1.Development of B to C E-commerce in Pharmaceutical Industry and the Strategy for the Development of E-commerce in China's Pharmaceutical Retail Chains
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To put forward some suggestions for the development of e-commerce in China's pharmaceutical retail chains.METHODS:To drawn on experiences from the western developed countries in developing B to C pharmaceutical e-commerce and analyzed the problems existing in China's pharmaceutical industry.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:To develop e-commerce in China's pharmaceutical retail chains, the cooperated supervision of the concerned governmental departments is indispensable,in addition, the level of informatization should be improved step by step and the network of retail chain should be relied on to offer customer-centered services.
2.Websites of Three Approved Online Pharmacies:A Comparative Study
China Pharmacy 2007;0(25):-
OBJECTIVE: To propose some suggestions towards the operation and development of online pharmacies in China.METHODS: From the following three aspects: website design, information provision, and customer service, the paper introduced and compared the websites of three approved online pharmacies, which include Jingwei Pharmacy,Shanghai Pharmacy and Jinxiang Pharmacy.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: To develop online pharmacies, the information display should be customer-centered,new marketing plans based on the characteristics of the internet should be developed;meanwhile, the operators of online pharmacies should help consumers developing an awareness of drug safety and offer them corresponding services.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(02):-
Objective To explore the effects of oxidative stress in porcine iliac endothelial cells(PIECs) induced by high glucose. Methods After being intervened by high glucose for some time, dihydroethidium (DHE) or dihydrorhodamine 123 (DHR123) was used as a reactive oxygen species(ROS) capture. The mean fluorescent intensity(MFI) of above probes which were the products of intracellular oxidation was detected by fluorescent microscopy and flow cytometry, and the level of ROS was thus measured. With lucigenin as chemiluminescence agent, luminescence changes were detected by chemiluminescence analyzer after addition of NADPH to observe the effect of high glucose on activity of NADPH oxidase(NOX). Results Intracellular MFI was markedly elevated with the concentration of high glucose and time of exposure to high glucose. It was revealed by flow cytometry that the NOX activity was significantly activated compared with normal medium treated PIECs(P

Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods Forty anxious and depressive patients with spinal cord injury were selected as the control group from December 2012 to October 2013, and another 40 anxious and depressive patients with spinal cord injury as the observation group from November 2013 to September 2014. Patients in the observation group were given the following metheds after admiting for 3 days besides psychological nursing; music therapy once a day, 1 hours one time for 4 weeks. The two groups were compared in terms of the scores by Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) before and after treatment. Results There were insignificant differences in HAMA scores and HAMD scores between the two groups before music therapy (P>0.05), but the scores by HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Music therapy can alleviate anxiety and depression of patients with spinal cord injury, and promote the functional recovery.
