Objective To analyze the clinical effects of bronchoscope combined with hot and cold ablation in treatment of benign and malignant tumors in primary tracheal and bronchial. Methods From January 2013 to November 2015, 30 cases of pathological types of primary tracheal / bronchial benign and malignant tumors patients include: 8 cases of hamartoma, 1 case of lipoma, 4 cases of granuloma, 1case of clear cell carcinoma, 7 cases of small cell lung cancer, 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, were treated by using carbon dioxide cryotherapy combined hot ablation under bronchoscope. Then investigated the outcomes. Results 30 patients, 22 males, 8 females, suffered from 1 month to 2 years, underwent surgery bronchoscope interventional treatment under local anesthesia combined with intravenous anesthesia, are taking joint cold ablation technique. All patients airway is completely opened, the lifting of the airway obstruction. Including 19 cases of disposable surgical removal of the lesion; 8 cases of lesions due to wide distribution, 2 times surgery; three cases three times surgery, no serious complications, follow-up without recurrence, blood gas analysis and dyspnea index were significantly improved. Conclusion Bronchoscope cold joint ablation techniques in the treatment of primary tracheal, bronchial benign and malignant tumors is effective, simple, minimally invasive and safe.

Objective To explore the radical surgery for tetralogy of Fallot combined with right pulmonary artery stenosis. Methods Thirteen cases with tetralogy of Fallot combined with right pulmonary artery stenosis accepted radical surgery, among them 7 cases who-had a long right pulmonary artery stenosis accepted aortic transaction for radical surgery of tetralogy of Fallot;5 cases who had the entrance stenosis of the right pulmonary artery accepted right pulmonary artery patch expansion for radical surgery of tetralogy of Fallot; One case who had the distortion and stenosis after pulmonary shunt accepted the radical surgery for tetralogy of Fallot after seperation and expansion. Results There were no operation-related deaths,post-operative low cardic output and perfusion lung occurred for all the cases.Ten cases had grade 1 cardiac function and 3 cases had grade 2,respectively.Conclusion Right pulmonary artery stenosis increased the risks during the radical surgery for tetralogy of Fallot, but it is still the primary operation choice.

Objective To explore the difference in ocular biologically effective ultraviolet irradiance in two areas with different altitudes ,Xichang and Shaoxing, and provide a reference basis for ocular UV protection. Methods A self?designed rotating mannequin and dual?detector spectrome?ter were used to monitor the intensity of ocular exposure to UV irradiation under clear skies in Xichang and Shaoxing. Monitoring data were pro?cessed and analyzed with AvaSoft 7.4 USB2 software and OriginPro 8.0 software. Results The diurnal variations of ocular biologically effective ul?traviolet irradiance exhibited bimodal distribution in Xichang and Shaoxing. The maximum UVBEcorn,UVBEconj, and UVBElens of Xichang were about 1.7 times,2 times, and 1.8 times that of Shaoxing, respectively. Under the same solar elevation angle, the biologically effective ultraviolet irra?diance of the cornea, conjunctiva, and lens in Xichang were higher than those of Shaoxing. Conclusion The diurnal variations of ocular biologi?cally effective ultraviolet irradiance exhibit bimodal distribution in areas at two different altitudes. Under the same solar elevation angle ,the biologi?cally effective ultraviolet irradiance of the cornea, conjunctiva, and lens of Xichang are significantly higher than those of Shaoxing.

Periodontitis is the most common oral disease and has a high incidence in humans. Periodontitis seriously affects the function of the oral and maxillofacial systems and is the most important cause of tooth loss in adults. In addition, as a long-term and persistent source of infection, periodontitis can not only trigger chronic inflammation and immune responses but also has an important impact on systemic health. Traditional periodontitis treatment focuses on inflammation control, and although this can prevent or delay the progression of the disease, satisfactory periodontal lesion tissue regeneration is difficult to obtain. With the introduction of new technologies and new materials such as guided tissue regeneration, bone grafting, growth factors and biological materials for the treatment of periodontitis, the method of periodontal tissue regeneration is more abundant, and the clinical effect has been greatly improved. In the future, stem cell transplantation and endogenous regeneration strategies are expected to become important methods for physiological and functional regeneration of periodontal lesions. This article briefly reviews the basic research and clinical application of periodontal tissue regeneration and forecasts the future development prospects and opportunities in this field.
