lines secreting antikeratin monoclonal antibodies (McAb)were obtained from fusion between NS_1 myelema cells and spleen cells of BALB/cmice immunized with keratin prepared from human callus. The two cell lines(AF_2and AF_5)have a chromosome number of 97 and 96 respectively.By immunodiffusion, both AF_2 and AF_5 McAb belong to mouse IgG_1 subclass. They have been successivelypassaged for over six months in vitro, and can grow well in the peritoneal fluid ofBALB/c mice, both produce high titer of specific antibodies. To determine their specificity with keratin of epithelia,AF_2 and AF_2 McAbwere used to stain various human normal and neoplastic tissue sections by the ABC(Avidin-Biotin peroxidase complex)immunohistochemical techniques. The results showthat AF_2 and AF_5 McAb can stain a series of normal epithelial tissues(in epidermis, positive for cells above the basal layer)and epithelial tumor tissues. No staining wereobserved in nonepithelial normal and tumor tissues. These results suggest that the twoMcAb are quite specific for a definite number of cytokeratins and promise to be use-ful in the differential diagnosis of tumors.

4.Clinical features and pathogenesis of paroxysmal dyskinesias
Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of paroxysmal dyskinesias. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 5 patients suffering from paroxysmal kinesigenic choreoathetosis(PKC) and 2 patients with paroxysmal persistent exercise-induced dystonia(PED).Results The episodes of all cases of PKC were induced by sudden movements.3 cases showed rigidty and hypertonia.3 cases presented with twist of limbs and dystonia.2 PED cases were induced by persistent movement, manifested involuntary movements of limbs, and the duration of the attack usually last seconds to minutes.5 patients showed epileptic discharges in EEG or AEEG.2 patients had abnormal findings of brain CT or MRI.4 PKC cases responded well to carbamazepine and 1 PED patients to large dose of valproate sodium. Conclusions Paroxysmal dyskinesias are usually induced by sudden movement and present paroxysmal extrapyramidal symptoms. Most of the patients show epileptic discharges in EEG and responded well to antiepileptic drugs. This implies the underlying relationship of pathogenesis between paroxysmal dyskinesia and epilepsy.
5.Role of local immune microenvironment of lung lesion in Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2017;37(8):634-639
Tuberculosis (TB), an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection, remains a major global concern. The activation of anti-TB immune responses is mediated by several complicated mechanisms, among which the local immune microenvironment at the disease site plays a crucial role.In this review, we discuss the roles of anti-TB immunity, Mtb immune escape and the elements at the local site of infection.
6.Determination of Ionization Equilibrium Constant of Sildenafil by UV Spectrophotometry
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of ionization equilibrium constant of sildenafil using ultraviolet spectrophotometry.METHODS:Methanol solutions of sildenafil with pH values of 2.26,8.56,9.31,9.83 and 12.38 were respectively scanned at the wavelength within the range of 200nm~400nm.The absorbability and pKa value of sildenafil were determined at the selected wavelength of 280,287,290,295 and 297nm respectively.RESULTS:The pKa value of sildenafil was 9.35?0.02.CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient and practicable.

Objective:To use computer technology for large medical equipment quality management. Methods: The quality management mode of the existing large medical equipment and means of analysis, combined with the work practice, learn from developed countries in Europe and America advanced method of large medical equipment management, and extract the key elements of quality management, and the formation of information management of design documents and procedures. Results: A set of used in quality management of large medical equipment information system, including the elements of quality management, quality management evaluation and related benefit analysis. Conclusion: by means of information used for quality management of large medical equipment, effectively regulate the quality management system of large-scale medical equipment, to enhance the quality and safety of controllability, protect the patient's life security, but also conforms to the future development direction of quality management, to satisfy the competent departments, medical institutions and patients in many aspects such as quality safety requirements for large medical equipment.
8.THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SYNAPTIC VESICLE AND THE ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM IN THE AXONAL ENDINGS OF THE SUPRAOPTIC NUCLEUS OF THE RAT
Renyi HU ; Shurong FAN ;
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
1. The ultrastructure of the synapses in the supraoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus of the rat has been studied with the electron microscope after fixation by glutaraldehyde-osmium tetroxide and double staining with urayl acetate and lead citrate.2. It was found that the morphological features of the synaptic vesicle are closely related to those of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum of the axonal endings.3. On the basis of the facts that the size, form, distribution and arrangement of the synaptic vesicles are similar to the endoplasmic reticulum, it was assumed that both organoids are homologous structures.4. The synaptic vesicles may be mainly derived from the endoplasmic reticulum in tile axonal endings. An other possible way of their may be from the invagination of the surface membrane of the eudings.

Virologica Sinica 2008;23(3):226-231
To explore the role of Human papillomavirus (HPV) in mammary carcinogenesis, the expression of the HPV-16, iNOS, P53 and hTERT proteins in breast carcinomas and their relationships were investigated. 52 samples of breast cancer and 16 samples of benign breast tumors were assayed using the immunohistochemical SP method for detection of protein expression levels. The expression of HPV-16, iNOS, P53 and hTERT proteins in a mammary carcinoma was 44.2%, 57.7%, 63.5% and 59.6% respectively, which was significantly greater than the corresponding levels in the benign group. The expression of iNOS, P53 and hTERT was correlated with the presence of an HPV-16 infection in a mammary carcinoma (P<0.05). The connection between these events might also involve the iNOS, mutated type P53 and the hTERT protein.
