Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of early enteral nutritional support for acute se-vere organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 56 cases with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poison-ing were selected and divided into group A and group B in accordance with the random number table.Both groups were given conventional emergency treatment.Enteral nutrition support with nutrition pump was applied for 30 cases of group A in 48 -72hours,while group B in 72h -5d.The time of consciousness recovery,CHE increase to normal 60%,the incidence rate of intermediate syndrome,gastrointestinal complications of abdominal pain,abdominal disten-sion,vomiting,reflux,diarrhea,VAP,MODS of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The time of con-sciousness recovery (3.6 ±0.8)d in group A was lower than that of group B(4.1 ±0.6)d (t=2.612,P<0.01), the CHE increase to normal 60%(5.5 ±1.3)d in group A was lower than that of group B(6.3 ±1.1)d(t=2.464, P<0.05),the incidence rate of intermediate syndrome(3.3%)in group A was lower than that of group B(38.5%) (χ2 =4.691,P<0.05),the VAP of 13.3% in group A was lower than that of group B(46.2%)(χ2 =7.352,P<0.01),the MODS of 13.3% in group A was lower than 38.5% of group B(χ2 =4.691,P<0.05),the duration in ICU of (8.0 ±1.2)d in group A was lower than (12.0 ±2.4)d of group B(t=7.705,P<0.01).There was no sig-nificant difference of gastrointestinal complications between the two groups (P >0.05 ).There was no significant difference of gastrointestinal complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutritional support is effective and safe for acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and worthy of promotion.

Objective To evaluate the prospective electrocardiograph (ECG)-gated 128-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease and airway abnormality in children.Methods Eighty children with congenital heart disease received prospective (n =40) or retrospective ECG-gated 128-slice spiral CT angiography (n =40).All of the patients underwent ultrasound cardiogram (UCG) within one week before CTA exmination.The image quality and the effective radiation dose were statistically analyzed using independent samples t test and x2 test.The surgical results were taken as the diagnostic standards,and the preoperative prospective and retrospective CT angiography data were compared with UCG results using x2 test.Results The effective dose of prospective ECG-gated CT angiography[(1.00 ± 0.26)mSv] was reduced by 86％ as compared with the retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography[(7.37 ± 0.52) mSv] (t =69.296,P ＜ 0.01).Image quality was graded 0 in none patients,graded 1 in 2 patients who underwent prospective ECG-gated CT angiography,graded 2 in 8 and 1 patient who received prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography respectively,and graded 3 in 30 and 39 patients who underwent prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography,respectively.There was no significant difference in image quality between prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography (x2 =0.044,P ＞ 0.05).The definitive diagnosis of extracardiac vascular anomalies was made in 98.3％(59/60) of patients by using prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography,which were significantly superior to UCG results[(76.7％ (46/60),76.7％ (45/59),respectively] (x2 =13.144,12.644,P ＜ 0.01),and there was no significant difference in the definitive diagnosis between prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography (x2 =0.001,P ＞ 0.05).The definitive diagnosis of the cardiac/large-vessel malformations was made in 100％ of the patients by both prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography,and there was no significant difference between 128-slice spiral CT angiography results and UCG results [97.2％ (35/36),97.3％ (36/37),respectively] (x2 =1.014,0.001,P ＞0.05).In the cardiac malformations,the definitive diagnosis by prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography was 88.7 ％ (47/53) and 92.5 ％ (49/53),and there was no significant difference between 128-slice spiral CT angiography results and UCG results [98.1％ (52/53),98.1％ (52/53),respectively](x2 =3.824,1.889,P ＞ 0.05),and no significant difference in the definitive diagnosis was observed between prospective and retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography (x2 =0.442,P ＞ 0.05).In addition,the 128-slice spiral CT angiography detected airway abnormality in 9 cases who underwent prospective or retrospective ECG-gated CT angiography.Conclusion The prospective ECG-gated 128-slice spiral CT angiography exhibits great application value in the preoperative diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease,which helps to develop surgical program and evaluate surgical risks.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of human papilloma virus (HPV) infections among gynecological patients and to identify the risk factors associated with high-risk HPV (HR-HPV)infection.Methods HPV DNA genotyping was performed in 391 HPV infected gynecological patients admitted in Weifang People's Hospital during January 2010 and December 2012.HPV negative patients (controls,n =356) were matched to HR-HPV positive patients (cases,n =356) with a 1 ∶ 1 ratio.All the participants took part in a questionnaire survey with 50 items,including demographic characteristics,pregnancy and reproductive history,living conditions,sexual behavior,family history,etc.Stepwise Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the risk factors of HR-HPV infection.Results Among 391 HPV positive patients,318 (81.3％) were infected with one type of HR-HPV,35 (9.0％) were infected with one type of low-risk HPV,and 38 (9.7％) were infected with mixed types.Logistic regression analysis showed that married women,age of sexual debut ＜ 20,multiple sexual partners,oral sex,commercial sexual activity,and vaginal douching more than once a week were risk factors of HR-HPV infection (OR =4.053,1.861,1.587,2.420,5.125 and 1.943,respectively,all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Unprotected sex may be associated with HR-HPV infection.Healthy sexual behavior should be encouraged,and the detection,prevention and control of HR-HPV infection should be strengthened.

Objective:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the proliferation of gingiva-derived mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs) in vitro.Methods:GMSCs were isolated from healthy gingival tissue samples and identified.GMSCs of passage 4 were treated by bFGF at 0,0.5,1,5,10,20 ng/ml respectively for 1-9 d.The proliferation of the cells was evaluated using CCK-8 kit.Results:bFGF at 0.5-20 ng/ml increased GMSCs proliferation.0.5-10 ng/ml of bFGF showed dose and time dependant proliferation promoting effect on GMSCs.Conclusion:bFGF can increase GMSCs proliferation ability in a dose and time dependant manner.

Objective To investigate the effect of bed rest on acute nonspecific low back pain(ANLBP).Methods87 cases were randomly divided into bed rest group (42 cases) and free activity group (45 cases).The bed rest group would be proper activity indoor and step up activity outdoor after absolute in bed for a week.The free activity group would be prescribed free activity.At the same time,all of them received physiotherapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).The visual analogous scale (VAS) were measured before and 2 weeks after treatment.The Roland-Morris disability questionnaire (RMDQ) were measured before and 2,6 weeks after treatment.ResultsThe difference of VAS and RMDQ scores between these 2 groups were not significant before treatment (P>0.05),but were significant 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Further more,the difference of RMDQ scores between these 2 groups were not significant 6 weeks after treatment (P>0.05).ConclusionThe bed rest about patients could not promote,but delay the improvement of the pain and disability in the early period or later period recovery of ANLBP.

Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province from 2005 to 2024, so as to provide the evidence for strengthening the prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods: Data on brucellosis cases and surveillance in Jiande City from 2005 to 2024 were collected through the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System, the annual brucellosis surveillance reports from the Jiande Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the annual summaries of brucellosis prevention and control efforts. The epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis were analyzed using a descriptive epidemiological method. Results: A total of 1 125 individuals were monitored in Jiande City from 2005 to 2024, with 18 seropositive cases identified and the seropositivity rate of 1.60%. The average annual seropositivity rate from 2015 to 2024 was 3.35%, which was significantly higher than that of 0.57% from 2005 to 2014 (P<0.05). There were 10 confirmed brucellosis cases and 8 asymptomatic infections, with no reported deaths. The peak incidence occurred between March and August. Among the 16 towns (streets) in Jiande City, 8 reported brucellosis cases. Of the brucellosis cases, 14 were male and 4 were female, with a male-to-female ratio of 3.5∶1. The majority of cases (13 cases) were aged between 40 and 60 years. Occupational exposure was identified in 16 cases, all of whom were infected through direct hand contact with the excreta, secretions, or animal products of infected sheep or cattle. The primary source of infection was sheep, followed by cattle. Five strains of Brucella were isolated and cultured, all identified as Brucella melitensis biovar 3. Conclusions The brucellosis epidemic in Jiande City remained at a sporadic and low prevalence level from 2005 to 2024, with an increasing trend observed from 2015 to 2024. Male occupational groups aged 40 to 60 years were the key population for brucellosis prevention and control, and sheep were the primary source of infection.

Objective To investigate the serum levels of β-amyloid precursor protein (β-APP) and hypersensitive-cross-reactive protein(hs-CRP) after acute spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats at different time points and study their roles in secondary spinal cord injury. Methods Ninety healthy adult female SD rats were randomly assigned into 3 even groups.Improved Allen method was used to create models of complete SCI (group A) and models of incomplete SCI (group B).In group C only laminectomy was performed without SCI.The serum was collected at 12 hours,24 hours,3 days,7 days,and 14 days after operation through femoral vein to detect levels of β-APP and hs-CRP by ELISA. ResultsThe serum level of β-APP reached the peak value 24 hours after acute SCI,and the serum level of hs-CRP reached the peak 3 days after acute SCI.There were significant differences between groups A and C in β-APP and hs-CRP levels at all time points( P ＜ 0.05).There were also significant differences between groups B and C in β-APP and hs-CRP levels at all time points (P ＜0.05) except at 14 days (P＞ 0.05). Conclusions The serum levels of β-APP and hs-CRP are positively associated with the severity of traumatic SCI.β-APP may be a more sensitive indicator than hs-CRP in a certain time.The dynamic changes of serum β-APP and hs-CRP suggest involvement of the 2 proteins in the secondary spinal cord injury.

Objective To evaluate the hemodynamic changes and vascular complications after pediatric living donor liver transplantation (LDLT).Methods The hemodynamic changes of the portal vein,the hepatic artery and the left hepatic vein of the 34 cases were evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound during 2 months after LDLT.The vascular complications after LDLT were also evaluated.Results Of the 34 cases,vascular complications occurred in 5 cases.One day after LDLT,the max velocity of portal vein was (53.97 ± 21.44) cm/s,the peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery was (52.88 ± 17.87) cm/s,the resistance index was 0.73 ± 0.09,the max velocity of left hepatic vein was (40.53 ± 25.07) cm/s.The parameters of the hemodynamics had no significant difference between 1day and 1 week after LDLT (P＞0.05).The max velocity of portal vein was decreased after 2 weeks (P＜0.05).After 2 months,the max velocity of portal vein and the peak systolic velocity were decreased (P＜0.01 and P＜0.05) compared to 1 day.Vascular thrombosis was found in 5 recipients and all occurred in the first week after LDLT.Hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) occurred in 3 (8.8 %) cases,portal vein thrombosis (PVT) in 2 (5.9 %).Among the 5 cases,3 were died.Conclusion The max velocity of portal vein and the peak systolic velocity of hepatic artery were decreased gradually after LDLT.The vascular complications occurred in the early stage and had a relatively high rate.Doppler examination should be performed once every day within 7 post-transplant days.

Objective The expression and impaired function of ion channels might be one of the pathophysiological mecha -nisms responsible for diarrhea in inflammatory bowel disease ( IBD) .Proper animal model is the key to explore detailed pathophysiolog-ical process.The purpose of this study was to build a rat model of acute colitis induced by dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) in C57BL/6 mice and evaluate diarrhea-associated clinical , histological , pathological parameters and expressions of ion channel protein . Methods C57BL/6J mice of model group were treated with 4%DSS solution for 7 days to induce acute colitis.Mice body weight, stool moisture, stool consistency and the degree of hematochezia were recorded .The histopathological changes of mice colon specimens were observed visually and microcosmically, and the ion channel SLC26A3 protein was detected by Western Blot . Results All experimental mice survived.In the experiment, compared with control group , bloody diarrhea and weight lose occurred in model group , along with increased stool moisture ([73.30 ±8.31]% after experiment vs [44.32 ±6.42]% before experiment, P=0.004), and rapidly in-creased disease activity index (DAI) of acute colitis ([3.50 ±0.87] after experiment vs [1.0 ±0.00] before experiment, P=0.000).At the end of this experiment , compared with control group , the model group resulted in higher colonic damage score and pathological inflammation score (P=0.00, P=0.002), significantly shortened co-lon (P=0.00) and decreased expression of SLC26A3. Conclusion The intestinal mucosal injury and phenotypic features of 4%DSS-induced acute colitis are very similar to those of human ulcerative colitis .Impaired expression of intestinal ion transporter SLC26 A3 coexists with diarrhea in model group mice , and this model can support the research on mechanism of functional changes of ion channels in inflammatory diarrhea .
